Abstract

Profesionalisme birokrasi ini menjadi sangat penting sebab tingkat kebutuhan dan kepentingan masyarakat yang sudah semakin kompleks. Untuk itu, dalam rangka memperbaiki kesan birokrasi agar menjadi birokrasi yang profesional sehingga mampu memberikan pelayanan publik yang prima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar profesionalisme berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas pelayanan publik Di Kantor Camat Tandun Kecamatan Tandun Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai Kantor Camat Tandun Kecamatan Tandun Kabupaten Rokan Hulu sebanyak 35 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang. Teknis analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier menggunakan SPSS V.25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan variabel Profesionalisme (X) terhadap Kualitas pelayanan publik dimana t hitung 2,797 > t tabel 2,034 atau signifikansi 0,009 < 0,05. Adapun persentase pengaruh variabel tersebut sebesar 56,2% sedangkan sisanya 43,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

This research was carried out in Sungai Mempura Village, Siak Regency. This research aims to determine the role of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in developing tourist villages in Sungai Mempura Village, Siak Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative where descriptive data from answers from research informants describes the phenomena found in the field. The data collection techniques used included observation, interviews, and documentation with informants, the Head of Sungai Mempura Village, the Tourism Awareness Group, Sungai Mempura Village, as well as the community and tourists. Based on the results of research on the development of the Kampung Melayu Sungai Mempura tourist village using the indicators of Attraction, Accessibilities, Amenities, and Ancillary Services, the following results were obtained: The Kampung Melayu Sungai Mempura tourist village has several attractive attractions for people with diverse potential. The natural beauty is still preserved, with good natural potential and a very beautiful environment, and is the center of the Greater Malay Kingdom, commitment to preserving culture is the main magnet. By referring to several indicators used in this research, namely Attraction, Accessibilities, Amenities, and Ancillary Services in the development of the Kampung Melayu Sungai Mempura Tourism Village, it looks quite optimal. However, there are still inhibiting factors seen from several indicators of Accessibility (Accessibility), Amenities (supporting facilities) Ancillary Services (Supporting Services), namely inadequate infrastructure, facilities and infrastructure that are not yet optimal, self-help allocation of funds, and limited human resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of knowledge and work experience on employee performance in the BKKBN Riau Province. Knowledge and work experience are important factors that can affect employee performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, which involves collecting data through questionnaires distributed to employees at the BKKBN Riau Province. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression statistical techniques to identify the influence of each independent variable, namely knowledge and work experience, on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. The result of this study is that there is a simultaneous significant influence between knowledge and work experience on employee performance in the BKKBN Riau Province. The results of the study are expected to provide useful insights for the management of BKKBN Riau Province in formulating effective human resource development strategies to improve employee performance. In addition, this research is also expected to contribute to the literature on factors that affect employee performance in the government sector.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of illegal drugs or drugs without distribution permits in circulation. There are two objectives in this study, namely: 1) to determine the supervision of the Pekanbaru City BBPOM in eradicating illegal drugs, 2) to determine the factors that influence the circulation of illegal drugs in Pekanbaru City. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation studies. The informants of this study consisted of the Head of the BBPOM Inspection Distribution Facility Team, Young Expert Pharmacy and Food Employees (PFM) of BBPOM, and the community. The results of the study indicate that the supervision of illegal drugs carried out by BBPOM in Pekanbaru is not optimal. BBPOM in Pekanbaru carries out the function of supervision before circulation which includes setting drug standards, drug safety and supervision after distribution which includes monitoring and assessment actions and taking corrective actions. In addition, BBPOM also cooperates with related agencies including the Police, Customs, and the Health Service. However, there are still several obstacles including the lack of human resources, the intensity of supervision that is not yet effective and the lack of participation and awareness from the community

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Financial Accounting Standard of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (FAS MSMEs), focusing on gaps in the financial reporting of MSMEs and the challenges faced by MSMEs. Qualitative descriptive methods analyze reporting habits, constraints, and understanding of MSME actors towards FAS MSME. The results show that many MSME actors have not adopted this standard due to limited knowledge, human resources, and awareness of the importance of accurate reporting. These conditions hinder financial transparency and access to formal financial services. This study suggests interventions such as training programs to improve financial reporting capacity and emphasizing the importance of MSME actors' awareness of accounting practices and professional support for compliance.
