Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara teknis melalui uji awal terhadap palka berinsulasi zeolit serta untuk menjajaki pengaruh penggunaan zeolit sebagai insulator dan mempertahankan mutu kesegaran ikan pada palka/peti ikan. Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui 2 tahap. Penelitian tahap pertama yaitu mengetahui pengaruh pemberian zeolit dalam mempertahankan kesegaran ikan dan penelitian tahap kedua adalah untuk menentukan jumlah dan waktu penggunaan zeolit mempertahankan kesegaran ikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan es dan zeolith dalam penyimpanan ikan dalam peti berinsulasi dapat mempertahankan mutu organoleptik ikan segar. Peningkatan konsentrasi penggunaan zeolith yang dikombinasikan dengan es pada penyimpanan ikan segar dalam peti berinsulasi cenderung meningkatkan nilai organoleptik ikan segar tersebut. Penggunaan zeolit dan es pada penyimpanan dingin ikan segar perlu diterapkan pada tingkat nelayan untuk mempertahankan mutu dan meningkatkan nilai jual hasil tangkapan.

Abstract

Rantai pasok hasil tangkapan berperan dalam menyampaikan produk dari titik asal hingga titik akhir tempat produk digunakan atau dikonsumsi, sedangkan komoditas ikan bersifat perishable food. Semakin panjang rantai pasok hasil tangkapan, maka semakin menurun kualitas ikan yang diterima konsumen akhir. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis model supply chain hasil tangkapan di Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Paotere dan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam model rantai pasok tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan data primer dari wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam model rantai pasok hasil tangkapan di TPI Paotere yaitu nelayan penangkap, koperasi/nelayan pemasaran, pengusaha perikanan (pengusaha besar dan pengecer), dan konsumen akhir. Dalam penyaluran hasil tangkapan, nelayan penangkap tidak berhubungan langsung dengan konsumen akhir. Seluruh hasil tangkapan dijual ke koperasi untuk selanjutnya didistribusikan ke pengusaha perikanan dan pengecer. Nilai jual ditentukan oleh nelayan pemasaran. Rantai pasok berakhir pada konsumen yang membeli ikan dari pengecer. Dengan model demikian, nelayan tidak menanggung kerugian, namun tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk memilih pihak pembeli. Di pihak konsumen, nilai jual yang diberikan akan lebih tinggi karena telah melalui beberapa tahapan distribusi dengan tingkat kualitas ikan yang relative telah menurun.

Abstract

Bitung Ocean Fishing Port is one of the type A ports in Indonesia. Some of the services provided are available at the Syahbandar OFP Bitung office. The quality of service should be a reference for other types of fishing ports. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of fishermen's satisfaction and service attributes that need to be improved in the e-logbook service at the Ocean Fishing Port (OFP) Bitung, North Sulawesi. This research was conducted by taking data through surveys directly with the questionnaire distribution method. The analysis methods used are Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the study obtained, for the value of the level of agent satisfaction with fishing e-logbook services include 5 variables, namely reliability 81.32%, responsiveness 84.44%, certainty 83.23%, empathy 89.04%, physical facilities 86.24% with a total overall CSI value of 84.85%. This value shows that fishermen have a perception that the service of the e logbook is very satisfying. Meanwhile, the service attribute a that must be improved in performance is problem responsiveness.  Thus, OFP Bitung will be able to provide the best service according to the expectations of users of the e logbook service

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the supply chain model of fish caught landed at PPS Cilacap. The method used in this study is a survey method with purposive sampling data collection techniques. The results showed that the management of the supply chain of catches landed at Ocean Fishing Port PPS Cilacap has been formed downstream of fishermen's catches to the hands of domestic and foreign consumers. Parties who have a strategic role in ensuring the fulfillment of fish are fishermen as the main supplier and ship owners as collectors and distributors. PPS Cilacap has also carried out its role in collecting fishery products and delivering information to all parties in need through Pusat Informasi Pelabuhan Perikanan (PIPP). The distribution of fish abroad opens up opportunities to increase state income from the export of fishery products and this also shows the fulfillment of the operational criteria of PPS Cilacap as a type A (ocean) fishing port based on government regulations on fishing ports
