Abstract

The research entitled "Transformational Leadership Role Towards the Development of BMT UGT Sidogiri Surabaya Branch" is the result of field research to answer the question: What is the transformational leadership style in BMT UGT Sidogiri Surabaya branch? What is the role of transformational leadership style towards the development of BMT UGT Sidogiri Surabaya branch?. Descriptive analysis of the analysis is describing and analyzing the data that the author obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation and conducting research at bmt UGT Sidogiri surabaya branch on the application of transformational leadership style and the role of transformational leadership style to developments in BMT UGT Sidogiri surabaya branch. The results showed that the leadership style of the head of BMT UGT Sidogiri surabaya branch has a transformational leader character according to Bass and Aviola (1994) known as "4 I", namely: (1). Idealized influence, (2). Inspirational motivation, (3). Intellectual stimulation, (4). Individualized consideration. Transformational leadership role has an impact on the development of BMT UGT Sidogiri, namely: (1). Improving Employee performance, (2). Improving employee professionalism, (3). Increasing employee creativity, (4). Increasing employee and customer confidence in BMT UGT Sidogiri Surabaya branch, (5). Improving the image of BMT UGT Sidogiri Surabaya branch

Abstract

Penelitian untuk memutuskan dampak strategi promosi media sosial dan keragaman Produk terhadap meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan di agen grosir lalada. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada pelanggan yang sering datang di Agen grosir lalada dengan mengambil populasi sejumlah 65 klien. Metode pengambilan sampel yang menggunakan sampling jenuh, khususnya kemauan pola sedangkan seluruh kontributor populasi digunakan sebagai sampel dengan jumlah  sampel 65 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik evaluasi fakta, yaitu beberapa evaluasi regresi linier, hipotesis statistik, dan koefisien kemauan yang diolah menggunakan versi 21.0 untuk windows. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi fakta bahwa konsekuensi menegaskan bahwa telah terjadi dampak yang baik dan besar keragaman produk terhadap meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan di agen grosir lalada Sidoarjo. Hal ini dinyatakan oleh nilai thitung > ttabel (11,409 > 1,999). Sedangkan strategi promosi melalui media sosial kini sudah tidak lagi memberikan dampak yang baik dan besar dalam menumbuhkan loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, dampak bagus dan besar secara simultan antara strategi promosi melalui media sosial dan keragaman produk terhadap meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai Fhitung 112,386 > Ftabel 3,15 dan biaya kepentingan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil evaluasi diperoleh biaya koefisien kemauan (R2) sebesar 0,784. Artinya kedua variabel secara bersama-sama sebesar 78,4% terhadap meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 21,6% hubungan keeratan dari variabel yang berbeda sekarang tidak lagi diuji pada penelitian ini

Abstract

The role of school committees in improving the quality of education through the concept of School-Based Management (SBM) is motivated by changes in education policy from centralization to decentralization as a consequence of regional autonomy policies. This change has a positive impact, namely encouraging community participation to participate in improving the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of school committees in the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) policies. Data were collected through document studies and interviews of public and private SMP/MTs in Sidoarjo Regency with a sample of 24 schools, while data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results showed that the role of the school committee was quite high. The advisory role averaged 86%, the supporting role reached an average of 90%, the controlling role averaged 53%, and the mediating role reached an average of 83%. From this percentage, it is hoped that the role of the school committee will have an impact on improving the quality of education continuously.
