Abstract

Pembelajaran hybride class sudah cukup terkenal dikalangan sekolah tinggi. Dimana pada bulan juli 2020 pemerintah sudah memberikan izin untuk melakukan pembelajaran tatap muka dengan protokol Kesehatan yang ketat. Akan tetapi keraguan dari banyak sekolah masih banyak sehingga membuat pembelajaran online semakin diperpanjang yang dapat mengakibatkan loss learning. Maka dari itu, perlu sekali penerapan hybride class dipasca pandemi ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan penerapan hybride class pada Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif pada peserta didik Angkatan 2021 yang masih aktif sampai sekarang. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara terstruktur sebanyak 10 responden peserta didik dengan mengggunakan google form. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran hybride class berhasil memberikan pengaruh guru terhadap peserta didik, dimana dalam kelas tersebut asik, seru, materi yang diberikan mudah dipahami, maka adanya hybride class ini sangat membantu pembelajaran pada pasca pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

Postmodern-era education requires critical abilities. High school students are not only required to memorize and understand the subjects presented by the teacher. However, they can analyze the usefulness of subjects in everyday life critically. The students consider this task heavy because their literacy and paraphrasing skills are still deficient. Therefore, group counseling is needed so that high school students literacy and paraphrasing skills are proficient. The method used is group counseling with a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the literacy and paraphrasing skills of high school students are improved by (i) directing the use of social media properly and correctly in the classroom; (ii) training by direct practice in the learning process and through assignments that can include the application of paraphrasing; and (iii) being a role model in reading and paraphrasing information.

Abstract

Timbulnya anak Generasi Z dalam menyukai games online menyampai angka yang cukup tinggi. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang terus menerus membawa perubahan, maka perubahan ini tidak dapat dihindarkan bahwa games online cukup laris dalam dunia pasaran sebagai sarana hiburan yang paling banyak digunakan oleh generasi Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka atau library research ditambah peneliti melakukan pendekatan secara kualitatif deksriptif. Data diambil melalui sumber buku-buku, jurnal ilmiah dan beberapa berita up to date yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Adapun hasil penelitian ini memberikan edukasi dalam mendidik anak generasi Z, guru harus: (i) memulihkan atau memulai kembali membangun hubungan dengan peserta didik, (ii) kaloborasi antara Guru dan peserta didik dalam menciptakan karya agar tidak menimbulkan persaiangan yang tiada hentinya dan (iii) guru harus menjadi influence bagi peserta didik sebab dari situ pengaruh positif bisa muncul untuk mendidik generasi Z.

Abstract

Educational creativity of religious institutions in the post-covid-19 pandemic is still considered lacking, because teachers seem to only give stories without any creativity in them, especially with the use of relatively ancient methods, making children in virtual classes extremely bored and unwilling to listen to the material presented. every Sunday. This study aims to develop the creativity of all Bethel religious teachers who will face even more severe challenges. This study uses a library research method by carrying out a descriptive qualitative approach where the data obtained comes from sources in the form of books, scientific journals and scientific articles, so that this research is successful where teachers can build the creativity of Sunday school teachers by doing, as follows: (i) teachers can create classes creatively, (ii) the puppet stage is very effective if it is carried out in a Bethel religious institution virtually with the help of the zoom platform and (iii) teach at this institution although it is virtual, it is still relevant to the conditions in this digital era.
