Abstract

Dalam penerapannya Aplikasi office yang biasa di ajarkan khususnya di SMK biasanya menggunakan produk keluaran microsof yang merupakan apikasi berlisensi, sehingga sering ditemui penggunaan aplikasi office bajakan di komputer maupun laptop dari siswa atau siswi SMK. Untuk mengurangi penggunaan aplikasi bajakan maka perlu diajarkan sejak awal penggunaan aplikasi yang besifat open source, mulai dari penggunan sistem operasi maupun penggunaan software office penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar penerimaan siswa dan siswi SMKN Kota Palembang dalam menggunakan aplikasi office berbasis open source dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melalui beberapa tahapan mulai dari tahapan pengumpulan data kemudian mengidentifikasi masalah yang sesuai dengan pembahasan pada penelitain ini lalu ditentukan indikator apa saja yang akan di ukur untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan teknologi lalu data tersebut diolah dengan perhitungan quisoner dan tahapan akhir ialah melakukan analisis terhadap data tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil berupa persepsi kemudahan memperoleh nilai rata rata sebesar 4.03 yang berarti responden beranggapan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi office berbasis open source mudah dalam penggunaan, untuk persepsi kemanfaatan sebesar 3.98 yang berarti aplikasi office berbasis open sources bermanfaat, untuk persepsi sikap pengguna sebesar 3.77 yang berarti penggunaan aplikasi office berbasi open source mendapatkan nilai sikap yang baik, untuk perilaku untuk tetap menggunakan sebesar 3.58 yang berarti respondent berencana untuk terus menggunakan aplikasi office berbasis open sources, dan untuk kondisi nyata dalam penggunaan sistem sebesar 3.45 yang berarti penggunaan secara aktual aplikasi office berbasis open source sudah baik

Abstract

Cloud computing is a technology that utilizes the internet as a service so that it does not use too many physical computers because the cloud computing system uses a virtual system where by using a computer alone it can provide services to many computers at the same time with a virtualization system. Research conducted by researchers focuses on comparing the performance of Infrastructure as a Service Cloud Computing services with the aim to finding out the strengths and weaknesses of the two types of software with type 1 hypervisor technology, namely Proxmox and Xenserver. The method used in this study is to use action research. The testing scheme conducted in this study is testing CPU load and memory usage, benchmark testing, network traffic testing, and retrieval of service user responsses. The results of testing on Xenserver and Proxmox get good responsse results for CPU load and memory usage testing, benchmark testing, network traffic testing then for responsse results from users Proxmox get a total value of 3848 and Xenserver 3739.

Abstract

The pandemic conditions experienced by the world today inevitably force us to practice social distance so that gatherings involving large numbers of people must be avoided first. In universities, especially in the city of Palembang, the use of information technology and learning media is mandatory due to the decision of the minister of education which requires universities to carry out online learning activities. So that information technology governance during a pandemic also has a major influence in the implementation of teaching and learning activities in universities to ensure the quality of the learning and teaching process carried out so that it must be known the shortcomings and advantages of governance which is carried out by conducting further analysis of technology governance in accordance with with the initial goal of education at the university. The method that can be used is to apply the Cobit 2019 where with this method the current maturity level can be known in the application of information technology. The research method in this study uses a descriptive-quantitative method by describing the indicators used as the basis for measurement taken by the Cobit 2019 literature. This study discusses information technology governance form of Design Factor 1 (Enterprise Strategy) to Design Factor 10 (Technology Adoption Strategy) with the result that there are 13 important processes out of 40 total processes in the Cobit 2019 domain that must be considered at STMIK Palcomtech, namely EDM03, APO08, DSS05 EDM02, APO04, APO09, APO12, APO13, BAI01, BAI02, BAI03, BAI06 , MEA03
