Abstract

The research method in this research is descriptive qualitative. Researchers collect, study and describe all the symptoms that occur due to COVID-19. The purpose of this research is to map the policies of the Tangerang city government in strengthening micro, small and medium enterprises. The results of this study are that efforts have been made to increase the income of micro, small and medium enterprises by providing training (capacity building), the approach taken is food safety, halal certification, the importance of certification and product quality and then empowerment programs.

Abstract

The Influence of Teacher Perceptions of Principal Leadership and Teacher Work Motivation on Teacher Performance (Survey at South Jakarta Private Vocational Schools). If there really is a positive and significant relationship, then how strong is the relationship between Teacher Perceptions of Principal Leadership and Teacher Work Motivation and Teacher Performance. The research method used is a survey with correlation and regression analysis, namely connecting data showing Teacher Perceptions of Principal Leadership and Work Motivation with data showing Teacher Performance. Data regarding Teacher Perceptions of Principal Leadership, Teacher Work Motivation on Teacher Performance was obtained through a questionnaire compiled by researchers, namely measuring things related to the three things above: There is a significant influence on teacher perception of the principal's leadership style and teacher work motivation together on teacher performance. This can be proven by the value of F0 = 54.476 and sig 0.000 < 0.05. There is a significant influence of perceptions of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance. This can be proven by the value t0 = 6.924 and sig 0.000 < 0.05. There is a significant influence of teacher work motivation on teacher performance, which is not significant. This can be proven by the value t0 = 5.846 and sig 0.000 > 0.05.

Abstract

Dalam rangka menjadi wirausahawan, tentu ada beberapa hal yang kemudian harus diperhatikan dikalangan peserta didik, antara lain; pendidikan terkait kewirausahaan yang mereka dapatkan sewaktu belajar di Sekolah, perlunya seminar dan pelatihan untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang dunia usaha. Kemudian juga dalam dunia usaha yang penuh tantangan dan peluang, terdapat juga kemungkinan keberhasilan dan kegagalan. Secara dalam persepsi umum, kemungkinan banyak hambatan dalam memulai usaha, antara lain adanya anggapan merasa terlalu beresiko bila dibangdingkan bekerja di kantor atau perusahaan, tidak memiliki bakat, kesulitan dalam hal modal, serta rendahnya mental dan pengetahuan berwirausaha yang minim, termasuk juga kendornya kreatifitas ide usaha. Sehingga kondisi inilah yang harus betul-betul dihilangkan dari peserta didik kita, salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan memberikan pendidikan, pelatihan, dorongan secara masif dikalangan peserta didik SMK secara berkelanjutan. Hal tersebut perlu dilakukan agar peserta didik dikemudian hari ketika menjadi seorang wirausahawan tidak sekedar memiliki pengetahuan tentang bagaimana menjadi wirausahawan, tapi juga memiliki mental yang baik agar bisa bersaing. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu pentingnya membangun mental berwirausaha sekaligus kreatifitas berbasis digital marketing pada SMK Putra Pertiwi-Tangerang Selatan, terlebih dalam perkembangan jaman yang semakin kompetitif. Adapun Metode Pelatihan/Penyuluhan Metode pelatihan, ditujukan untuk mentrasfer Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK) dalam mengatasi permasalahan melalui peningkatkan wawasan, pemahaman bagi mitra. Pelaksanaan pelatihan direncanakan di SMK Putra Pertiwi-Tangerang Selatan dan kegiatan PKM ini dibuat dalam bentuk Seminar maupun Forum Group Discussion. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini juga diharapkan dapat memotivasi, memberikan motivasi, wawasan, dan kesadaran kepada peserta didik untuk dapat berpartisipasi secara aktif dan komunikatif dalam mencarikan solusi yang inovatif dan berorientasi solutif terhadap permasalahan (kebutuhan) masyarakat sekaligus mampu menciptakan peluang usaha atau bisnis. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how tax avoidance is affected by foreign ownership, sales growth, and transfer pricing in non-cyclical consumer sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2018 and 2022. The associative quantitative research design is employed. Purposive sampling was utilized to choose 114 samples from 11 non-cyclical consumer sector businesses based on predetermined criteria. Annual reports and audited annual financial reports of businesses acquired via the Indonesia Stock Exchange's official website serve as the source of the secondary data. Using the eViews 9 application software, panel data regression analysis and descriptive statistics are the data analysis methods employed.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of task complexity, behavioral accounting , and professionalism on auditor performance with emotional spiritual quent as an intervening variable. The population in this study was 105 Public Accounting Firms in the South Jakarta area registered with the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAPI) in 2023. Samples were drawn using a purposive sampling technique. The results of distributing the sample questionnaire were 77 respondents. This research method is quantitative and the type of data used is primary data. Data was obtained through questionnaires distributed to auditors working at Public Accounting Firms in South Jakarta who were registered with the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants (IAP I ) in 2023. The data analysis test technique used was Path Analysis using SPSS 22. The results of this study show that partially the task complexity variable has no direct effect on auditor performance, while behavioral accounting and professionalism have a direct positive effect on auditor performance. Intervening results of task complexity and professionalism does not mediate the auditor's performance through the emotional spiritual quotient, while behavioral accounting mediates the relationship between the auditor's performance through the emotional spiritual quotient, and the emotional spiritual quotient has a positive effect on the auditor's performance.
