Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and communication on the performance of employees of PT. Padang City Water Supply Company. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Padang City Water Supply Company which amounted 287 employess. The sampling technique in this study used Proportional Random Sampling with a total sample of 75 employees at PT. Padang City Water Supply Company. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23.0. The results showed that Leadership, Work Motivation and Communication had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Padang City Water Supply Company.

Abstract

Entering the millennial era which is called the technological era where technology is developing rapidly in various regions and this technology is developing rapidly in various millennial generations. With today's technological sophistication, the ability to increase local cultural wisdom is certainly very influential and not all millennial generations can adapt to this. The role of the millennial generation is very important in maintaining local wisdom culture today. This role will affect the surrounding environment. In responding to technological developments, it is very difficult for the millennial generation to carry out the role we take in local wisdom and sometimes there are still those who cannot maximize this situation. One of their roles is that as the millennial generation "Agents of Change" they must have a sense of pride in their respective regional cultures and respect each other's local wisdom from other cultures. Getting to know art and culture, as a millennial generation, you must first know about regional culture, especially those found in areas around Duu Baru, other areas.

Abstract

The Air Haji is a village that produces many types of MSME products based on initial observations found that partners still carry out marketing activities with a manual system in selling their products, this is because it is not that partners reject digital marketing but they do not understand how to use digital marketing. Therefore, Community Service activities aim to invite and socialize the use of digital marketing in increasing MSME Sales. The method of implementing PKM by providing training, mentoring by using their respective Android HP Media, then installing several applications that support the sales process of their MSME Products later, so that partners better understand the use of digital marketing conducted discussion and question and answer sessions. The results achieved show success seen from the way partners use and utilize digital marketing, through their respective anroid cellphones the conclusion of this activity provides knowledge to partners can innovate and be creative in entrepreneurship through digital marketing in increasing sales of MSME products independently
