Abstract

The Sustainable Development Goals have become the UN's global goals in the 2015 to 2030 time frame. To achieve these goals, Indonesia has designated a National Roadmap for Sustainable Development Goals in Presidential Regulation Number 59 of 2017. The Presidential Regulation serves as a guideline for Ministries or Agencies in National Actions Plans on Sustainable Development Goals in their respective domains. Including in the Public Procurement of Goods/Services has been fostered to increase sustainable procurement. This Systematic Literature Review has been looking for research evidence to reveal the contribution of e-procurement in the Sustainable Development Goals in Indonesia for the last decade. The evidence has been systematically collected by following the SLR protocol from the indexing Portal Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) specific for published articles in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the international research on sustainable procurement has been ongoing since 2001; the review here shows that there has not been much research on sustainable procurement in Indonesia. The results of this review offer a future research agenda for sustainable procurement in Indonesia.

Abstract

Competition in coffee shop business today is very tight. Coffee is a favorite drinks of Indonesian people, especially collage students. Based on this, several coffee shop are required to have their own characteristics in order to attract customers. However, the characteristics without being supported by the quality of sevice in serving these drinks also need to be considered. This study aims to determine the effect of sevice quality on customer satisfaction by conducting a study on customers of Warung Wayang. The variables used in this study are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and customer satisfaction. Testing data analysis in this study was conducted using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 For Windows program. Simultaneously, the variables of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have an effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to explain the snack product diversification, E-Wom and purchasing decision in E-commerce Eateat Gresik. Another objective of this study is to partially explain the effect of snack product diversification, E-Wom and purchasing decision in E-commerce Eateat Gresik. This study uses quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses a probability sampling technique; simple random sampling with a sample of 90 respondents. Based on the results of Product diversification and E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) have a positive and significant effect on the level of purchasing decision to e-commerce shopee of Eateat Gresik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media promotions and eWOM (electronic worth of mouth) on tourists' visiting decisions at Dermana Rindu, Bangkalan Regency. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all tourists who had visited the Rindu Jetty tour in Bangkalan Regency. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling, and analysis using SPSS IBM 26 software. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it shows that the decision to visit is in the high category, so promotion through social media is in the high category as well as e-wom is in the good category. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis that promotion through social media and electronic word of mouth partially has a positive effect on the decision to visit the Pier Rindu tour, Bangkalan Regency. Furthermore, promotions through social media and electronic word of mouth simultaneously have a positive effect on the decision to visit the Rindu Pier tour, Bangkalan Regency.

Abstract

Konsep wisata halal adalah sebuah proses pengintegrasian nilai-nilai keislaman kedalam seluruh aspek kegiatan wisata. Kabupaten Bangkalan merupakan daerah wisata yang telah menerapkan wisata halal dan mulai mengembangkan berbagai objek wisata halal. Destinasi wisata di Bangkalan sangat banyak yaitu wisata religi, wisata budaya, wisata kuliner, wisata alam, wisata bahari dan lainnya. Kekayaan wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Bangkalan merupakan sebagian kecil contoh dari sekian banyak pariwisata yang masih belum tereksplor utuh, sehingga perlu pengelolaan dan pengembangan pada beberapa potensi agar dapat menguatkan kearifan dan kebudayaan lokal yang harus dilestarikan. Sehingga memerlukan strategi khusus seperti marketing agility yang dapat diterapkan dan juga adanya atribut wisata halal yang memupuni wisatawan muslim ataupun non muslim untuk merasakan kepuasan dan kenyamanan berwisata. Sehingga outputnya akan banyak wisatawan yang berminat untuk berkunjung kembali ke destinasi wisata di Bangkalan. Maka proposal penelitian ini disusun dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi marketing agility dengan atribut wisata halal sehingga menghasilkan luaran minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Kemudian hasil penelitian ini akan disusun secara sistematis pada artikel ilmiah, poster, dan laporan akhir penelitian.
