Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the capability of Dynamic Governance aspects of thinking across the Building and Environmental Planning in the Kutai Timur Regency Strategic Area (RTBL KSK). This research method uses qualitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection is done by: Interview, Observation, and Documentation. Activities in data analysis, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show aspects of thinking across the Building and Environmental Planning in the Regency Strategic Area (RTBL KSK) East Kutai show indicators that are still weak in terms of evaluation and adjustment. Adopted from the Building and Environmental Planning (RTBL) can not be separated from the concept called Urban Design (UD). Urban design is three dimensional, short term, with more emphasis on safety, aesthetics/character, and harmony with the environment. The evaluation indicators that need to be considered are land use mismatches and land-use intensity. Furthermore, the KSK RTBL is a strategic program action plan for handling the problems of settlement and infrastructure development in the field of Cipta Karya in priority areas in urban areas as an area that can contribute to minimum food security for consumption in East Kutai Regency and is directed to be developed to meet the needs of East Kutai Regency.

Abstract

Inkubator bisnis adalah proses pembinaan, pendampingan, dan pengembangan yang diberikan oleh inkubator kepada peserta inkubasi.Inkubator membantu usaha kecil dengan kontrol organisasi dan keuangan yang baik sehingga usaha bisnis para pelaku bisnis dapat berkelanjutan, tumbuh dan berkembang menghasilkan laba yang diinginkan.Peran inkubator bisnis sangat strategis dalam menumbuhkembangkan wirausaha yang inovatif karena melalui wadah inkubator akan melahirkan calon-calon wirausaha baru berbasis sains dan teknologi yang mampu meningkatkan keberlanjutan kinerja wirausahanya.Artikel ini menjelaskan peran inkubator bisnis berbasis teknologi dalam meningkatkan kinerja wirausaha muda/tenant di limgkungan universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda. Dalam melaksanakan program ini, tim inkubator  menggunakan metode rekruiment tenant melalui sosialisasi dan seleksi tenant berdasarkan motivasi berwirausaha dan profil usahanya.Selanjutnya diadakan pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya.Penyelenggaraan seminar pun diadakan untuk menunjang pengetahuan dan memperluas wawasan berwirausaha para tenant.Inkubasi bisnis ini mendapat sambutan yang positif di kalangan wirausaha muda/tenant dalam mengembangkan usahanya dan memperluas pemasaran produknya.

Abstract

Bureaucratic reforms carried out in Indonesia at present has five main goals and objectives, namely a cleanbureaucracy, bureaucracy is efficient, transparent bureaucracy, bureaucracy that serves well as a decentralizedbureaucracy. The five targets and objectives are more directed at the implementation of structural reforms in the bureaucracy, but bureaucracy is a form and order which contains the structure and culture. Structure refers to thearrangement of a temporary order that contains the value of culture, systems, and custom made ​​by the principals that reflect the behavior of human resources. Therefore, institutional reform of the bureaucracy including the composition of agovernment bureaucracy, as well as the values ​​of reform, governance systems and procedures of the behavior of human resources. In connection with the reform of the bureaucracy that should be done with reference to the two aspects are equally important, namely the institutional aspects that lead to the reform of its structure, levels of hierarchy andmanagement system; and reform of aspects of culture, namely rearranging organizational culture that had been executed.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the impact of work discipline and incentives on employee performance, with work motivation serving as an intervening variable, at PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Samarinda Branch. This research employs a quantitative methodology, using a sample of 83 informants, which represents the whole population of permanent workers of PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Samarinda Branch. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS version 3.2.9. PLS data analysis is conducted in two stages: evaluating the outer model, which is the measurement model, and evaluating the inner model, which is the structural model. The findings indicated a clear and substantial correlation between work discipline (X1) and work motivation (Z). Two incentives have a substantial and beneficial impact on job motivation. There is a strong and positive correlation between work discipline (X1) and employee performance (Y). The presence of incentives (X2) has a notable and constructive impact on the performance (Y) of employees. There is no correlation between work motivation (Z) and employee performance (Y). The combination of work discipline (X1) and rewards (X2) has a collective impact on work motivation. The combination of work discipline (X1) and incentives (X2) has a direct impact on employee performance. Employee performance (Y) is influenced by the combined impact of work discipline (X1), incentives (X2), and work motivation (Z). Work motivation cannot act as a mediator between Work Discipline (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). Work motivation cannot serve as a mediator between incentives (X2) and employee performance (Y).

Abstract

The teaching Practitioner is a program initiated by the Ministry of Education,Culture, Research and Technology of Indonesia , collaborate practitioner and lecturer in a classroom of a university so that college graduates are better prepared to enter the world place. In this study wants to know performances of the practitioner by getting students’ impression reflected in their choices of a questioner. Descriptive approach was used to analyze 19 students’ answering in order to describe many practitioners’ performances as an effort students’ readiness in a work place. The result of this study reach out the justification that this program is very good in supporting students’ willingness become be minded in work place.
