Abstract

Occupational health and safety services must be provided by the company as regulated in government regulations. To make it easier for companies to provide occupational health and safety services, cloud-based services are needed that can be accessed from various devices. In contrast to public health services, company health services are required to provide work safety reports. The purpose of developing this service is to help employees get effective health services, make it easier for medical personnel to provide health services, avoid queues, shorten health service times and make it easier for companies to get occupational health and safety reports. The research method used is direct observation and system development using the waterfall method. Health services in the form of an online information system application can provide benefits for employees to facilitate consulting services and purchasing drugs. While the benefits for the company as risk control related to work activities. To create a safe, efficient and productive workplace. The results of this health service design are service prototypes that have been tested. With the support of this cloud-based service, it is easier for employees to be based on Android by taking advantage of the shortcomings of the existing system in the company.

Abstract

The problem of unemployment has an impact on poverty, crime, and inequality in living standards. The government needs to anticipate these impacts through various policies. Knowledge is essential in supporting decision-making and policy formulation related to unemployment. Researchers have been mining data to gain new knowledge from Indonesia's Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) data. Continuous exploration of data has the opportunity to gain new knowledge. This study aims to mine Indonesian TPT data from 2016 to 2021. More specifically, look at changes in the 2016-2018 TPT data cluster with the 2019-2021 TPT data cluster. This research is a clustering analysis research using the k-means algorithm. The stages of clustering research consist of 1) data collection, 2) pre-processing, 3) determination of the optimal number of clusters, 4) data clustering with the k-mean, and 5) interpretation of the results of clustering. Based on the k-means clustering analysis of 2016-2018 and 2019-2021 TPT data, there are 23 provinces in cluster 1 (low TPT) and 11 provinces in cluster 2 (high TPT). Only Riau Province rose to cluster 1 (low TPT), and only West Sumatra province dropped to cluster 2 (High TPT). The study's results not only yielded the number of provinces in the high and low clusters but also found out which provinces moved to a higher cluster or vice versa in each TPT data.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) Terbatas menggunakan Google classroom di SMP Darrosta menghadapi dua kendala. Pertama, siswa memiliki akses internet yang terbatas mengakses materi dan tugas-tugas di google classroom. Kedua, Guru-guru SMP Darrosta belum memanfaatkan google classroom secara optimal untuk mendukung PTM terbatas yang lebih efektif. Kepala sekolah menyelenggarakan pelatihan Google classroom offline agar guru bisa memanfaatkan fungsi google classroom offline. Metode pelatihan terdiri dari tahap persiapan yaitu survei lokasi kegiatan untuk menggali permasahan yang dihadapi, tahap pelaksanaan yaitu pelatihan secara hybrid fungsi-fungsi pada google classroom dan pengaturan google classroom offline, dan tahap monitoring dan evaluasi untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru-guru SMP Darrosta. Program pelatihan Google classrooom offline menghasilkan output meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru SMP Darrosta menggunakan Google classroom. Guru memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan melakukan penggunaan rubric untuk membantu pemberian nilai siswa dan guru memilki ketrampilan melakukan pengeturan fungsi offline dalam google classroom. Dengan mengktifkan google classroom offline, Mahasiswa mengakses berkas materi dan berkas tugas secara luring. Siswa mengerjakan tugas-tugas pembelajaran dari perangkat handphone tanpa koneksi internet
