Abstract

Menua atau menjadi tua adalah suatu keadaan yang terjadi di dalam kehidupan manusia. Proses menua merupakan proses sepanjang hidup, tidak hanya dimulai pada satu waktu tertentu, tetapi dimulai sejak permulaan kehidupan. Semua individu akan menjadi tua dan ingin memiliki masa tua yang sehat, sejahtera, berguna, produktif, berkualitas dan bermartabat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan menjelaskan hubungan perilaku kesehatan dengan pemanfaatan Posyandu Lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kecamatan Cimanggis Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan rancangan Cross Sectional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku kesehatan dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kecamatan Cimanggis Depok. Populasi seluruh lansia yang tinggal di Kelurahan Curug Kecamatan Cimanggis, yang berusia 60 tahun ke atas sebanyak 684 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 77 orang dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Analisis menggunakan uji chi square dan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan keluarga dan peran kader dengan pemanfaatan posyandu lansia. Sikap merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan posyandu lansia. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan lansia ke posyandu, diharapkan adanya evaluasi terhadap hasil cakupan pelayanan posyandu lansia setiap bulannya. Perlu dilakukan upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lansia untuk berkunjung ke posyandu lansia, seperti pemberian penyuluhan secara terencana, terarah dan berkesinambungan. Melakukan evaluasi kinerja kader setiap tahun serta melakukan pembinaan dan pelatihan kepada kader. Kata kunci : Umur, Jenis Kelamin, Pendidikan,Pengetahuan,Sikap,Dukungan Keluarga,Peran Kader

Abstract

Low Back Pain (LBP) is pain felt in the lower back whose source is the spinal column (lower back), muscles, nerves, tendons, joints, or cartilage. LBP complaints to drivers are caused by several stressors such as demographic factors, vehicle physical design factors, work factors and environmental factors. This research is an analytical study with a quantitative approach using a cross sectional design. The population of all bus drivers at Cileungsi Bus Terminal is 32 people, the sample used is total sampling. Analysis using chi-square test. The results of the study stated that there was a significant relationship between driving duration, posture and smoking habits with complaints of LBP. Driving duration is the most dominant variable affecting LBP complaints. To reduce the complaints of LBP pain, it is hoped that it can improve a healthy life. To improve health, it is necessary to pay attention to the duration of work, posture when driving and reduce smoking habits. Conduct health promotions on occupational health and safety, especially regarding correct driving attitudes and the dangers of low back pain to bus drivers.

Abstract

Job stress is a psychosocial hazard that comes from various sources, such as work organization, work design, working conditions and co-worker relationships. This will be a risk in occupational health and safety as well as one of the problems that are often experienced in various parts of the world. Currently, work stress has become a global issue that greatly affects all professions, both in developed and developing countries. Job stress is a factor that causes employees to be depressed, bored, and feel uncomfortable conditions in working at the company1 This study aims to determine differences in work stress on organizational commitment, workload and organizational climate among workers at PT. Ikhtiar Mulia Construction in 2021. This research is quantitative in nature, using analytical descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach. This study uses primary data by providing a questionnaire. The sample that will be used as the object of research is all workers at PT. Ikhtiar Mulia Konstruksi in 2021 as many as 60 workers. The results of the study stated that there was a significant difference in work stress based on workload, and there was no significant difference in organizational commitment, organizational climate based on work stress at PT. Ikhtiar Mulia Konstruksi in 2021. To reduce the number of workers who experience work stress on the workload, the company is advised to increase the number of workers to reduce the workload and the work can be completed on time.
