Abstract

Lack of teacher discipline has an impact on student achievement. However, the real bad side is moral degradation. Therefore it is important to maintain teachers, one of them is work discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on performance. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The sample technique used is the Accidental Sampling technique, which amounted to 56 respondents. The analytical method used is linear regression consisting of validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, simple regression test, and hypothesis test. The results showed that work discipline had a significant effect on performance. The meaning of influence is that all disciplinary instruments have the potential to control the manner and work behavior of the teacher

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. National Education Standards in PP 57 of 2021 concerning National Education Standards are the minimum criteria regarding the Education system in all jurisdictions of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. National education standards are the minimum criteria that must be met in the implementation of education. National Education Standards include Content Standards, Process Standards, Graduate Competency Standards, Educators and Education Personnel Standards, Infrastructure Standards, Management Standards, Financing Standards, Assessment Standards. In order to maintain the quality of education, the consistency of the functions and objectives of education, the curriculum, learning process, and managerial as a whole must refer to and be guided by the National Education Standards. The objectives of this research are (1) to analyze the 8 National Standards of the Disruptive Era at SMA Negeri 53 Jakarta and SMA Negeri 59 Jakarta (2) to provide input based on findings regarding the application of the 8 National Education Standards to improve the quality of education and prepare highly competitive graduates. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research design. This type of research is a descriptive analysis study. The data used is primary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment on employee performance and determine the influence of motivation on employee performance and determine the influence of the work environment and motivation on employee performance Manajemen Bahan Bakar Andalan Juanda Depok. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a population of 65 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests,classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with the coefficient of determination value 53,6% and hypothesis testing is obtained values t hitung > t tabel or (8,529 > 1,998). Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the coefficient of determination value 52,4%, and hypothesis testing obtained values t hitung > t tabel or ( 8,323 > 1,998). The work environment and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance using the regression equation Y = 13,314 + 0,411X1 + 0,316X2. The coefficient of determination value is 56,2%. Hypothesis test obtained value Fhitung >Ftabel or (39,853 > 2,750).
