Abstract

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk Serang belum memperhatikan lingkungan kerja pada bagian DCS dan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan operasional bagian DCS dan lokal di PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk Serang. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan operasional yang meliputi bagian Power Generation, boiler, water treatmnet, dan coal heandling system. Metode pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisisnya adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling insidental sebanyak 72 responden karyawan operasional dan data diolah dengan metode regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil dari metode regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh secara parsial pada variabel lingkungan kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan operasional (Y) PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk Serang, kemudian adanya pengaruh secara parsial pada variabel karakteristik individu (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan operasional (Y) PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk Serang dan adanya pengaruh secara simultan pada variabel lingkungan kerja (X1) dan variabel karakteristik individu (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan operasional (Y) PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk Serang.

Abstract

Thesis title is : "The Effect of Coordination on the Effectiveness of Development Services Building Permit ( IMB ) at the Integrated Licensing Service Agency ( BPPT ) Cirebon " . The problem that the authors make is less optimal effectiveness of service in the manufacture of building permit ( IMB ) , the above problem arises because allegedly caused by not optimal implementation of coordination between the Integrated Licensing Service Agency ( BPPT ) with the Department of Human Settlements and Spatial Cirebon , which look at the things that , because of the completion of the work Integrated Personnel Licensing Service Agency ( BPPT ) Cirebon was not in accordance with a predetermined time in providing services manufacture Building Permit ( IMB ) so that the emergence of public dissatisfaction . Achievement goals Integrated Licensing Service Agency ( BPPT ) Cirebon less well run and has not been fully achieved in providing services manufacture Building Permit ( IMB ) that there had been complaints that come from the community . Employees Integrated Licensing Service Agency ( BPPT ) Cirebon often make mistakes on the job of providing services manufacture building permit ( IMB ) . Statistical hypothesis that the authors propose is as follows : " There is a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of service coordination manufacture of building permit ( IMB ) at the Integrated Licensing Service Agency ( BPPT ) Cirebon " . The research method that I use is the census and survey methods with quantitative analysis techniques , which analyzes the effect of variable to variable effectiveness of service coordination , supported by quantitative data through statistical data processing . The research proves that the coordination between the Integrated Licensing Service Agency ( BPPT ) with the Department of Human Settlements and Spatial Planning Cirebon in the manufacture of building permit ( IMB ) is not optimal , which only reached the level of success is quite good with a total score of 6157 or 56.3 % . Variable effectiveness of services also less achieved , still in the category of good enough or not optimal with a total score of 2458 or 55.17 % . There is a positive and significant effect among variables of the effectiveness of coordination of services , namely the strong category with a score of 0.774 and a count rs rs value table for the respondents were 81 people with a 95% confidence2level and 5 % error level of 0.220 with coefficient or coefficient determinant diterminan amounted to 59.9 % , it can be concluded that the results received .

Abstract

This thesis entitled "Relationship Quality Services with Customer Satisfaction in the PT.Pawnshop Branch Services Unit Sindanglaut Cirebon regency ". The problem in this study isless customer satisfaction, the problem is caused by the lack of optimal quality of service. Thepurpose of this study was to determine how the relationship of service quality with customersatisfaction at PT. Sindanglaut Pawnshop Branch Services Unit. The research hypothesis isthat the authors propose "There is a positive and significant relationship between quality ofservice and customer satisfaction in the PT. Pawnshop Branch Services Unit SindanglautCirebon regency ". Hypothesis statistics ie, Ho (null hypothesis) = rs count ≤ r ¬ s table (nopositive and significant relationship between quality of service and customer satisfaction) andHa (Alternative Hypothesis) = rs count ≥ rs table (there is a positive and significantrelationship between quality of service and customer satisfaction). The method that I use inthis paper is a survey method, survey method is research on small and large populations, butthe data is studied data from samples taken from the population, while according to the levelof explanation that the authors use in research is associative (relationship) , correlationalmethod to find the relationship between the variables x (quality of service) with variable y(customer satisfaction). Data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis (data in the formof numbers or a formula statstik as data processing), and hypothesis testing using theSpearman rank correlation coefficient formula. The population in this research were 124respondents sampling using the formula according to Burhan Bungin with precision of 10%,so the obtained samples totaling 55 respondents. Sampling techniques using simple randomsampling, simple random sampling is a technique by random sampling without regard to theexisting strata in the population is homogeneous in certain respects. Based on the resultsobtained that, the variable quality of service PT. Pawnshop Branch Services Unit Sindanglautgood enough, but not optimal. As can be seen from the success of its implementation whichachieved 58% with a total score of 3867. Customer satisfaction variables in PT. PawnshopBranch Services Unit Sindanglaut Cirebon regency was pretty good at the interval level. Thisis evident from the total score of 1951 or 59%. The relationship between quality of serviceand customer satisfaction in the PT. Pawnshop Branch Services Unit Sindanglaut CirebonDistrict is significant, because the value of rs rs count greater than 0.743 ≥ 0.265 the table.Thus, the authors propose the hypothesis thoroughly tested and accepted (Ha) and Ho(rejected).

Abstract

Exindo 57, yang berlokasi di Jalan Citarum III No.7, Kauman Inside Lodging, Nganjuk - Jawa Timur, beroperasi di sektor jasa, industri perjalanan, dan pembangunan. Salah satu proyek utama mereka adalah pengembangan Guest House Exindo 57, gedung berlantai 8 yang dirancang dengan metode beton bertulang konvensional, namun mengalami kekurangan seperti beban mati besar dan waktu konstruksi lama. Studi analisis dilakukan untuk merencanakan struktur alternatif dengan balok komposit castellated sesuai SNI 1729:2020. Desain awal dilakukan dengan SAP2000, menunjukkan bahwa profil baja WF 300 x 300 x 9 x 14 dan balok induk castellated tidak memenuhi persyaratan. Namun, balok induk castellated komposit memenuhi persyaratan dengan Mu maksimal 266 kNm < ØMn 873,448 kNm. Untuk balok anak, profil WF 250 x 250 x 8 x 13 dan balok anak castellated juga tidak memenuhi persyaratan, sementara balok anak castellated komposit memenuhi persyaratan dengan Mu maksimal 237 kNm < ØMn 589,212 kNm.
