Abstract

Kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi masih sering dialami pasangan yang sudah menikah. Masalah komunikasi interpersonal yang terjadi disebabkan karena kurangnya keterampilan dalam berkomunikasi dengan pasangan sehingga terjadi kesalahan dalam menerima informasi. Komunikasi bagi pasangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sangat penting agar kedua pihak dapat mengerti bahasa yang digunakan juga mengenai makna yang diucapkan. Tujuannya agar terbangun suatu hubungan yang akrab dan menyenangkan. Komunikasi fatis menjadi salah satu bentuk komunikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh pasangan suami istri. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali harmonisasi pernikahan jarak jauh dengan menggunakan komunikasi fatis. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa hubungan interpersonal yang baik dan efektif ditentukan oleh kualitas dari komunikasi yang diaplikasikan di tengah-tengah kehidupan rumah tangga. Pengaplikasian fungsi komunikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pada penggunaan komunikasi fatis. Komunikasi fatis ternyata dapat memecah suasana kaku pada pasangan suami istri sehingga menjadi lebih hangat, nyaman dan harmonis. Harmonisasi yang tercipta antara suami istri tidak hanya dirasakan ketika berkomunikasi melalui media tetapi semakin terlihat ketika suami kembali ke rumah dan berkumpul dengan anggota keluarga.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between prosocial attitudes and peer interaction with the learning interest of the Medan Gereja Protestan Indonesia Barat (GPIB) Catechization students in 2020/2021. The research method is a quantitative descriptive correlative type with a correlative study pattern by placing the research variables in two groups, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research population is the Medan GPIB Catechization students in 2020/2021. The sampling technique used was Proportional Random Sampling with a selected sample size of 100 people, the data collection method used prosocial attitude instruments, peer interaction instruments, and students' interest in learning instruments. Analysis of research data shows that (1) the relationship between prosocial attitudes and student interest in learning is indicated by the coefficient rx1y = 0.557 and p = 0.000 with p <0.05; (2) the relationship between peer interaction and student interest in learning is shown by the coefficient rx2y = 0.628 and p = 0.000 with p <0.05; (3) the relationship between prosocial attitudes and peer interaction with student interest in learning is shown by the coefficient coefficient F = 44.166 and R (regression coefficient) = 0.557 while R2 = 0.311 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.01).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between learning styles and learning motivation with student interest in learning at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Silahisabungan, Dairi Regency. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between learning styles and students' learning motivation with student interest in learning at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Silahisabungan. The number of samples used in this study were 162 samples of respondents/students at UPT SMP Negeri 1 Silahisabungan with simple random sampling. The data collection technique used is spreading google form and then analyzed by statistical analysis method with regression analysis of two predictors. Based on the results of data analysis shows that: there is a relationship between learning styles and interest in learning, with a significant correlation of 9% affecting interest in learning. There is a relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning, with a significant correlation of 35% affecting interest in learning. There is a relationship between learning motivation and learning motivation with students' interest in learning, with a significant correlation of 46.1% of the variable's contribution to interest in learning with the remaining 53.9% influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the research above, the proposed hypothesis is declared accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning style and parental support with interest in learning in adolescents. Using quantitative methods with a survey approach. A sample of 169 people from 312 populations with simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning styles and interest in learning seen from the coefficient value (R2) = 0.039 with p = 0.010 <0.050. Furthermore, there is a positive and significant relationship between parental support and interest in learning seen from the coefficient value (R2) = 0.087 with p = <0.001 <0.050, then it is known that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning styles and parental support with learning interest seen from the value of the coefficient (R2) = 0.100 with p = <0.001 <0.050.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of word of mouth and customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study was 222, the research sample was 143 first semester students, the sample was determined using purposive sampling. The data collection instrument used the g-form and was analyzed using SPSS version 20. Data analysis techniques used normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression and T test. Based on the research findings, there is an F count of 113.200 and F table of 3.06. Then F count of 113.200 > 3.06 F table means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. If you see the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted or in other words there is the influence of word of mouth and consumer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. word of mouth variable (X1) and customer satisfaction variable (X2) simultaneously influence the purchase decision variable (Y) by 61.8%. This research can be developed by linking other variables outside of this research variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh self regulated learning dan religiusitas terhadap student engagement di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Muallimin Univa Medan. Student engagement adalah keterlibatan siswa dalam berpartisipasi pada setiap kegiatan rutin maupun program sekolah, baik di dalam dan di luar kelas dengan indikator perilaku, emosional, dan kognitif. Hipotes yang diajukan yaitu ada pengaruh positif antara self regulated learning dan religiusitas terhadap student engagement. Tekni sampling dengan total sampling, sampel berjumlah 189 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala Self Regulated learning, religiusitas, dan skala student engagement. Metode analisis data adalah regresi berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil determinan (Rxy) = 0,804 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050, artinya ada pengaruh positif self regulated learning dan religiusitas terhadap student engagement, semakin tinggi self regulated learning dan semakin tinggi religiusitas, maka semakin tinggi student engagement. Sumbangan self regulated dan religiusitas terhadap student engagement sebesar 64,6%. Dengan demikian, masih terdapat 35,4% pengaruh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah proses pengubahan sikap dan tata laku seseorang atau kelompok orang dan lain-lain usaha mendewasakan manusia melalui upaya pengajaran dan pelatihan; proses, cara, perbuatan mendidik. Adapun karakter adalah watak, tabiat, akhlak, atau kepribadian seseorang yang terbentuk dari hasil internalisasi berbagai kebajikan (virtues) yang diyakini dan digunakan sebagai landasan untuk cara pandang, berpikir, bersikap, dan bertindak. Pendidikan karakter Islami yang harus ditanamkan kepada anak-anak sebagai bentuk pembiasaan ibadah, etika, adab dan akhlak sejak kecil. Anak perlu diajarkan ibadah dengan berbagai macamnya menurut tingkatan usia mereka. Anak harus diajarkan shalat, berzakat, berpuasa dan juga berhaji. Selaku orang tua harus mendidik anak-anak mereka adab dan etika Islam dalam perkara ini, dan Islam sudah sempurna megajarkan anak dengan pendidikan terbaik bagi usia mereka. Islam mengajarkan bagaimana meminta izin baik ketika memasuki rumah maupun ketika memasuki kamar, menundukkan pandangan dan menjaga aurat, memisahkan tempat tidur, tidur dengan miring ke kanan , cepat tidur dan cepat bangun, menjauhkan anak dari berbagai perangsang syahwat, dan mengajarkan anak tata cara mandi. Secara lengkap akan kita dapatkan dalam literature kitab-kitab para ulama kita.Â
