Abstract

The communication strategy is determining the success of effective communication activities. PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Pasar Kodim Pekanbaru is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) need to communicate or to inform its products and services to the community so that people can recognize and be motivated to use the products and services offered pawn. Based on this, the identification of the issues examined in this study is how the communication process PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Pasar Kodim Pekanbaru, what kinds of messages conveyed and any media used in attracting prospective customers as well as any obstacles encountered in attracting prospective customers. The usefulness of this study as an evaluation for PT. Pegadaian (Persero) in implementing socialization strategies in order to achieve high public participation.This study uses descriptive qualitative study conducted in PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Pasar Kodim Pekanbaru located in Jl. Teratai No. 92 Pasar Kodim Pekanbaru-Riau, with the selection of informants using the technique of accidental, and also using purposive sampling technique. The object of this study is the communication strategy PT. Pegadaian with research subjects include customers, prospective customers, branch leaders, and employees. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation.The results obtained indicate that communication strategies PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Pasar Kodim Pekanbaru performed using marketing communication in various forms consisting of product, price, promotion and place. So the researchers came to the conclusion that the concept has been defined using a marketing communications strategy. Messages obtained in promoting the benefit that the process is easy and takes about 15 minutes pawn goods can be processed and secure storage, because if we are pawning in PT. Pawnshop (Persero) we should not be afraid pawned goods are not returned home following the prescribed procedure, as well as any warranties or goods that have been pawned it will be insured, if PT Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Pasar Kodim Pekanbaru there is something unexpected happens concerning the goods then asuransilah will replace the pawn goods, also taking referrals, banners, brochures, signposts and electronic media to promote their products. Abstract

Abstrak Rendahnya hasil belajar mahasiswa dalam mempelajari matakuliah aplikasi komputer, terlebih dengan kurangnya sumber belajar digital yang dapat diakses mahasiswa mengakibatkan matakuliah aplikasi komputer dirasa sulit dan rumit. Dengan perkembangan teknologi pembelajran yang ada diciptakannya media pembelajaran yang dikemas dalam bentuk E-Modul berbasis Android dalam upaya menciptakan pembelajaran yang kreatif, fleksibel, efisien serta menyenangkan sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari media pembelajaran E-Modul berbasis android yang dikembangkan dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah aplikasi komputer. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh mahasiswa semester II kelas A & B Jurusan Musik Gereja STAKPN Sentani. Hasil angket pretest menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar mahasiswa sebelum menggunakan media pembelajaran dalam perkulihaan aplikasi komputer tergolong kategori rendah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan tes tertulis (pretest dan postest) serta angket tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap media E-Modul berbasis android. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan dalam penerapan media pembelajaran E-Modul berbasis android terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penulis dalam penelitian ini mengharapkan E-Modul berbasis android pada matakuliah aplikasi komputer dan matakuliah lainnya dapat digunakan untuk mengakomodir pengalaman belajar mahasiswa terutama dalam memperkaya sumber belajar digital di STAKPN Sentani.   Abstract The low student learning outcomes in studying computer application courses, especially with the lack of digital learning resources that students can access makes computer application courses difficult and complicated. With the existence of existing technological advances, learning media are created that are packaged in the form of Android-based E-Modules in an effort to create learning that is creative, flexible, efficient and fun so that it can improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to see the effect of the Android-based E-Module learning media which was developed in an effort to improve student learning outcomes in computer application courses. The subjects in this study were all students in semester II class A & B of the Department of Church Music at STAKPN Sentani. The results of the pretest questionnaire showed that student learning outcomes before using learning media in computer application lectures were in the low category. The type of research used was qualitative using descriptive methods. The data collection technique for this research used written tests (pretest and posttest) as well as questionnaires on student responses to Android-based E-Module media. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The results showed that there was an influence in the application of Android-based E-Module learning media to student learning outcomes. The authors in this study expect that Android-based E-Modules in computer application courses and other subjects can accommodate student learning experiences, especially in enriching digital learning resources at STAKPN Sentani.

Abstract

Community Service activities carried out by lecturers at the STAKPN Sentani Church Music Department focused on training in creating songs with the theme of religious moderation for junior high school students in Jayapura Regency. Considering the importance of instilling the values of tolerance and harmony among the younger generation, this training teaches basic song creation techniques while emphasizing the role of music as a medium for conveying social messages. Through demonstration and question and answer methods, students are actively involved in the creative process, where they learn to combine technical elements of music with relevant moral messages. The results of this training show an increase in students' awareness of the importance of living in harmony amidst religious diversity. The songs created by students function as a peace campaign tool, conveying messages of peace and tolerance that are easy to understand. Thus, this activity not only improves students' musical skills, but also forms characters who are empathetic and open to differences, making them agents of change in a pluralistic society. Through this initiative, it is hoped that a younger generation will be formed that is more critical and plays an active role in promoting harmony in their environment.

Abstract

Church music at GKI Solafide Sereh plays a central role in shaping the character of the congregation and music accompanists. This study aims to analyze the extent to which church music influences spiritual and social character transformation through a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with congregants and music accompanists, then analyze inductively to explore the meaning of participants' experiences. The results showed that church music is not just an aesthetic element, but also a spiritual medium that strengthens moral values, builds solidarity, and provides inspiration in facing life's challenges. Congregants reported deep emotional and spiritual experiences when participating in worship music. For musical accompanists, the process of learning and serving builds character traits such as discipline, responsibility, and confidence. In conclusion, church music has transformative power in shaping the character of congregants and accompanists, making it an important element in the development of spirituality and morality of the faith community. These findings provide new insights into the relevance of music as a means of character building in the modern era.

Abstract

Musik adalah sesuatu yang dituangkan dalam pikiran dan dapat berpengaruh terhadap emosi sesorang. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak musik terhadap emosi jiwa siswa SMA YPPK Asisi Sentani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Dampak musik bagi emosi jiwa dalam penelitian ini adalah membawa dampak yang positif terhadap siswa karna dapat membawa kebahagiaan yang dapat membuat hormone tubuh meningkat jadi senang. Musik juga berdampak positif bagi tubuh ketika berolaraga seperti jogging karna dapat memotivasi untuk bersemangat. Hal yang baik juga dari musik bagi emosi adalah dapat mengurangi stress dan juga dapat membuat kualitas tidur lebih nyenak. Dampak negatif dari musik adalah ketika mendengarkan music sedihsiswa akan ikut merasa sedih bakans bisa sampai menangis karna terbawa suasa yang tekandung didalam music tersebut.
