Abstract

Dengue cases always occur in every year. This requires the people involved to improve their performance, including the health cadres. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and prevention efforts on the performance of health cadres. Design research conducted in the preparation of this is associative quantitative. The research data were obtained from the statement of health cadres in Pamulang Health Center, which amounted to 50 people. The analysis technique uses regression with several other analyzes needed. Research facts show that motivation is the most dominant variable in influencing employee performance, then effort. This confirms, if the performance of health cadres is very dependent on morale

Abstract

Being a businessman is not easy, and does not happen by itself, it takes study and practice hard. In fact, it takes an environment and a mentor. Seeing this situation, as a lecturer is obliged to convey knowledge and foster the surrounding community, in order to improve intelligence and standard of living, one of which is through the implementation of entrepreneurship training. Explicitly, this activity aims to increase public knowledge and enthusiasm for business interests, so that life problems can be overcome. The scientific effort made is using a qualitative approach. Namely providing business training through methods of sharing knowledge, sharing business experiences, and business practices. Participants are the community in the Reni Jaya Rt. 009/014 Pondok Benda Pamulang. Descriptively, the results of the activity showed that the participants were enthusiastic about learning entrepreneurship. In addition, sharing business experiences can spark participants' enthusiasm for a business.

Abstract

Welding training is a learning activity about the science and practice of welding, so that the trainees know the correct welding methods and can practice them. It is hoped that this training activity can become one of the competency provisions for the training participants, in this case the youth of the Pondok Benda sub-district, South Tangerang. In order for this activity to run smoothly, a scientific method was established, namely a theoretical explanation of welding and practice. The participants in this activity were teenagers who were members of the Pondok Benda sub-district, South Tangerang youth organization, which totaled 45 people. The activity was carried out at the community hall RW 014 Pondok Benda, South Tangerang, on Saturday, July 30 2022. This activity went smoothly and the participants were very enthusiastic. It was evident that many questions were asked, the participants' responses were very enthusiastic, and the participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the welding practice. This activity was welcomed positively, because according to one of the training participants, this activity can form welding skills that are useful for the world of work.
