Abstract

This study aims to find out about the influence of profitability and solvency of the company on stock prices. The financial ratios studied are Return on Assets and Debt to Equity Ratio as independent variables and stock prices as the dependent variable. The number of samples used in this study are property sector companies listed on the IDX from 2012 - 2016. The statistical method used in this study is multiple regression method. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of Return on Assets, and Debt to Equity Ratio is simultaneously statistically significant effect on stock prices. While statistically partial the ratio of Debt to Equity Ratio does not have a significant effect on stock prices that will be traded on the stock exchange. Keywords: Profitability (ROA), Solvency (DER), Share Prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of cash turnover and receivable turnover on profitability at PT. Indofood has prosperous success. This study uses the population of all financial reports (quarterly) PT. Indoodood Sukses Makmur TBK listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2010-2017. Based on predetermined criteria, 32 samples were obtained.The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis and with the help of SPSS version 16.0. in this study experienced the disposal of outlier data in order to be able to normal distribution and disposal of Company Size variables as the cause of multicollinearity.Test results show that the Cash Turnover variable (X1) has a significant negative effect on ROA while the Receivable Turnover variable (X2) has a significant positive effect on ROA. The probability value of the Cash Turnover variable (X1) is 0.569 against ROA. Receivable Turnover (X2) has a significant positive effect on ROA. With the probability value of the Receivable Turnover variable is 0.001 against ROA assuming the value of the other variables remains constant. This shows that if the Receivable Turnover is high, then ROA will increase. And F Test results show that cash turnover and receivable turnover have a simultant effect on profitability that is 0.02. Keywords: ROA, Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of earning pershare and dividend per share,to the stock price. Thestock price coefficient is measured by the result of regression slope between cummulative abnormal return and unexpected earnings. The population of this study are companies that are listed on LQ 45 Index in 2013-2016. Based on purposive sampling method, the total obtained samples are 17 companies.The source of data are taken from annual reports of companies that are listed on Indonesia stock exchange in 2013-2016. The data analysis method is using multiple linear regression with SPSS 16. software application.The result of this study found that earning per share and devidend per share have significant positive effect to the stock price coefficient partially or simultaneously.Keywords : earning per share, dividend per share, LQ45 index, stock price.

Abstract

In facing the era of globalization and increasing business competition, attention to employee performance becomes crucial. In this context, work stress and work culture become the primary focus of research. This literature review utilizes the literature study method to investigate the impact of work stress and work culture on employee performance. Work stress, arising from high pressure and uncertainty in the work environment, is examined in the context of its effects on psychological well-being and employee productivity. In line with that, the role of work culture, encompassing values, norms, and beliefs within the organization, is explained in the context of its influence on employee motivation and performance. Through the literature study method, this research presents key findings from previous studies to provide a deep understanding of the complexity of the interaction between work stress, work culture, and employee performance. These findings are expected to contribute to practical and theoretical insights into human resource management strategies in this era of globalization, where emphasis on stress management and the development of positive work culture is imperative for achieving optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Perubahan dalam dunia bisnis menuntut para pelaku bisnis maupun perusahaan untuk turut berbenah dan berubah. Perubahan ini dipercepat dengan kecanggihan teknologi yang perkembangannya semakin masif. Untuk itu dibutuhkan penyesuaian kerja baru, agar karyawan dan perusahaan mampu terus mempertahankan kinerjanya. Melalui Learning Organization diharapkan semua pengetahuan dapat terkumpul dan dimanfaatkan dengan baik melalui Knowladge Sharing. Kumpulan pengetahuan, baik yang baru ataupun perbaikan atas kesalahan yang telah dilakukan harus dibagikan kepada karyawan lain, sehingga dapat menjadi ajang pembelajaran dalam menjalankan pekerjannya. Tujuannya adalah untuk dapat mempertahankan dan bahkan meningkatkan Organization Performance. Selain itu, membagikan pengetahuan menjadi salah satu cara yang ditempuh perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja organisasinya dengan cepat. Terlebih dengan bantuan dari teknologi informasi proses pembelajaran karyawan akan dengan cepat dan mudah untuk dibagikan kepada semua karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi. Namun hal terpentingny adalah menumbuhkan pembelajar dan membiasakan diri untuk membagikan pengetahuan itu kepada karyawan lainnya sehingga tercipta satu system untuk mengumpulkan pengetahuan serta membagikannya yang tujuan akhirnya adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

An organization's performance can be measured using financial and non-financial approaches. If financial and non-financial management has been managed effectively and efficiently, this can be one of the benchmarks. The ability to be able to carry out management effectively and efficiently needs to be complemented by knowledge. The ability of an organization to continuously learn and develop its capacity is what every organization must have. Organizations must continue to process in gathering knowledge. This ability must be accompanied by transformational leadership capable of bringing about change for the realization of the organization's vision. This type of leadership helps raise employee awareness and deepen their level of perception and acceptance of the group's vision and goals. Transformational leadership changes employees through words and actions and deeply influences followers. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji masa depan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) di era digital, berfokus pada transformasi fungsi inti dan implikasinya bagi organisasi. Melalui tinjauan pustaka, studi ini mensintesis referensi internasional dan domestik untuk gambaran komprehensif. Era digital dengan AI, analitik data, dan otomatisasi telah mengubah peran MSDM dari administratif menjadi mitra strategis yang esensial.Lima area transformasi utama meliputi: rekrutmen dan akuisisi talenta yang didukung AI dan media sosial; pelatihan dan pengembangan yang beralih ke e-learning serta pembelajaran personal; manajemen kinerja yang bergeser ke umpan balik berkelanjutan berbasis teknologi; kompensasi dan manfaat yang lebih personal dengan analitik data; dan peran sentral HRIS serta analitik data sebagai fondasi pengambilan keputusan strategis.Meskipun demikian, MSDM menghadapi tantangan seperti kesenjangan keterampilan digital, keamanan data dan privasi, menjaga sentuhan manusia di tengah otomatisasi, dan memfasilitasi perubahan budaya organisasi menuju ketangkasan. Peluang juga muncul untuk personalisasi pengalaman karyawan, peningkatan keterlibatan dan kesejahteraan, pengambilan keputusan berbasis bukti, serta peningkatan fleksibilitas dan ketangkasan organisasi. MSDM di era digital harus adaptif dan inovatif, memimpin perubahan budaya untuk menjadi penggerak pertumbuhan bisnis dan keberlanjutan talenta.

Abstract

Di era digitalisasi, persaingan bisnis yang ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk terus berinovasi dalam memahami perubahan gaya hidup sehat konsumen yang kini mulai beralih ke pola makan bebas gluten. Produk gluten-free, yang awalnya bersifat khusus untuk kebutuhan medis, kini mengalami pergeseran fungsi menjadi simbol identitas dan gaya hidup sehat di media sosial. Penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi ini mengeksplorasi pengalaman personal konsumen dalam menginterpretasikan produk gluten-free dari dua merek lokal, The.Cornecraft dan Nude Bake, di Instagram. Temuan inti penelitian menunjukkan adanya pergeseran fundamental nilai produk gluten-free dari sekadar kebutuhan medis menjadi bagian integral dari gaya hidup sehat harian (functional reframing). Kekuatan metodologis penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi kerangka Strategic Experiential Modules (SEMs) dan Socio-Cultural Consumption Vector (SCCV). Analisis SCCV mengungkap bahwa konsumsi produk ini berfungsi sebagai alat sosial untuk membentuk identitas diri yang sadar kesehatan dan memperkuat koneksi komunitas. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merumuskan "Model Konstruksi Makna Konsumen Terhadap Produk Gluten-Free" yang terdiri dari empat tahap: Functional Reframing, Cognitive Legitimation, Lifestyle & Social Integration, dan Trust Anchoring. Implikasi praktis bagi pelaku bisnis adalah pentingnya menonjolkan dimensi pengalaman langsung (Sense dan Feel) serta membangun kredibilitas melalui transparansi ilmiah (uji laboratorium) untuk menjamin keberlanjutan bisnis di era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the relevance of the Javanese cultural values of macak, manak, and masak in the process of family business succession to female successors. This study departs from the assumption that this philosophy still limits women’s roles to the domestic sphere, especially in the context of Javanese society, which is closely tied to patriarchal culture. The objective of this study is to analyze how the values of macak, manak, and masak are interpreted and implemented in the preparation and decision-making processes of family business succession. The study uses a qualitative case study design with five family businesses in Tulungagung Regency that have been operating across generations and involve female successors. Data collection techniques included semi-structured interviews, observations, focus group discussions (FGD), and source triangulation. The results of the study show that macak, manak, and masak are no longer the basis for the family business succession process. Four main themes were found, namely interest, independence, collaboration, and tradition. The interest of female successors is formed through early involvement and family support. Women’s independence develops in response to economic demands and to the need for business sustainability. Cross-generational collaboration occurs based on competence, not gender, while tradition is interpreted as the inheritance of moral values and family business identity. This study concludes that there has been a shift in values in family businesses.

Abstract

Disrupsi teknologi yang dipicu oleh kecerdasan buatan, otomasi, big data, dan Internet of Things telah mengubah lanskap kerja di industri ritel secara fundamental. Transformasi ini tidak hanya memengaruhi proses operasional, tetapi juga mengubah tuntutan kompetensi tenaga kerja yang semakin dinamis dan kompleks. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dinamika upskilling dan reskilling karyawan dalam menghadapi transformasi teknologi melalui pendekatan studi kasus multipel pada sektor ritel. Studi ini mengintegrasikan temuan dari 35 publikasi akademik periode 2021–2025 untuk memahami spektrum keterampilan yang diperlukan, tantangan implementasi program pengembangan kompetensi, serta strategi organisasi yang efektif dalam menghadapi perubahan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus multipel dengan analisis tematik terhadap literatur sistematis yang relevan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa industri ritel membutuhkan kombinasi keterampilan yang semakin kompleks, meliputi keterampilan digital, seperti sistem otomasi dan teknologi ritel modern, serta soft skills seperti komunikasi, adaptabilitas, dan pemecahan masalah. Selain itu, pembelajaran berkelanjutan muncul sebagai meta-skill yang sangat menentukan dalam menjaga relevansi dan daya saing karyawan dalam jangka panjang. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi organisasi bersifat multidimensional, mencakup resistensi karyawan terhadap perubahan, keterbatasan anggaran pelatihan, kurangnya dukungan manajerial, serta kesenjangan literasi digital yang masih cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi sejumlah strategi yang terbukti efektif, misalnya pemetaan kesenjangan keterampilan berbasis data, budaya pembelajaran berkelanjutan, penerapan pendekatan dual pathways, integrasi pelatihan soft skills, kolaborasi dengan institusi pendidikan, serta penguatan dukungan kepemimpinan organisasi. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan program upskilling dan reskilling memerlukan pendekatan strategis yang holistik, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan kesiapan tenaga kerja menghadapi transformasi digital di industri ritel.
