Abstract

Salah satu faktor kritikal bagi industri kecil menengah produk plastik adalahpengendalian persediaan bahan baku dan additif yang fluktuatif secarakontinu dan periodik. Pengendalian persediaan yang ekonomis dimulai dariketepatan peramalan dan mengklasifikasikan bahan baku aditif denganklasifikasi ABC. Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dan aditif kategori Amasuk kepada sistem persediaan kontinu (Q System) dan kategori B dan Cmasuk sistem persediaan periodik (P System). Perhitungan ini untukmendapatkan biaya persediaan yang optimal dan di validasi dengan analisasensitivitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang penerapan praktis bagiSME dari meramalkan bahan baku dan additive, pembagian klasifikasi ABCdan model persediaan P,Q System untuk menentukan biaya total inventoriminimum. Hasil menunjukkan model pengendalian model probabilistik Q,perusahaan dapat menghemat biaya persediaan 23.09% dan persediaan sistemP sebesar 22,25%. Analisa sensitivitas terhadap parameter jumlah permintaanbahan, lead time, harga pembelian sampai 90% adalah significance dan modeldapat digunakan oleh SME sejenis.

Abstract

The result of the hypothesis test showed that the size of the company, ROE and NPM simultaneously having significant influence on DER in a test using the F test that produces calculated F value of 24.094 with a significance of 0.000. the results showed that the overall jointly independent variable can significantly effect on the capital structure (DER) and suggests that the model established  have shown good / decent models. For t test that produces t-count value for the variable size of the company amounted to 0.928, t-test and ROE amounted to 7.590 t-test variable NPM of -5.194.Keywords : Company Size, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin and Debt Equity Ratio.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the model of social conflict the resolution costumary forest Pubabu. The focus of this research study is history of forest position Pubabu costumary, root of the problem of social conflict the traditional forest Pubabu and model of conflict resolution the costumary forest social Pubabu. The method of this study is qualitative oriented. Some techniques of data collecting in this study are interview, field observation, field note and document study. Technicques of data collectin in this study is interactive by Miles and Huberman with itssteps of process: data collecting, reduction, verification, data presentation. The results obtained from this study as follows: 1). Costumary forest and costumary society, 2). Cooperation of between the community and the government so that happened the social conflict of the costumary forest Pubabu in the management of costumary forest by society and government with base perspective and aimed of different which one of start conflict the costumary forest of logging in the year 2003, 2006, 2008, 3). Minister of the environment of regulation the number 83 year 2016 about is social forestry that 5 offer concept are: village forest, community forest, plant forest society, costumary of forest and community partnership. But of the 5 it concept offers, aspirations of costumary society is costumary forest; The forest owned by indigenous people previously it was a state forest or not state forest. Costumary forest are owned by community and the forest by community and the forest management costumary it managed by indigenous peoples. This concept becomes aspiration costumary society Pubabu, the beginning of the struggle until now.
