Abstract

The concept of developing a megapolitan area that includes Jakarta as a core city with buffer zones Depok, Bogor Raya, Tangerang Raya and Bekasi Raya has long been conceived by Jakarta Governor Ali Sadikin. This plan is to align the development of Jakarta which is predicted to be crowded and congested. At the end of the leadership of Jakarta Governor Sutiyoso (2007), the idea will be neatly packaged and broader socialized. Unfortunately, many oppose it because the surrounding satellite cities feel used for the benefit of Jakarta. Now, after 13 years have passed, the synchronization of the Jabodetabek-Punjur development must be done more seriously and directed. So that all local communities get a fair and equitable benefit.

Abstract

Abstrak—Peralatan pemindah bahan atau sering disebut Material Handling Equipment(MHE) sangat dibutuhkan manusia untuk untuk mempermudah pekerjaan, terutama yang berhubungan dengan pengangkatan bahan. Peralatan tersebut dapat berupa peralatan yang digerakkan oleh engine atau dapat pula berupa peralatan sederhana yang masih mengandalkan manusia sebagai penggerak utamanya. Salah satu peralatan pemindah bahan yang sangat populer adalah forklift. Forklift dapat digunakan untuk mengangkat, menurunkan dan memindahkan bahan dari suatu tempat ke tempat yang lain. Forklift dapat digerakkan dengan menggunakan engine ataupun secara manual. Forklift manual biasanya digunakan untuk mengangkat beban yang tidak terlalu berat. Forklift manual sistem katrol yang telah dibuat ini memiliki kapasitas angkat beban maksimum seberat 200 kg dan ketinggian angkat 2 meter. Prinsip kerjanya menggunakan sistem katrol yang ditumpu oleh dua buah tiang rangka yang dihubungkan oleh tali baja dan digulung pada sebuah katrol yang ditransmisikan menggunakan tali sling dan perputaranya diatur oleh putaran engkol yang digerakkan tangan manusia. Jadi forklift manual ini sangat cocok dijadikan sebagai peralatan pemindah bahan yang efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci : forklift, tali baja, katrol. Abstract — Material transfer equipment or often called Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is needed by humans to facilitate work, especially those related to material removal. The equipment can be in the form of equipment that is driven by the engine or it can also be in the form of simple equipment that still relies on humans as its main driver. One of the most popular material transfer equipment is the forklift. Forklifts can be used to lift, lower and move material from one place to another. Forklifts can be driven using engines or manually. Manual forklifts are usually used to lift loads that are not too heavy. The manual forklift pulley system that has been made has a maximum lifting capacity weighing 200 kg and a lifting height of 2 meters. The principle works using a pulley system which is supported by two frame poles connected by a steel rope and rolled on a pulley that is transmitted using a sling rope and the rotation is governed by a crank rotation that is moved by a human hand. So this manual forklift is very suitable to be used as an effective and efficient material transfer equipment. Keywords: forklift,steel rope, pulley.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the degree of impact influence work productivity has on community satisfaction at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Tanah Datar Regency. In order to achieve this goal, the researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires with a population of 101 people (community). Data processing uses quantitative analysis to determine the effect of work productivity on community satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a positive influence of work productivity on community satisfaction which had been tested using SPSS ver 16, the work productivity variable (X) on Community Satisfaction (Y) had a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. . And the percentage contribution of the X variable to the Y variable is 77.2%. So from this value, it can be concluded that the higher the work productivity, the higher the community's satisfaction with the work productivity produced by employees. This research was conducted to improve the trust and legitimacy of the government and bureaucracy in the community's.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) aims to prepare students with the skills and knowledge required to meet industry demands. Recognizing the importance of data analysis and visualization in the workforce, this community service focuses on enhancing these competencies among SMKN 04 Kota Bengkulu students, particularly those in the Software Engineering program. A community service program was conducted to train students in utilizing Power BI for real-time and interactive data visualization. The training program included preparatory surveys, module development, and practical workshops. Students actively participated, demonstrating a greater interest and understanding of data visualization concepts. Evaluation results showed that 89% of participants found the training beneficial, and 84% mastered Power BI’s visualization techniques. The outcomes highlight the program's effectiveness in equipping students with industry-relevant skills, emphasizing the need for similar initiatives targeting broader student groups. This project bridges the gap between vocational education and the digital economy's demands.

Abstract

Model ARIMA merupakan metode populer dalam peramalan data deret waktu. Namun demikian, model ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengenali pola nonlinier yang dapat menyebabkan peningkatan kesalahan peramalan. Sebagai solusinya, Artificial Neural Network (ANN) yang mampu memotret pola nonlinier dapat diaplikasikan. Untuk menggabungkan keunggulan dari kedua model, dikembangkan metode Hybrid ARIMA-ANN. Penelitian ini membandingkan performa model ARIMA, ANN, dan Hybrid ARIMA-ANN pada kajian peramalan laju inflasi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada data training, model Hybrid ARIMA-ANN memberikan performa terbaik dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 18,73% dan MASE sebesar 1,86. Pada data testing, model Hybrid menunjukkan peningkatan akurasi dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 17,95% dan MASE sebesar 1,16. Hasil ini mendukung penerapan metode Hybrid ARIMA-ANN sebagai pendekatan yang lebih andal dan efektif untuk peramalan deret waktu yang memuat pola linier dan nonlinier secara bersamaan.

Abstract

The Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) was first studied by Song and Chissom based on the theory of fuzzy sets and the concept of linguistic variables and their applications discovered by Zadeh. FTS has several models, namely FTS Lee, FTS Tsaur, and so on. In this study, we will model earthquake frequency data in Mentawai using FTS Lee and FTS Tsaur. The seismicity data used in this study is earthquake frequency data in the Mentawai which are calculated from 1960 to 2022. Additionally, the seismicity data source is taken from the U.S. Geological Survey catalog. Based on MAPE and MSE, the results obtained on the FTS Lee and FTS Tsaur models are MAPE values of 37,511% and 27,051%. And the MSE values obtained were 27,073 and 11,671. Thus, the best model used in modeling data on the frequency of earthquake occurrences in the Mentawai Islands is the Ruey Chyn Tsaur Fuzzy Time Series model.
