Abstract

Tata Kelola Pemerintahan adalah Terwujudnya suatu model kepemerintahan yang baik dan bertanggungjawab atau good governance merupakan prasyarat bagi setiap pemerintahan untuk mewujudkan aspirasi masyarakat dalam mencapai tujuan serta cita-cita berbangsa dan bernegara. Terkait dengan upaya tersebut diperlukan pengembangan dan penerapan suatu sistem monitoring dan laporan pertanggungjawaban instansi pemerintah yang tepat, jelas, terukur dan legitimate sehingga penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pelaksanaan pembangunan dapat berlangsung secara berdayaguna, berhasilguna, bersih dan bertanggungjawab. Keberhasilan pembangunan di suatu wilayah sangat tergantung dari peran aktif masyarakatnya, serta adanya hubungan yang harmonis antara pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat. Sinergi antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah daerah akan memaksimalkan potensi suatu wilayah dan berdampak pada kemajuan daerah tersebut. Dengan membuat layanan website dan aplikasi pengaduan akan menjadi ‘jembatan penghubung’ antara masing-masing organisasi perangkat daerah dengan pimpinan daerah maupun antara masyarakat dan Pemerintah Daerah guna mendapatkan pelayanan informasi public yang akurat, efektif, efisien dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.Kata Kunci:     Web, Android, Sistem Pengaduan, Python, MySQL

Abstract

Lombok barat adalah salah satu kabupaten di Nusa Tenggara Barat yang bergerak dinamis dan terus maju, dengan banyak potensi yang perlu kita kembangkan untuk membangun wilayah Kabupaten Lombok Barat menjadi sebuah Kabupaten yang mampu bersaing dengan Kabupaten-Kabupaten lain di Indonesia. Layanan kesehatan seperti Rumah Patut Patuh Patju pun harus bersiap diri. Saat ini pasien yang telah merasakan penyakit, harus dipersulit dengan sistem pendaftaran pasien yang konvensional. Pasien adalah seseorang yang menerima pelayanan medik dari Rumah Sakit atau dokter, karena menderita suatu penyakit. Biasanya seorang pasien mempunyai tingkat kesabaran yang rendah. Untuk itu perlu ada terobosan dari rumah sakit atau pelayanan medik yang dapat memberikan kenyaman pasien dalam berobat. Dengan memiliki Sistem Pendaftaran Antrian Pasien Online pada suatu rumah sakit atau layanan medik, dalam pelayanan pada pasien akan teratur, sehingga menimbulkan kenyaman pada pasien. Karena fitur dari Sistem Pendaftaran Antrian Pasien Online memudahkan pasien untuk mengetahui nomor antrian yang diperoleh dan secara realtime mengetahui nmor antrian yang sedang berjalan berdasarkan klinik yang dituju. Sehingga memberikan kesempatan pada Pasien untuk me-manajemen waktunya.Kata Kunci: web, android, mesin antrian, python, SIMRS.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to identify a level of a building damage caused by an earthquake early and in detail by utilizing an information system. Early identification of the building damage will be categorized based on three categories, namely minor damage, moderate damage and major damage. Each classification has standards and calculations set up by the government. To find out the damage categories, a current study was carried out on how to develop an information system that could be used by evaluators in determining conclusions according to observation results. Related to the research and development method, and adapting the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) development model, researchers collaborate between the ADDIE model and the standard building damage values decided by the government in a real time. The design of the early damage assessment tool for buildings is still under development and is still a prototype system.Keywords:         Buliding Damage, Information System, ADDIE

Abstract

According to the 2010 Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, generic drugs are drugs with the official name International Non-Proprietary Names (INN) specified in the Indonesian Pharmacopoeia or other standard books for the beneficial substances they contain. Where generic drugs with trade names that use the name of the drug manufacturer concerned. Objective: To find out an analysis of people's perceptions and dependence on generic drugs in Pampang Village, Central Lombok Regency including definition, price, quality, access to related drug information from the quantity of generic drugs that people often buy, to create an Android-based application system to facilitate access to drug information related government regulations. Method: Using the Interview method using the face to face method for data collection in the form of a comparison table. Results: Of the 69 respondents, only 1 respondent had a good perception of the meaning of generic drugs and trademarked drugs with a percentage of 1.4%, and 43 respondents had an adequate perception with a percentage of 62.3%, while as many as 25 respondents had less knowledge with a percentage 36.2%. Abstract

Operating a computer as a data processor is needed in all fields. One of the fields that must master Information Technology, and Communication (ITC) skills is the field of government, from the central government to the village government. It is crucial to upgrade the capabilities of computers for village officials because, currently, all data is computerized. The purpose of this community service is to help improve the computer/laptop and internet skills of village staff, especially in Perampuan Village, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency, NTB. The stages in this service are: analyzing service problems; second, preparing service material; third, carrying out service; and fourth, reporting or post-service activities. The results show increased participant ability on computers and the internet. The participants were enthusiastic about the training on making Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets because this was the first training they had received. Because creating Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Spreadsheets is necessary for village services, especially in an era when all residents have smartphones, and all data must now be cloud-based. The village head and the training participants hope the Mataram UIN lecturer service team will still be scheduled to carry out a community service program because the village really needs this service. The participants also suggested that they spend more time so that they are more flexible in the teaching and learning process
