Penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang santun dalam bermasyarakat dapat menunjukkan tingkatkemartabatannnya dalam budaya berkomunikasi dengan orang lain. Akan tetapi, penggunaan bahasa dalamlayanan publik, sering tidak menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang santun. Dengan kata lain, banyak terjadipenyimpangan prinsip kesantunan bahasa, terutama di dalam komunikasi lisan dalam bermasyarakat. Olehkarena itu, perlu dibenahi agar informasi yang disampaikan kepada masyarakat jelas dan tidak adapenyimpangan kesantunan berbahasa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus, yaitu penelitian yangmengamati dan memelajari bahasa yang digunakan oleh para pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Pedurungan, KotaSemarang dalam layanan kepada publik. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Penelitian kualitatif ini bersifat deskriptif dengan memaparkan tuturan kesantunan berbahasa dan prinsippenyimpangan bahasa yang digunakannya. Wujud data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan pegawai danmasyarakat yang menyimpang dari prinsip kesantunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukanpenggunaan bahasa yang menyimpang dari prinsip kesantunan. Penyimpangan tersebut disebabkan olehkekurang puasan terhadap layanan, penggunaan ”rama inggil”, kesalahan penulisan ejaan. Oleh karena itu,diperlukan pembenahan penggunaan bahasa dalam layanan publik. Pelayanan yang cepat dan mudahdiharapkan dapat memberi kepuasan kepada masyarakat. Selain itu, penguasan berbahasa dalam layananpublik juga perlu ditingkatkan, sehingga informasi yang disampaikan jelas dimaknai oleh pengguna jasalayanan publik.

This study aims to reveal the happiness of the COVID-19 contact tracer volunteers. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was employed. Five volunteers were recruited for this study. Data were collected through semistructured interviews and analyzed using an interpretative phenomenological analysis. From the results of the study, it is concluded that the happiness of being a volunteer arises from positive feelings due to perceived benefits they have given to the people in need primarily people who are recovering from COVID-19. Volunteers’ happiness also arises from the awareness of their positive life compared to people whose life tests are heavier than they have. The involvement and interaction of volunteers with  people who are suffering from COVID-19 makes the volunteers feel more positive and grateful for their life.Keywords: COVID-19 contact tracking, happiness, volunteers Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebahagiaan relawan pelacak kontak COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Jumlah subjek penelitian ini adalah 5 oang relawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semiterstruktur. Data dianalisis menggunakan interpretative phenomenological analysis. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebahagiaan menjadi relawan muncul karena bisa menolong dan merasakan kebahagiaan orang yang sembuh dari COVID-19. Kebahagiaan relawan juga muncul sebagai akibat melihat realita masih banyak orang lain yang ujian hidupnya lebih dari yang dialaminya. Keterlibatan dan interaksi para informan penlitian ini dengan orang yang sedang terkena penyakit COVID-19 telah membuat mereka memandang hidupnya lebih positif dan penuh kesyukuran.

Humanity is currently in deep sadness due to the outbreak of Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) which has hit almost all parts of the world. Indonesia spontaneously implemented policies of learning from home, working from home, and worshiping at home. One of the learning methods used by the Indonesian education system is online or the abbreviation for the network. Online or online is a learning method that is carried out online. While online courses are courses that are wholly or partly held online or online, using learning management. This study aims to determine the effect of the learning style system on student achievement inequality education. The method used in this research is experimental. The study population numbered 120 students who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing learning style questionnaires and documenting student report cards within 1 semester. This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques, normality and homogeneity tests, and ANOVA tests. Hypothesis testing used a one-way ANOVA test with data processing using Lisrel. The results showed that the learning style had a significant influence or contribution to the learning achievement of students. This can be seen from the results of the significant value of 0.500 so that the significance value of the ANOVA test of students is more than 0.45. The ultimate goal of this research is the arrangement of the SI - Gabby application (Student Learning System) to improve student achievement. The application framework is prepared based on theoretical, empirical studies, and objective conditions of the implementation of the school learning system at Learning Activity Studio (SKB) Therefore, this study uses research and development methods and designs based on the principles and steps of Borg Gall. The population is 360 people, the sample is 230 people. Data collection techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection tool using a psychological scale. Based on the analysis of the implementation process of the developed model as well as the results achieved by group members, it proves that the student learning system is effective in improving student achievement. Indications of the success of the service implementation process can be seen from the roles carried out by counselors and group members at each stage, both the formation, transition, activity, and termination stages where at the activity stage the counselor applies the stages of the online learning system so that it is well internalized to all members of the group. While the effectiveness of the service is evidenced by the results of the achievement scale which shows an increase in the results of the initial evaluation and final evaluation on the total score of achievement.

Kepercayaan diri mahasiswa cerdas istimewa saat berada pada pembelajaran klinik sangat diperlukan karena semakin tinggi kepercayaan mahasiswa tersebut semakin kompeten dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran klinik dengan baik. Hal tersebut didukung dengan berbagai metode pembelajaran yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa keperawatan diantaranya adalah konferensi klinis, simulasi, demonstrasi model, peta konsep dan ronde keperawatan, oleh karena itu pembimbing klinik harus mengetahui dengan baik metode pembelajaran yang akan digunakan, agar dapat memilih metode pembelajaran yang tepat dalam pembimbingan khususnya di lingkungan klinik pada mahasiswa cerdas istimewa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa kepercayaan diri mahasiswa cerdas istimewa pada pembelajaran klinik. Fokus dan rumusan masalah jurnal ini adalah gambaran kepercayaan diri mahasiswa cerdas istimewa pada pembelajaran klinik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode review dari berbagai artikel yang diakses melalui Ebsco, Pro Quest dari tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2020. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan yaitu: Mahasiswa cerdas istimewa masih banyak yang memiliki kondisi psikologis yang sangat perlu kita perhatikan contohnya emosi, kepercayaan diri, hubungan sosial dengan teman sebaya karena itu mahasiswa cerdas istimewa sangat membutuhkan pendidikan khusus, kesempatan berkerjasama, dan pendampingan khusus. Dalam pendidikan keperawatan keyakinan/confidence merupakan variabel penting. Mahasiswa dengan tingkat kepercayaan diri yang lebih tinggi memiliki kemungkinan lebih besar untuk mengembangkan intervensi yang berhasil, karena mereka mampu menguji dan menggunakan kompetensinya dengan lebih mudah.

This study aimed to demonstrate that character education and friendship are factors that influence or foster self-esteem in adolescents. To validate the statement, 250 students in Semarang participated and are involved in this study. Three hypotheses were formulated and tested. The major hypothesis was that character education and friendship have an effect on self-esteem in adolescents. The first minor hypothesis was that character education has an effect on students’ self esteem and the second minor hypothesis was that friendship has an effect on self-esteem in adolescents. The results of data analysis show that all hypotheses are accepted. Furthermore, based on the results, the researchers suggested that character education and friendship dimensions should be considered in an intervention program intended to promote the potential of education character and friendship as a means of fostering self-esteem in adolescents as a foundation for growth and development in the future.

A survey was conducted to test and analyze the effects of transformational leadership characteristics and intrinsic A survey was conducted to test and analyze the effects of transformational leadership characteristics and intrinsic motivation on employee work performance and satisfaction as a mediating variable on B.L.U.D employees at RA Kartini Hospital, Jepara Regency. The problem faced by RSUD RA Kartini Jepara Regency is that the Work Performance of B.L.U.D employees has not met the hospital's target. The survey was conducted and used quantitative procedures and analyzed and used SmartPLS 4. The community studied in this survey was all B.L.U.D employees at the R,A Kartini Hospital, Jepara Regency, totaling 410 employees. the sample used was 203 employees and the sample determination in this survey used Non Probability Sampling and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership traits and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee work performance. Satisfaction with work is able to mediate the effects of transformational leadership characteristics and intrinsic motivation on employee work performance. Following the Adjusted R Square value explains that transformational leadership characteristics, intrinsic motivation and a satisfied attitude at work affect employee work performance by 0.667 or 66.7% and the rest is explained by other variables outside the survey.

Fenomena kecanduan game online saat ini marak terjadi pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan interaksi sosial pada remaja yang kecanduan game online dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 orang dengan karakterisik remaja SMA di Kab Pemalang yang bermain game online dalam sehari minimal 5 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan meskipun bermain game online lebih dari 5 jam/hari, subjek tidak terhalang berinteraksi sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kecanduan game pada tingkat Moderate, namun subjek tetap memiliki hubungan positif dengan masyarakat. Berbagai kegiatan sosial, seperti membantu orang tua, mentoring, dan kegiatan pramuka, menandakan keseimbangan antara game dan interaksi sosial.

Abstract This study aim to determine the work motivation of anti-corruption instructors in conducting education and campaigns to the public. The backgrounds of Anti-Corruption instructors are very interesting to know more about the work motivation of the Anti-Corruption instructors in carrying out their activities. This study uses a qualitative method, where the informants totaled 5 people who are anti-corruption instructor, who have received certification from LSP KPK. The phenomenological approach strategy was chosen in this study to make a description of the awareness and experience that exists within the individual about a phenomenon. In this study using one variable, Work Motivation. Data collection was carried out through interviews and document study. Interviews were conducted face to face and by telephone. Existing data will be processed and packaged in a descriptive form so that it can answer systematically and logically the problems that have been formulated in the research.Keywords: anti-corruption, anti-corruption instructor, integrity, integrity values, work motivationAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja Penyuluh Antikorupsi dalam melakukan edukasi dan kampanye kepada masyarakat. Latar belakang dari Penyuluh Antikorupsi yang berbeda-beda sangatlah menarik untuk diketahui lebih dalam. Terutama motivasi kerja Penyuluh Antikorupsi dalam melakukan aktivitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan informan yang berjumlah sebanyak 5 orang Penyuluh Antikorupsi yang telah mendapatkan sertifikasi dari Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi. Strategi pendekatan fenomenologi dipilih dalam penelitian ini guna membuat deskripsi tentang kesadaran dan pengalaman yang ada dalam diri individu tentang suatu fenomena. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variabel yaitu motivasi kerja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan study dokumen. Wawancara dilakukan secara langsung serta melalui telepon. Data yang sudah ada akan diproses dan dikemas dalam bentuk deskriptif sehingga bisa menjawab secara sistematis dan logis masalah yang telah dirumuskan dalam penelitian.Kata kunci: antikorupsi, integritas, motivasi kerja, nilai-iilai integritas, penyuluh antikorupsi

In facing the era of globalization and increasing business competition, attention to employee performance becomes crucial. In this context, work stress and work culture become the primary focus of research. This literature review utilizes the literature study method to investigate the impact of work stress and work culture on employee performance. Work stress, arising from high pressure and uncertainty in the work environment, is examined in the context of its effects on psychological well-being and employee productivity. In line with that, the role of work culture, encompassing values, norms, and beliefs within the organization, is explained in the context of its influence on employee motivation and performance. Through the literature study method, this research presents key findings from previous studies to provide a deep understanding of the complexity of the interaction between work stress, work culture, and employee performance. These findings are expected to contribute to practical and theoretical insights into human resource management strategies in this era of globalization, where emphasis on stress management and the development of positive work culture is imperative for achieving optimal employee performance.
