Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Taningkola melalui penggunaan media gambar. Penggunaan media gambar adalah pembelajaraan yang memanfaatkan gambar organ-organ tubuh manusia sehingga siswa dapat lebih mudah mengetahui letak dan fungsi organ tersebut. Masalah yang hendak dipecahkan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar IPA Siswa Kelas V SD di Taningkola Kab Tojo Una-Una, penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, pada setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 25 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa seiring dengan diterapkannya media Gambar. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa yang diperoleh pada siklus I yakni rata-rata 56,25% atau dalam kategori cukup, pada siklus II diperoleh aktivitas siswa rata-rata 90,63% dengan peningkatan aktivitas siswa berada dalam kategori baik dan sangat baik. Hasil belajar pada siklus I dan siklus II yaitu skor rata-rata pada siklus I adalah 52,56 dan skor rata-rata pada siklus II yaitu 70,12. Dengan demikian, berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Gambar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa kelas V SD Taningkola Kab. Tojo Una-Una. Abstract

CV. Amna Lab Aromaterapi Small and Medium Enterprises have started the citronella oil business in 2018. Some of its products such as soap, aromatherapy spray, propolis, and body oil have arrived in several big cities in Indonesia. However, since the Covid-19 pandemic, these SMEs have experienced difficulties, especially regarding the large capital costs and the price of citronella which has fallen drastically to 100% of the original price. Under these conditions, SMEs are constrained in the process of increasing productivity and lack production technology as well as marketing and management. The Community Service Team of the ATI Padang Polytechnic offers solutions to overcome these problems by providing alternative processing of citronella oil-based products to be aromatherapy candles and educating the SMEs on the product marketing strategies through e-commerce applications. The community service team tried resolving the delinquent by determining the amount of citronella oil that should be included and the composition variations of stearic acid, vegetable oil, and paraffin. The variations were tested in order to find the right comparison in making aromatherapy candles based on citronella oil. The team also searched and studied several references to analyze marketing strategies in accordance with SMEs CV. Amana Aromatherapy Lab. Considering the result of the experiments, it was identified that 1% of citronella oil could be added to the wax mixture while the exact composition of oil and paraffin was 1: 2. The stearic acid was unsuitable to applied since the candle product easily melted. E-commerce marketing strategies were used by utilizing advertisements on internet searches to expand the promotions.

Abstract

The study examines the influence of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical service quality on prescription redemption decisions and subsequent re-treatment decisions among general outpatients at Pasar Minggu Regional Hospital. The hospital has faced challenges, including a decline in outpatient visits and filled prescriptions, affecting its revenue during the 2022-2023 period. Patient perceptions of the pharmacy services significantly impact their decision to return for further medical care. The research aims to assess both direct and indirect effects of service quality on prescription redemption and re-treatment decisions. The study employs a verification approach with a cross-sectional design, using accidental sampling to survey 342 general outpatients between October 2023 and February 2024. Data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using SEM PLS 3.0, encompassing both outer and inner model analyses through PLS Algorithm, Bootstrapping, and Blindfolding techniques. The findings reveal that the quality of pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical services significantly influences the decision to redeem a prescription (P = 0.000). Moreover, non-pharmaceutical service quality and the decision to redeem a prescription significantly affect the decision to re-medicate (P = 0.002 and 0.000, respectively). However, pharmaceutical service quality alone does not positively impact repeat treatment (P = 0.041). Both service variables have a significant indirect effect on re-treatment decisions through the mediating role of prescription redemption (P = 0.000).
