Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Public Perceptions of the Quality of Service of Providing Building Construction Permits (IMB) at the Ambon City Planning Service and Methods. The research method is descriptive research method. The population of this study is that people who apply for a Building Construction Permit (IMB) at the Ambon City Planning Office in the Spatial Planning Section for the last 2 months from June and July amounted to 69 people. The results showed that the public perception of the quality of building services in the form of simplicity, clarity, certainty of time, accuracy, service received correctly, right and legitimate quality of service, responsibility, availability of work facilities and infrastructure, other supporting work equipment including technological facilities and informatics shows the results have not been good. Research recommendations need to increase the quality of services with measurable operational standards. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Persepsi Masyarakat Tentang Kualitas Pelayanan Pemberian Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) Pada Dinas Tata Kota Ambon dan Metode. Metode penelitian adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang mengajukan permohonan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) pada Dinas Tata Kota Ambon di Bagian Penataan Ruang selama 2 bulan terakhir dari bulan Juni dan Juli berjumlah 69 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat tentang kualitas pelayanan Izin Mendirikan Bangunan berupa kesederhanaan, kejelasan, kepastian waktu, akurasi, pelayanan diterima dengan benar, tepat dan sah kualitas pelayanan, tanggung jawab, ersedianya sarana dan prasarana kerja, peralatan kerja pendukung lainnya memadai termasuk sarana teknologi dan informatika menunjukkan hasil belum baik. Rekomendasi penelitian perlu adanya peningkatan kalitas pelayanan dengan standat operasional yang terukur

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang sejauh mana pemberdayaan masyarakat di Negeri Halong Kecamatan Baguala. Permasalahan adalah Sejauh mana pemberdayaan masyarakat di Negeri Halong Kecamatan Baguala. Populasi dalam peneltian ini adalah seluruh aparat desa yang berjumlah 25 orang dan seluruh kepala keluarga yang berjumlah 175 orang. Sehingga total populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 17 responden (34%) responden mengatakan bahwa kesejahteraan masyarakat Negeri Halong kurang baik dengan alasan tidak tercukupinya kebutuhan dasar. 16 responden (32%) mengatakan kurang baik karena tidak adanya kesetaraan akses terhadap sumber daya. 19 responden (38%) responden mengatakan bahwa kurang baik karena kesenjangan 20 orang (40%) responden mengatakan kurang baik karena kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat ikut andil dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Dan 14 responden (28%) mengatakan kurang baik karena belum mendapatkan hak-haknya.This study aims to determine the extent of community empowerment in the State of Halong, Baguala District. The problem is the extent of community empowerment in the State of Halong, Baguala District. The population in this study were all village officials, amounting to 25 people and all family heads totaling 175 people. So that the total population in this study was 200 people. The results of this study indicate that 17 respondents (34%) of respondents said that the welfare of the people of the State of Halong was not good on the grounds of not fulfilling basic needs. 16 respondents (32%) said that it was not good because there was no equal access to resources. 19 respondents (38%) of respondents said that it was not good because of the gap of 20 people (40%) of respondents said it was not good because of the lack of community participation to take part in the decision making process. And 14 respondents (28%) said that it was not good because they did not get their rights.
