Pendahuluan : Vaksinasi COVID-19 muncul dengan tujuan membentuk kekebalan suatu kelompok (herd immunity), namun masih ada beberapa masyarakat yang belum vaksin dan menyatakan penolakan terhadap vaksinasi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai alasan masyarakat Desa Candirejo yang menolak vaksinasi COVID-19. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dimana partisipan berjumlah 4 orang yang dipilih sesuai kriteria inklusi menggunakan purposive sampling.Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, analisis data menggunakan teknik Coalizi. Hasil : Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan 10 tema yaitu ragu dengan keamanan dan efektifitas vaksin COVID-19, beranggapan COVID-19 dibuat-buat, tidak sempat atau sibuk, kurang dukungan social, kurang motivasi, kurang informasi tentang vaksinasi COVID-19, memilih pengobatan herbal, memilih pencegahan COVID-19 tanpa vaksin, pengalaman tidak pernah divaksin, serta munculnya stigma negative tentang sertifikat vaksin. Kesimpulan : Penolakan masyarakat terhadap vaksinasi COVID-19 yang didasari berbagai alasan menimbulkan capaian vaksin di Indonesia tidak sesuai target, serta tidak terbentuknya kekebalan kelompok (herd immunity) secara sempurna. Introduction :The COVID-19 vaccination emerged with the aim of establishing herd immunity, but there are still some people who have not been vaccinated and expressed their rejection of the COVID-19 vaccination. This study aims to find out the various reasons the Candirejo Village community refuses to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Methods: This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, where 4 participants were selected according to the inclusion criteria using purposive sampling. The data was collected using in-depth interviews, and the data analysis phase used the Coalizi technique. Results: This study resulted in 10 themes, namely doubting the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine, assuming that COVID-19 was made up, not having time or being busy, lack of social support, lack of motivation, lack of information about COVID-19 vaccination, choosing herbal treatment, choosing prevention of COVID-19 without a vaccine, having never been vaccinated, as well as the emergence of a negative stigma about vaccine certificates. Conclusion: The public's rejection of COVID-19 vaccination based on various reasons has resulted in the achievement of vaccines in Indonesia not being on target, as well as not forming perfect herd immunity.
