Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of society towards the behavior of punk children in Pekalongan City. This research including field research that is qualitative. Sources of data in this study were taken from the data primary or basic data taken and obtained from field research through observation, interviews, documentation and population of five people in Pekalongan City, while secondary data is complementary data which obtained from documentation related to the problems in this research. Results This study shows that the public's perception of the behavior of punk children is considered trash society because they have negative attitudes and behaviors. What factors led to the existence of punk children? are family economic pressures, prohibitions from parents, want freedom, lazy personality. Keywords: Public perception, punk children, Pekalongan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan pemberian reinforcement terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VII SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas VII SMP yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah, dan berintelegensi rendah dibuktikan dengan tes intelegensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian konseling behavioral dengan reinforcement positif dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa, diantaranya siswa lebih tertarik pada pelajaran, memiliki perhatian pada pembelajaran, berkonsentrasi. bersedia mengerjakan tugas.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of transition from children to adulthood, a period in which individuals experience rapid growth in all fields, they are no longer children in terms of physical form, attitude, way of thinking and acting. But neither are mature adults. This period starts at approximately 13 years of age and ends approximately at the age of 21. During adolescence, children begin to be active and full of energy. Excessive energy causes teenagers to do negative things, such as grabbing, fighting, showing off physical strength and doing things that violate laws and social norms, and are difficult to regulate. This is what causes potential teenagers to carry out various behaviors that can be categorized as juvenile delinquency. At this time the turmoil of his youth was rising. The desire to find identity and get recognition from family and environment is high. Sometimes to get recognition from their environment, teenagers do things that are outside of ethics and rules. This research method uses quantitative research methods with a sample group of teenagers in Pekalongan Regency. The results obtained from this study are based on the results of data analysis showing that the major hypothesis proposed is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between self-concept and religiosity with juvenile delinquency in Pekalongan Regency. The magnitude of the influence of self-concept and religiosity with juvenile delinquency, can be seen in the effective contribution of 0.2% and 0.1%, in addition to the minor hypothesis test one proposed is accepted, namely that there is a negative relationship between self-concept and juvenile delinquency with an effective contribution. by 0.2%. While the two minor hypothesis tests that were proposed showed that they were accepted, namely that there was a positive relationship between religiosity and juvenile delinquency, with an effective contribution of 0.1%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work stress and workload on the emotional intelligence of teachers at SLB Negeri Batang. There are two hypotheses proposed in this study, namely the minor hypothesis There is a negative relationship between work stress on emotional intelligence in special school teachers, meaning that the higher emotional intelligence the lower the work stress, and there is a negative relationship between workload on emotional intelligence in special school teachers, meaning that the higher the emotional intelligence, the lower the work stress. The higher the workload, the lower the emotional intelligence. The major hypothesis is a hypothesis that includes the relationship between all variables and all research objects. Which means that there is a relationship between work stress and workload on the emotional intelligence of teachers at SLB Negeri Batang. The subjects of this study were SLB Negeri Batang teachers as many as 28 teachers. The sampling technique is saturated, which means that all populations are sampled. Collecting data using a Likert scale, namely emotional intelligence, work stress, and workload. The results of the major hypothesis test show that the significance value of F charge is 0.000 <0.05 and the value of R = 810, which means that there is a very strong significant relationship between work stress and workload. while the value of R square = 0.657, this means that there is a contribution from the work stress and workload variables of 60% to emotional intelligence.  Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Work Stress, Workload, Teacher, Special School

Abstract

This study aims to find out the synergy between the role of the family and the Pekalongan City government in preventing acts of violence against children in Pekalongan City. This research is a library research. This study uses a qualitative approach through descriptive analysis methods based on literature studies obtained such as searches in books, journal articles and other digital materials from the internet which are then used as analysis material. The results of this study indicate that the family has a very important role in preventing acts of violence against children. Good and proper family education will be able to produce children who have good character as well. Children who have good and strong character will be able to protect themselves from various acts of violence. In addition, the government of Pekalongan City has also made many breakthroughs in efforts to prevent acts of violence against children. These efforts include forming a Community-Based Integrated Child Protection (PATBM) team at the village and sub-district levels, forming the PUSPAGA ELPePar Community-Based Family Education Center (PPKBM PUSPAGA ELPePar) in collaboration with the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI) Branch of the Ex-Residency of Pekalongan which provides free psychological counseling services for parents, as well as a child goes to school forum which provides free consultation services for children. In addition, the Pekalongan city government has also carried out socialization on violence against children involving community leaders and the media. With the synergy between the family and the government of Pekalongan City in carrying out their respective roles optimally, acts of violence against children in Pekalongan City can be suppressed and prevented. Abstract

The objectives of this research include: describing in a descriptive way the parenting patterns of parents who have children with physical impairments, explaining the factors that influence the self-confidence of children with physical impairments and explaining the impact of the parenting patterns implemented by parents. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use observation and interviews and then analyzed using theory or other literature sources. The technique for selecting research respondents uses purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this study were: parents who have disabled children, parents aged 25-40 years and parents whose children are studying at junior high school or high school. The number of responses in this study were 3 parents who had children with physical impairments. The results of this study explain that the parenting style applied by parents can influence the self-confidence of children with physical impairments. Subject A and subject B received an authoritarian parenting style while subject C received a democratic parenting style. The parenting habits implemented by parents have an impact on the child's personality, which causes one subject to have different self-confidence.
