Abstract

ABSTRAKStudi ini merupakan penelitian untuk memaparkan tentang edukasi pencegahan penularan Covid-19 di MDA Sorkam kanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi pencegahan penularan Covid-19 dan untuk mengetahui ke patuhan masyarakat Kelurahan Sorkam Kanan terhadap protokol kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif, dengan memberikan edukasi pencegahan covid-19 di MDA Sorkam Kanan secara intensif. Studi ini memberikan penjelasan tentang kegiatan edukasi yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN Kel.76 Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara, dengan memberikan edukasi kepada anak-anak MDA Sorkam Kanan tentang bagaimana mencegah penularan Covid-19, seperti masker dan hand sanitizer.

Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 or SARS-CoV-2). It makes the decrease of people's purchasing power. Meanwhile, the economic growth indicates the success of a country's economic development. Therefore, the Consumer Price Index occurs Inflation and Deflation, which is commonly referred to in the economy as the Consumer Price Index. This study aimed to apply a weighted Markov chain method to predict the consumer price index in the future. The satisfactory results obtained by researchers in predicting the consumer price index are in, the chance is 84.34% and the 12th month has a 78.54% chance.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) as a digital payment innovation for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Serbananti Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The background of this study is the low level of digital literacy and the still high level of cash transactions, which causes MSMEs to face obstacles in efficiency and market access. The purpose of this study is to explore the QRIS adoption process, identify the challenges faced, and assess its impact on increasing transactions and customer satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with observation, interviews, and direct coaching techniques for MSMEs. The research findings indicate that the implementation of QRIS through the OVO application has facilitated payment transactions, increased consumer trust, and expanded the market. However, there are obstacles that arise, such as inadequate internet infrastructure, limited device availability, low digital literacy levels, and negative views regarding discount fees (MDR). These results underscore the fact that the success of QRIS implementation depends not only on technology, but also on continuous education, infrastructure support, and incentive policies that support MSMEs.

Abstract

The digitalization of payment systems has become an important breakthrough in supporting the efficiency of financial transactions, including in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector. The Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) was introduced as a digital payment instrument expected to enhance convenience, security, and accessibility in transactions. This study aims to explore the perceptions and responses of MSME actors in Serbananti Village toward the implementation of QRIS as a digital payment system. The research employed a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and observations involving five MSMEs that have received QRIS facilities. The findings indicate that some MSME actors hold positive perceptions of QRIS, viewing it as practical, modern, and aligned with current consumer payment trends. However, challenges were also identified, such as limited digital literacy, concerns about additional costs, and consumers’ preference for cash transactions. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of QRIS in Serbananti Village still requires intensive socialization and technical assistance to enable MSMEs to maximize the benefits of this digital payment system.
