Abstract

AbstractCommon problem in this research is, internal factor especially on psychological aspect that is learning attitude, interest of learning, and motivation learn that influence student learning result on economy class XI IPS MAN 1 Pontianak ". The general purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of internal factors on student learning outcomes on economic subjects class XI IPS MAN 1 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach and survey survey form. The population in this study amounted to 120 students and the sample 55 students. Techniques of data collection using questionnaire (Questionnaire) and observation. While the technique of data analysis using simple linear regression. . The result of the research with the formulation Y '= 77,045 + 1,014X, shows the influence of internal factors on student learning outcomes in the economic subjects of class XI IPS MAN 1 Pontianak. Based on calculations using SPSS v.16 application obtained t arithmetic <t table (0.969 <2.306), then Ha rejected and Ho accepted. Therefore R = 0.134, R2 = 0.017 does not meet the requirements of the 0.05 test. So the internal factors (learning attitudes, interest in learning, and motivation to learn) have no effect on learning outcomes. Keyword:  Internal factors (attitude learning,  interest in  learning, motivation  to learn), Learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract : This thesis aims to find out how the influence appreciation gift on the motivation study of student in class X MAN 2 Pontianak year 2013/2014. The methode used is descriptive, methode in the from of association studies. With a population of 238 student and a total sample of 70 student by using simple random sampling technique. The data collection techique used are direct commucitation technique, indrect communication technique and document technique with the data collecting tools such as interview guideline, questionnaire and document. Based on the data analysis, there is the influence of appreciation gift on the motivation study of student in the class X MAN 2 Pontianak. The rate of the influence is 36,7%. The appreciation gift of student class X MAN 2 Pontianak in good category with a persentage of 70%. Whereas the rate of the motivation of student in class X MAN 2 Pontianak  in good category with a percentage of 76%. Keywords : Aprprecitation Gift, Motivation. Abstrak : Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemberian penghargaan oleh guru ekonomi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X MAN 2 Pontianak tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian studi hubungan. Dengan jumlah populasi sebesar 238 siswa dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi langsung, komunikasi tidak langsung dan teknik dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpul data berupa pedoman wawancara, angket dan dokumen. Berdasarkan analisis data terdapat pengaruh pemberian penghargaan oleh guru ekonomi terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X MAN 2 Pontianak, besarnya pengaruh tersebut sebesar 36,7%. Tingkat pemberian penghargaan oleh guru ekonomi kelas X MAN 2 Pontianak dalam kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 70% sedangkan tingkat motivasi belajar siswa kelas X MAN 2 Pontianak dalam kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 76%.
