Abstract

Kelurahan Cupak Tangah yang merupakan salah satu dari 9 kelurahan yang ada dalam Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Usaha peternakan yang ada di Kelurahan Cupak Tangah adalah peternakan unggas. Salah satu jenis unggas yang diternakkan adalah Itik petelur. Dari survei lapangan, diperoleh gambaran bahwa produksi telur itik masih rendah karena ternak itik yang dibudidayakan masih secara tradisional dan dalam hal pembibitan belum mengggunakan mesin tetas sehingga produksi masih rendah. Kebutuhan masyarakat yang sangat tinggi terhadap telur itik sebagai salah satu sumber gizi hewani, berpengaruh terhadap meningkatnya permintaan ketersediaan telur itik dipasaran, terutama pasar tradisional, telur itik juga sangat disukai baik untuk dikonsumsi langsung ataupun untuk telur asin yang gizinya sangat tinggi, sehingga diperlukan sentuhan teknlogi dalam meningkatkan produksi telur dan bibit itik untuk menghasilkan prosuksi yang maksimal. Disamping itu kualitas ekonomi para peternak itik petelur juga masih rendah karena usaha hanya ditekankan kepada penjualan telur saja. Sementara, sebagian besar keluarga menggantungkan harapan perekonomiannya kepada usaha ini karena tidak adanya lapangan pekerjaan yang tetap. Karena itu, dirasa perlu upaya dalam meningkatkan peran serta mereka melalui pemberian pendidikan non-formal berupa pelatihan-pelatihan terkait pemberdayaan keluarga peternak itik melalui pengembangan produk olahan dari daging itik dan pelatihan kewirausahaan sehingga diharapkan bisa meningkatkan pendapatan dan perekonomian keluarga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu dan lama penggorengan yang berbeda menggunakan mesin vacuum frying terhadap analisis proksimat keripik wortel (Daucus carota, L.) yang dihasilkan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah pengolahan produk hortikultura Nagari Batu Palano Kec. Sungai Pua Kab. Agam dan Laboratorium Jurusan Teknologi Hasil Pertanian, Fakultas Teknologi Pertanian, Universitas Andalas, Padang pada bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial 3x3. Faktor pertama adalah suhu penggorengan yaitu suhu 800C (A1), 85oC (A2) dan 90oC (A3). Faktor kedua adalah lama penggorengan yaitu 50 menit (B1), 60 menit (B2) dan 70 menit (B3). Analisis proksimat terhadap keripik wortel meliputi kadar air, kadar protein, kadar lemak, kadar abu dan kadar karbohidrat (by difference). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kadar air tertinggi pada perlakuan A2B1 yaitu 19,60% dan terendah pada A2B3 yaitu 16,23%, kadar protein tertinggi pada perlakuan A3B2 yaitu 3,33% dan terendah pada perlakuan A3B3 yaitu 1,89%, kadar lemak tertinggi pada perlakuan A2B2 yaitu 20,54% dan terendah pada A3B3 yaitu 11,84%, kadar abu tertinggi pada perlakuan A1B1 yaitu 17,19% dan terendah pada A3B3 yaitu 3,46%, kadar karbohidrat tertinggi pada perlakuan A3B3 yaitu 64,66% dan terendah pada A2B2 yaitu 43,75%. Suhu penggorengan optimum adalah 90oC dan lama penggorengan optimum adalah 70 menit atau perlakuan A3B3 yang menghasilkan produk terbaik di antara perlakuan yang lain.

Abstract

 Performance of Auditor Inspectorate in Budget Supervision Function. This study aims to determine the performance Auditor Inspectorate in the function of supervision of government budget in Kampar regency. This research uses qualitative descriptive method approach. Key informants in the research are Inspectorate Inspectorate in Kampar Regency of Riau Province, Auditor Officer, Head of Service, Head of Village and Village Head. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the research shows that the performance of Auditor's performance has not been done well by supervising the work unit budget of regional apparatus. This is due to the inadequate budget to support efforts to maximize the role and function of supervision and supervision of Auditor Performance.

Abstract

This community engagement activity has located a centre for horticultural agriculture, such as fruits and vegetables, in Nagari Padang Laweh, Sungai Pua district and Agam regency, West Sumatra Province. The focus products were tomato and oyster mushrooms at the time. Besides a farmer's land for tomatoes, there is also an oyster mushroom business managed by Hoki Jamur, producing 5-7 kg of fresh mushrooms per day. The problems faced by the partner's activity were a lack of processing technology for horticultural products. Tomatoes often through away when the price is low in the market. The production of oyster mushrooms is still fluctuating because cultivation is not good enough, and oyster has high water content, so it is easy to rot and have a short shelf life. Activities that have been carried out to solve partner problems were first evaluating horticulture and oyster mushroom cultivation activities at partner locations. Then, introducing processed post-harvest of horticulture to increase the selling value and its diversification to increase the shelf life of products by making tomato sauce and oyster mushroom meatballs. This activity went well and smoothly and was attended by local farmers, members of the Family Welfare Movement (PKK), and young entrepreneurs. Participants' enthusiasm for participating in this activity was high, especially during post-harvest product processing technology. This activity is expected to improve the quality and quantity of business production, income and economic welfare of partners and communities involved in partner business activities.

Abstract

MSMEs are one aspect that significantly contributes to the Indonesian economy; most MSMEs have minimum capacity knowledge of the importance of preparing financial reports according to accounting standards. Even though this understanding is essential to review business development and financial transparency, most MSMEs do not maximise their usefulness. In order to provide knowledge to MSMEs about recording financial reports, community service was carried out through mentoring and training to one of the MSMEs in Solok City, namely the Uberrr MSME. The method used was Adaptive Collaboration Management (ACM) by conducting training led by an expert in accounting and finance in preparing financial reports by financial accounting standards for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises criteria, namely SAK EMKM. It increased the capacity of Uberrr's MSMEs in making simple bookkeeping and compliance with financial records. Further, it can increase MSME business owners' understanding of the importance of recording financial reports by accounting standards. This community service was a form of collaborative training between the government of Solok City and the Universitas Andalas Matching Fund Team.
