Abstract

Abstract. Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) and its various polemic has always been a separate topic in education. The problems that arise in the implementation of government policies related to the BOS funds are very complex, both on a regional and national scale. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approaches in elementary schools in Garut. The collection of data is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation study. Specifically, the results showed: 1) the implementation of the management of BOS funds at the primary level in Garut has been grounded in legislation and regulations and technical guidelines that apply, but the result is not optimal because of the limited funds received by the school, with BOS the school is only able to meet operational needs daily course, unable to meet for other programs related to the achievement of the quality of schools. 2) The school seeks to prioritize the use of the budget on things that are important that have been designed previously in RKAS. However, in reality the principal difficult to use the funds exactly in accordance with RKAS.The school principal also difficult to innovate because the use of the funds should not be used instead of the 13 components that have been specified in the Technical Handbook (Technical Guidance) use of the funds. 3) are common obstacles and constraints in the implementation of BOS funds in improving the quality of education in elementary school. Primarily associated with insufficient funds for the attainment of quality education with funds sourced from the BOS funds alone. Delays in the distribution of BOS funds be an obstacle big enough and the lack of awareness and understanding of the principals in managing the BOS funds are transparent and accountable. This makes is difficult to increase the quality of education. 4) Step forward improvements that the budget allocation, the principal is attempting to establish priorities, the biggest allocation is to meet the standards development costs educators as well as the process of teaching and learning activities. Abstract

Abstrak : Pubertas adalah masa ketika seorang anak mengalami perubahan fisik, psikis, dan kematangan fungsi seksual. Untuk daerah sleman ada total penduduk 1,141,684 jiwa, pria yang berjumlah 574,891 jiwa, dan untuk jumlah wanita ada 566,793 jiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Tingkat Pengetahuan Tentang Pubertas pada Remaja putri kelas VIII Di SMP Muhamadiyah III Depok Sleman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah diskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SMP Muhamadiyah III Depok Sleman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswi kelas VIII yang berjumlah 64 siswi. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan persentase yang kemudian dikategorikan menjadi baik, cukup, kurang. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa remaja putri yang tingkat pengetahuan baik 40,4%, cukup 26,9%, kurang 32,7%. Tingkat pengetahuan tentang pubertas pada remaja putri kelas VIII sebagian besar dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

SMK Muhamadiah Majenang merupakan unit pelaksana pendidikan formal untuk menyiapkan peserta didik agar bisa menjadi generasi penerus bangsa. Kelulusan menjadi syarat dan ketentuan yang di tetapkan agar bisa menyelesaikan proses pembelajaran yang telah di tentukan dan harus di lalui oleh setiap siswa. Memprediksi tingkat kelulusan siswa penting bagi penyelenggara pendidikan untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan prestasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Maka dengan melakukan penelitian prediksi kelulusan siswa menggunakan Data Mining diharapkan dapat menjadi upaya dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Dalam penelitian ini akan di lakukan perbandingan antara algoritma naïve bayes , K-NN , ID3 , dan SVM untuk menentukan metode mana yang paling efektif dalam menentukan prediksi kelulusan siswa. Atribut yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Transkip Nilai dari Semester 1 sampai Semester 5 dan Ujian Sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan populasi 420 siswa yang terdiri dari 326 siswa laki-laki dan 94 siswa perempuan.   SMK Muhamadiah Majenang is a formal education implementing unit to prepare students to become the nation's next generation. Graduation is the terms and conditions that are set in order to complete the learning process that has been determined and must be passed by each student. Predicting student graduation rates is important for education providers to improve and maintain student achievement in the learning process. So by conducting research on student graduation predictions using Data Mining, it is hoped that it can be an effort to improve the quality of education. In this study, a comparison will be made between the nave Bayes algorithm, K-NN, ID3, and SVM to determine which method is the most effective in determining student graduation predictions. The attributes used in this study are transcripts of grades from semester 1 to semester 5 and school exams. In this study, a population of 420 students consisted of 326 male students and 94 female students.
