Abstract

Assistance activities in searching for library sources and target journals are a form of community service activity carried out by the Linguistics Masters Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University. The target of this service activity is high school MGMP teachers throughout Blora Regency. The service method is carried out by lectures, simulations, and reviews conducted online through the Zoom platform. The mentoring model is in the form of online guidance, with a mutually agreed schedule. The mentoring process is carried out in a structured and open manner. This process has the benefit of making it easier for teachers to improve review results and provide flexibility in asking questions. The results of this community service can strengthen the motivation of teachers to write articles in nationally accredited journals. Have a library source search strategy that supports article writing. Able to write quality articles in accordance with the chosen scientific journal style.Keywords : Blora, dedication, library resources, mentoring, scientific journals

Abstract

ABSTRAKGuru tingkat dasar dan menengah memiliki tanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan kualitas pribadi terutama dalam penulisan karya ilmiah, karena ini menjadi salah satu komponen dalam penilaian uji kompetensi. Peningkatan kualitas dapat dilakukan dengan mengikuti pelatihan dan mengiriman artikel ke jurnal terakreditasi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan dalam menulis pembahasan, simpulan dan saran, dan daftar pustaka pada sebuah artikel. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan dalam beberapa sesi, yaitu:  ceramah, tanya-jawab, diskusi kelas, simulasi penulisan artikel dan pendampingan. Peserta mengikuti kegiatan ini dengan seksama. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya peserta yang mengikuti dan pertanyaan terkait dengan materi pelatihan. Sebagian juga mengajukan pertanyaan teknis yang berkaitan dengan artikel yang sudah ditulis atau yang sedang ditulis.       Kata kunci :  peningkatan kualitas, karya ilmiah, artikel, jurnal terakreditasi ABSTRACTTeachers in elementari and high school have responsibilities to improve their individual quality, especially in writing a scientific paper. This skill belongs to one component of competence evaluations. The quality improvement can be done in many ways, such as participating in an up grading training and uploading an article to accredited journals. This up grading training aims to enhance knowledge and skill on writing result and discussion, conclusion and suggestion, and reference in an scientific article. This training was scheduled in several sessions, namely presentation, questioning-aswering, class discussion, simulation of article writing, and supervision. The participants took part in this training intensively. This was indicated by the number of participants and questions related to the material of training.
