Abstract

Perawat spesialis maternitas berperan dalam menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) akibat komplikasi kehamilan dan persalinan. Salah satu peran perawat adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif dengan mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi masalah pasien perdarahan post partum dengan pedekatan teori keperawatan. Penerapan model need for help Wiedenbach dilaksanakan untuk mefasilitasi ibu untuk mengatasi masalah kegawatan akibat perdarahan yang dialami. Lima kasus kelolaan pasien memiliki masalah yang berbeda beda sesuai hasil pengkajian model need for help Wiedenbach. Kasus yang dilaporkan adalah pasien perdarahan post partum akibat retensio plasenta dengan keluhan perdarahan aktif, lemas, pusing. Masalah keperawatan yang ditemukan adalah perdarahan, kurang volume cairan, resiko gangguan perfusi jaringan, kecemasan. Intervensi keperawatan yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengatasi masalah kegawatan dengan menghentikan perdarahan dan resusitasi cairan. Evaluasi yang didapatkan adalah perdarahan teratasi, pasien selamat dari ancaman kematian.

Abstract

Komunikasi kepala ruangan dan motivasi perawat merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi kepala ruangan dan motivasi perawat dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana di rumah sakit hermina jatinegara. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 149 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariate. Pada hasil analisis bivariat terdapat hubungan komunikasi kepala ruangan dan motivasi perawat dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana di Rumah Sakit Hermina Jatinegara. Diharapkan institusi rumah sakit dapat lebih optimal melakukan supervisi terhadap motivasi perawat dan komunikasi kepala ruangan

Abstract

This study is interested in analyzing marketing entrepreneur ability value in influencing entrepreneurship performance. Our study views that marketing hard skills and marketing soft skills are not enough to be a lever factor for Entrepreneurship Performance. The results of research on 237 samples using structural equation modeling revealed the findings of marketing hard skills and marketing soft skills can maximize their role in entrepreneurship performance if both types of marketing competencies can develop marketing entrepreneur ability value as a valuable resource capital for the company.

Abstract

Preeclampsia can increase the maternal mortality rate by 26.47% per 100,000 live births, so it is necessary to carry out medical and nursing management that is fast and appropriate. The purpose of the case study in Scientific Paper is to describe the implementation of nursing care in patients with post-cesarean section for indications of severe preeclampsia using a case study approach. The research location was Hermina Hospital Depok on 13-17 March 2023. This research was conducted on Ny. T 29 Years P2A0. The results of the study found that the patient had dizziness, shortness of breath, pain on a scale of 5, an increase in weight of 25 kg during pregnancy, and the baby was treated separately. The diagnosis made by hypervolemia, acute pain, risk of infection, and ineffective breastfeeding. Actions taken are monitoring fluid balance, foot massage, early mobilization, and oketani massage. The results of the nursing evaluation found that the diagnosis of hypervolemia was resolved, acute pain was resolved, the risk of infection was not actual, and breastfeeding was not effectively resolved. The conclusion of the research the author has carried out nursing care according to the stages, actual nursing problems are resolved and potential nursing problems are not actual. Research suggestions on the process of nursing care are that nurses can apply foot massage to post-cesarean section patients, and oketani massage applications for relaxation and increased milk production.
