Abstract

Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are one of the causes of health, social and economic problems in many countries. According to WHO STIs are infections that are transmitted through vaginal, anal and oral sexual intercourse. Based on the results of a preliminary survey in the area many FSWs (Female Sex Workers) did not know about STIs. This counseling aims to increase the knowledge of FSWs to be able to prevent the transmission of STIs both for themselves and for the community in Prostitution Area. 12th-kilometer Palangka Raya City. The method used in this service is in the form of lectures, discussions, question and answer and evaluation with a pre-post-test, with a sample of 25 respondents. The results of this service show that there is an increase in WPS knowledge about STIs as evidenced by pre-test data 32% lacking knowledge, 64% sufficient knowledge and only 4% good knowledge, after being given information post-test 56% good knowledge, 44% sufficient knowledge there is no lack of knowledge. The conclusion from the results of the service shows the influence of health education on the level of knowledge of respondents. It is hoped that the results of this service can be an effort to prevent the spread of STIs for FSWs and the community

Abstract

 Latar Belakang: Pentingnya pengetahuan tentang manifestasi klinis pasien yang terinfeksi virus covid-19 sebagai dasar dalam pengenalan dan usaha pencegahan penularan virus terhadap orang lain yang berada dilingkungan terdekat pasien. Isolasi mandiri atau isolasi dengan perawatan di rumah sakit dan penerapan perilaku menggunakan masker, menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan, menjadi pilihan yang harus segera dijalani oleh pasien beserta masyarakat, maka penularan virus covid 19 dapat ditekan semaksimal mungkin.Tujuan: Penelitian untuk mengetahui manifestasi klinis pasien covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Perluasan Covid-19 Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.Metode Penelitian: Analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Accidental sampling yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei – Juni 2020.Hasil: Manifestasi klinis pasien dengan hipertermi sebanyak 15 pasien (30%), anosmia sebanyak 5 pasien (10%), malaise sebanyak 7 pasien (14%), batuk kering sebanyak 26 pasien (52%), myalgia sebanyak 3 pasien (6%), anoreksia sebanyak 1 pasien (2%), sesak napas sebanyak 9 pasien (18%), tanpa gejala sebanyak 14 pasien (28%), diare sebanyak 1 pasien (2%), mual-muntah sebanyak 3 pasien (6%).Kesimpulan: Manifestasi klinis pasien Covid-19 didominasi dengan keluhan batuk kering sebanyak 26 pasien (52%), sedangkan keluhan pasien paling sedikit adalah diare dan anoreksia sebanyak 1 pasien (2%).Kata Kunci : Manifestasi Klinis, Pasien Covid-19

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Dokumentasi keperawatan yang berlaku di UGD (Unit Gawat Darurat) saat ini umumnya dilakukan secara tertulis (paper based documentation). Metode ini mempunyai kelemahan yaitu memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mengisi form yang tersedia, membutuhkan biaya pencetakan form yang cukup mahal, sering hilang atau terselip, memerlukan tempat penyimpanan yang luas dan menyulitkan pencarian kembali saat diperlukan. Disamping itu masih banyak perawat yang belum menyadari bahwa tindakan yang dilakukan harus dipertanggungjawabkan, untuk itu perlu adanya inovasi pencatatan dengan menggunakan pencatatan berbasis aplikasi web.  Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan asuhan keperawatan gawat darurat terintegrasi berbasis aplikasi web Sistem Pakar terhadap ketepatan dan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan di ruang IGD RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya.Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan Pre eksperiment dengan pendekatan  The One Group Pratest-Posttes Design. Pengambilan sample dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa keperawatan yang menjalani praktek di IGD. Sampel berjumlah 24 responden di RSUD. dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka RayaHasil: Berdasarkan uji statistik menunjukan nilai significanci pvalue nilai α dengan tingkat significanci α = 0,05. Nilai significanci  menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon di peroleh Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.001 dan 0.002 yang artinya H0 ditolak sehingga terdapat pengaruh penggunaan asuhan keperawatan gawat darurat terintegrasi berbasis aplikasi web Sistem Pakar terhadap ketepatan dan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan di ruang IGD RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya.Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan  asuhan keperawatan gawat darurat terintegrasi berbasis aplikasi web Sistem Pakar efektif dalam meningkatkan ketepatan dan kelengkapan dokumentasi keperawatan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberi manfaat bagi pelayanan kesehatan, sehingga mempermudah perawat dalam melakukan dokumentasi sebagai legalitas tindakan dan perlindungan hukum. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Web, Dokumentasi Asuhan  Keperawatan, Ketepatan, Kelengkapan, Gawat Darurat. Background: Nursing documentation that applies in the ER (Emergency Room) is currently generally done in writing (paper-based documentation). This method has the disadvantage that it takes a long time to fill out the forms available, requires the cost of printing forms that are quite expensive, often removed or tucked, buy a large storage space and make it difficult to search back when needed. Besides that, there are still many nurses who do not realize that the actions taken must be accounted for, for this reason there is a need to record using web application-based recording.Objective: This study discusses the use of integrated emergency care nursing based on the Expert System web application to the accuracy and completeness of nursing administration in the emergency room of RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya.Method: The research design used was Pre-experimentation by studying The One Group Pratest-Posttes Design. Sampling using purposive sampling. The population in this study were nursing students who studied practice in the ED. Sample payment of 24 respondents in hospitals. dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka RayaResults: Based on statistical tests show the significance value of pvalue α value with a significance level of α = 0.05. The significance value using the Wilcoxon Test was obtained by Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.001 and 0.002, which means H0 is rejected so that it can be used as an integrated emergency care nursing based on the Expert System web application for the accuracy and completeness of nursing administration in the emergency room of RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya.Conclusion: The results showed that the use of integrated emergency care nursing based on the Expert System web application was effective in increasing the accuracy and completeness of nursing administration. The results of this study can benefit health services, making it easier for nurses to carry out legal procedures and legal protection. Keywords: Web Application, Nursing Documentation, Accuracy, Completeness, Emergency Department.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pandemi COVID-19 muncul ketika virus ini diketahui menyebar dari orang ke orang dalam waktu singkat dan dengan gejala seperti demam tinggi, batuk, sesak, tidak nafsu makan dan lemas. Banyaknya jumlah kematian yang bertambah hari demi hari akibat virus corona ini tidak hanya menimbulkan gejala dan penyakit fisik saja akan tetapi, berpengaruh besar terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pengetahuan seseorang adalah dasar untuk mengambil keputusan dan menentukan tindakan terhadap masalah yang dihadapi dan juga dasar mengambil sikap serta mewujudkan perilaku dalam pencegahan penularan Covid 19.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku responden tentang Covid 19.Metode Penelitian: Analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Accidental sampling yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei – Juni 2020.Hasil: Dari 50 pasien di RS Perluasan Covid-19 Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup tentang Covid 19 yaitu 18 pasien (36%), pengetahuan kurang 17 pasien (34%), dan pengetahuan baik 15 pasien (30%). Sikap positif 28 pasien (56%) dan sikap negatif 22 pasien (44%) serta perilaku cukup 21 pasien (42%), perilaku kurang 20 pasien (40%) dan perilaku baik 9 pasien (18%). Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan pasien dominan cukup yaitu 18 pasien (36%), sikap positif 28 pasien (56%) dan perilaku cukup 21 pasien (42%).Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap, Perilaku, Pasien Covid-19 Knowledge, Attitudes, and Behavior of Covid-19 Patients at the Covid-19 Expansion Hospital Central Kalimantan ProvinceBackground: The COVID-19 pandemic emerged when the virus was known to spread from person to person in a short time and with symptoms such as high fever, cough, shortness of breath, lack of appetite, and weakness. The number of deaths that are increasing day by day due to the coronavirus does not only cause symptoms and physical illnesses but also has a major impact on the welfare of the community. A person's knowledge is the basis for making decisions and determining actions against the problems at hand and also the basis for taking attitudes and manifesting behavior in preventing the transmission of Covid 19.Aims: This study aims to determine the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of respondents about Covid 19.Methods: Descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used Accidental sampling which was conducted in May - June 2020.Results: Of the 50 patients at the Covid-19 Expansion Hospital in Central Kalimantan Province who had sufficient knowledge of Covid 19, 18 patients (36%), 17 patients (34%) lacked knowledge, and 15 patients (30%) had good knowledge. The positive attitude of 28 patients (56%) and negative attitude of 22 patients (44%) and moderate behavior of 21 patients (42%), poor behavior of 20 patients (40%), and good behavior of 9 patients (18%).Conclusion: Knowledge of dominant patients is sufficient, namely 18 patients (36%), positive attitude of 28 patients (56%), and sufficient behavior of 21 patients (42%).Keywords: Knowledge, Attitudes, Behavior, Covid-19 Patients
