Abstract

This research aims to examine whether there is any influence of investment opportunity set (IOS) on the affiliation between dividend policy and free cash flow to leverage enterprise-level. By using 42 samples of food and beverage companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2003 to 2007, it is concluded that the dividend policy does not affect the company's leverage. However, the dividend policy together with investment opportunity set affect the level of corporate leverage. Free cash flow affects the level of corporate leverage. In the meantime, free cash flow to the investment opportunity set (IOS) also influences the level of corporate leverage, the dividend policy and free cash flow effect on the level of corporate leverage. Meanwhile, the dividend policy, free cash flow, investment opportunity set simultaneously affect the level of corporate leverage.

Abstract

Abstract : Learning activities conducted in kindergarten Bhayangkari only considers the activities of reading, writing, and arithmetic are important so that the child's gross motor skills are still low, it is seen from the attitude of the child's behavior was not interested and less active in participating in learning gross motor skills. This study aims to determine through throwing and catching a ball game can see the influence of children's ability to improve gross motor skills of children and measure how high the increase in children before and after treatment with experimental methods, as well as to find a creative way in creating a fun learning environment to improve skills physical motor skills of children. The method used is ekprimen held in May 2015. The number of children in this study were 20 people, consisting of 11 boys and 9 girls. Based on data from the percentage after given treatment with a score of 82.91%, while the influence of gross motor skills of children before and after treatment equal to 34.37% and concluded that with the activities of throwing and catching the ball influential improve gross motor skills in children aged 5 -6 years in kindergarten Bhayangkari Bagansiapiapi. Abstract

Knitting is making cloth, clothing or fashion equipment from knitting yarn with two needles, knitting activities can also be used as high-value and attractive goods in the eyes of foreign tourists. This knitting not only produces items such as clothes but can also produce items for accessories such as key chains that can be shaped according to taste, knitting can be done by hand or machine. Basic techniques in knitting are the upper and lower stitches, the knitted material is not only obtained from yarn but can also be obtained from used plastic that can be recycled and is also environmentally friendly. The purpose of this study is to introduce to local residents that knitting activities that can provide income or income for the business and also provide experiences that can be shared with many people. The location of the place of knitting is in the area of ??Tiban Indah 2 coinciding in the Sun Beach Housing Rt 002 / Rw 010. In this knitting activity also often involves the mothers around the housing by dividing their respective tasks.

Abstract

 AbstractThe aims of this study were to determine the level of feasibility of chemistry student worksheet based comic graphic media was developed based on expert judgement and the level of readability based on field trial. The form of this study was research and development that adopted Borg and Gall?s development model. The subject of this study was chemistry student worksheet based comic graphic media which was tried on 9 students of SMAN 10 Pontianak in preliminary trial and 36 students of SMAN 4, 8, and 10 Pontianak in field trial. Data collection instruments which is used are questionnaire of feasibility and questionnaire of students response. The result of processing data shows that chemistry student worksheet was developed feasible to be used in learning, it was reviewed from percentage of content feasibility was of 90,55%, presentation feasibility was of 91,84%, language feasibility was of 76,67%, and graphic feasibility was of 81,54%. Based on calculation of the percentage of student questionnaire response, the level of readability in preliminary trial was of 80,17% and field trial was of 75,96%. It showed that the level of chemistry student worksheet based comic graphic media belongs to high criteria.    Keywords: student worksheet, graphic media, feasibility, readability, buffer solution

Abstract

Abstract :Efforts to improve learning outcomes passing on volley ball through volleyball games directly targeted at students into focus the problems on this research. The method in this research include research on the subject, the research variables, the cycle of research, data and the method of data collection, data analysis techniques and indicators of success. This classroom action research subjects are 20 students.Results from studies of student learning outcomes in passing on through the game volsal in the first cycle with the lowest value of 50, the highest score of 92, the average value of 73 to the medium category, and classical completeness 50%. On the implementation of the second cycle of the data obtained with the lowest value of 67, the highest score of 92, the average value of 83 with good category, and classical completeness 90%, learning passingon studentoutcomes,reaching 80%. Keywords: volleyball, volleyball, passing, pasing on, volsal.

Abstract

The development of the internet is now increasingly extensive. That can be provide the easeto search and find all the information and interact or communicate with others quickly. Users cansearch the information at the search engine by input the keyword which is related to the informationby using web browser or other devices such as android applications that are being developednowadays. Android technology is a very popular technology nowadays to connect with every personwithout being limited by time and place flexibly. Users can search data online through the providedapplication system. The search data includes profiles of students or lecturers and history studies oflecture activities that have been taken.In developing this application system using PHP programming language, Android Studio,MySQL database and WSDM method (Web Site Design Method) with 5 (five) stages. These stagessuch as, (1) Mission Statement Specification. At this stage determined goals, subjects and targets ofthe website. (2) User Modeling Stage (Audience Modeling) is divided into, User Classification(Audience Clasification) and User Characteristics (Audience Characterization). (3) The ConceptualDesign stage is divided into Task Information Modeling and Navigation Design. (4) TheImplementation Design stage is divided into Site Structure Design, Presentation Design and LogicalDatabase Design. (5) And the last stage is implementation.Testing the system using blackbox testing to show that this system can be function inaccordance with the function of each feature created, and the output results are displayed inaccordance with the data entered. The process of working this system consists of data inputprocess, update data through the process of synchronization with KRS application database.Synchronized data are students, lecturers and lectures consisting of (course, grade, class,student activity, graduate student list) and then stored in database and export data to Ms.Excel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan mata pencaharian dan peningkatan kesejahteraan petani di Kelurahan Tomoni Kecamatan Tomoni Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini purposeve sampling adapun informan penelitian ini yaitu Staff Pemerintahan Kelurahan Tomoni sebanyak 2 orang dan masyarakat kelurahan Tomoni yang berpindah mata pencaharian menjadi pedagang sebanyak 8 orang. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Adapun teknik penggumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penggumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan mata pencaharian yaitu keinginan untuk mendapatkan penghasilan yang lebih tinggi, keinginan untuk memperbaiki taraf hidup keluarga, keinginan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pendidikan, lingkungan sosial serta naiknya biaya perawatan sawah dan 2) kesejahteraan petani yaitu terpenuhinya kebutuhan materil, terpenuhinya kebutuhan mental spiritual dan terpenuhinya kebutuhan sosial. Kata Kunci: Perubahan Mata Pencaharian, Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Petani

Abstract

Muhammadiayah is a large organization in Indonesia that operates in the religious realm to become a force to strengthen the unity of the Muslim Ummah. The existence of this organization cannot be separated from the role of the organization's roots which lie in the branches and branches. This activity aims to collect data on DAD Muhammadiyah cadres in order to provide a real picture of the current condition of branches and branches. This activity was carried out in Bungin District, Enrekang Regency. The method for implementing activities uses 2 (two) techniques, namely online and also offline data collection. The activity was carried out for 3 months, namely from September to November 2023. The result of the activity was the existence of a database about Muhammadiyah cadres in Bungin District, Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

Proper business development analysis is essential so that micro businesses develop and become sustainable small industries. This research aims to determine the elements of actors, constraints, needs, and objectives that play a crucial role in supporting the development of tempeh products at Alfia Jaya in Baubau City and in finding out the recommended solutions by knowing the key factors in developing tempeh products using the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) Method. This research uses the ISM method. ISM is useful as a decision-making system tool. The research results show that the factors are divided into four levels and are included in the autonomous, dependent, related, and independent sectors. The key influencing factors are all elements of actors, constraints, needs, and goals, one of which plays an important role, namely actors/stakeholders, namely suppliers, traders, consumers, cooperative and SME services, industry and trade services, agriculture and food security services, and institutions—financial results, as well as the percentage of consistency results obtained from each element.

Abstract

Business is a word that we often hear in every conversation between people who are carrying out various activities. Business can be interpreted as a business in the world of trade or a certain business field. Business in general terms can be interpreted as an activity or activity which includes activities such as: producing goods/services, distributing goods/services, then selling them to consumers whose goods/services are useful for their daily lives. The aim of this research is to find out a picture of the implementation of the Dafsa Vouin business before and after a SWOT analysis. This type of research is qualitative with an individual interview method. A qualitative approach is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people or observable behavior. Data collection was carried out by the author directly from the original source or location where the research was carried out, up to finding ways to obtain it. The following are the results of interviews that have been answered by respondents with marketing strategies that have been carried out by business actors in providing services and promoting Vouin Dafsa businesses to consumers. Based on the research results that have been obtained, it can be concluded that there are several strategies used, namely SWOT analysis to improve the Vouin Dafsa business
