Abstract

Abstract   Is religion possible to grow without any authority? Generally people responded the question with two speculative answers: “religion can be and grow without any authority” and “religion can not be and grow without any authority”. The first opinion is based on the argumentation that religion constitutes a divine total comprehension. It does not need any other than the submission of human being to God. Meanwhile, the second opinion is based on the argumentation that religion constitutes individual rights to communicate and submit to God, but in social sphere the development of religion needs “distributors” having credibility to speak and transmit religious messages. However, in fact, religious authority is not a static one, but dynamic. Levels of religious authority and inter relation between the authority levels is a part of the dynamics.   ***   Mungkinkah agama tumbuh tanpa otoritas?Pada umumnya jawaban atas pertanyaan ini ada dua:”agama dapat tumbuh tanpa otoritas” dan “agama tidak dapat tumbuh tanpa otoritas”, Pandangan pertama didasarkan pada argumentasi bahwa agama merupakan pemahaman total terhadap ketuhanan. Yang dibutuhkan dalam konteks ini adalah ketundukan terhadap Tuhan semata. Sementara pandangan kedua didasarkan pada argumentasi bahwa agama merupakan hak individual untuk berkomunikasi dan menyerahkan diri kepada Tuhan,namun di dalam lingkup sosial perkembangan agama membutuhkan “penyebar” yang memiliki kredibilitas untuk berbicara dan menyampaikan pesan-pesan agama. Namun demikian, dalam kenyataannya otoritas agama bukan merupakan hal yang statis, namun dinamis. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries whose technology and information development is growing rapidly. The problem of prostitution is a complex problem, therefore this problem really needs special attention from the community. Prostitution, a business that is identical to the black world, is one of the businesses that generates money quickly. Online prostitution cases in Indonesia require a mitigation effort in overcoming online prostitution cases that occur. The meaning of the word mitigation itself is a process or method carried out to prevent, face or overcome a situation while trying to improve the behavior of someone who has committed a behavior that is declared guilty. This research is a normative legal research that is descriptive analytical in nature. This research approach uses a statutory approach. The data sources used in this study were taken from secondary data including primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The secondary data collection technique used is a literature study. The data obtained is then analyzed qualitatively. The theory for overcoming crime has two ways, namely by means of preventive action (the occurrence of a crime) and repressive action (efforts after the occurrence of a crime). Abstract

One of crucial issue in Muslim countries, not except Indonesia, is relation between religion and the state. Even though Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution  were claimed as a final, but it did not necessarily mean that position of religion, state and human rights is final and clear.  The negotiation between religion, state and human rights not only on political forum like at The House of Representative, but also in Constitutional Court  session. There are debates and opinion contestations. The problem is what is the politics of law accommodation towards religious aspirations, which the Constitutional Court has built through its decisions and arguments? Through analysis on two issues: 1) freedom of religion and belief; and 2) marriage law, this article argues that Constitutional Court’s decision, especially relation between religion, state and human rights not only based on law consideration, but also on non-law consideration. Regarding private law, the Constitutional Court opened a fairly wide accommodation, so that more religious aspects would be accommodated by the state even with limited reforms. The limit of accommodation is an Islamic criminal law that cannot be made exclusively for Muslims. The accommodation of Islamic criminal law is only possible if the norms are incorporated into the national criminal law through a process of rational objectification. Based on this argument, continuous negotiation and contestation between religion, state and human rights will go on since Indonesia is not a religious state, which is based only on one religion, nor a secular state, which does not consider religion at all. Salah satu isu krusial di negara Muslim, tidak terkecuali Indonesia, adalah relasi agama dan negara. Meskipun Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 dinyatakan final, namun bukan berarti kedudukan agama, negara, dan hak asasi manusia sudah final dan jelas. Perundingan antara agama, negara dan hak asasi manusia tidak hanya di forum politik seperti di Dewan Perwakilan Daerah (DPR), tapi juga di sidang Mahkamah Konstitusi. Ada perdebatan dan kontestasi pendapat. Persoalannya, bagaimana politik akomodasi hukum terhadap aspirasi agama yang dibangun Mahkamah Konstitusi melalui putusan dan dalilnya? Melalui analisis terhadap dua isu: 1) kebebasan beragama dan berkeyakinan; dan 2) hukum perkawinan, pasal ini berpendapat bahwa putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi khususnya hubungan antara agama, negara dan hak asasi manusia tidak hanya berdasarkan pertimbangan hukum, tetapi juga pertimbangan non hukum. Terkait hukum privat, Mahkamah Konstitusi membuka akomodasi yang cukup luas, sehingga lebih banyak aspek keagamaan yang diakomodasi oleh negara meski dengan reformasi yang terbatas. Batasan akomodasi adalah hukum pidana Islam yang tidak dapat dibuat secara eksklusif untuk Muslim. Akomodasi hukum pidana Islam hanya dimungkinkan jika norma-norma tersebut dimasukkan ke dalam hukum pidana nasional melalui proses objektifikasi yang rasional. Berdasarkan argumen ini, negosiasi dan kontestasi yang terus menerus antara agama, negara dan hak asasi manusia akan terus berlangsung karena Indonesia bukanlah negara agama yang hanya didasarkan pada satu agama, bukan pula negara sekuler, yang sama sekali tidak mempertimbangkan agama.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of cocoa pod fermentation on nutrient consumption in bligon goats. This study lasted for 2 months, in October-November 2024 and was conducted in Kuniran, Selorejo Village, Girimarto District, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) analysis of variance with 3 treatments and 3 replications. The materials used were fermented cocoa pods. Treatment P0 = 30% Elephant grass + 70% Concentrate + 0% Cocoa Pod Fermentation, P1 = 25% Elephant grass + 70% Concentrate + 5% Cocoa Pod Fermentation, P2 = 20% Elephant grass + 70% Concentrate + 10% Cocoa Pod Fermentation. Parameters observed were dry matter intake, organic matter intake, and crude protein intake. The results showed that dry matter intake P0 = 1002.59 g/day/head, P1 = 1011.70 g/head/day, P2 = 1032.58 g/head/day. Organic matter intake P0 = 628.07 g/head/day, P1 = 660.03 g/head/day, P2 = 671.23 g/head/day and crude protein intake P0 = 110.97 g/head/day, P1 = 114.97 g/head/day, P2 = 122.56 g/head/day. The conclusion of this study is that the giving cocoa pods fermentation up to 10% increase dry matter intake, organic matter intake, and crude protein intake.

Abstract

Riset yang dicoba bermaksud buat mendefinisikan serta menganalisa aplikasi pembinaan dasar dilingkungan Batalyon Infanteri Para Raider 502 atau Ujwala Yudha Malang dan Mendefinisikan serta menganalisa aplikasi pembinaan dasar dilingkungan Batalyon Infanteri Para Raider 502 atau Ujwala Y udha Malang.Memakai tata cara kualitatif dan analisa informasi kualitatif diperoleh hasil, Penerapan pembinaan dasar dibidang badan pengimplementasiannya sudah dilaksanakan dalam wujud pengkajian secara terbatas bila ditemui kekurangan terhadap dukungan personel,badaniah,pangkalan yang terdiri dari perumahan serta perkantoran, infrastruktur bimbingan serta peranti lunak dari komando atas yang berdampak tidak terlaksananya kewajiban utama dasar dengan cara maksimal dan pembubaran yang dilaksanakan pada dasar. Aspek personel yang direalisasikan dalam pemeliharaan personil lewat Pembinaan psikologis pandangan hidup, rohani serta kejuangan, pembinaan adat- istiadat korps serta kepemimpinan yang sanggup jadi acuan( soko guru) untuk bawahannya supaya beliau mempunyai daya akhlak buat melempangkan ketentuan serta norma- norma yang legal.Aspek badaniah serta alutsista, sarana serta peranti lunak direalisasikan lewat perawatan badaniah yang terdapat di dasar pada dengan dicoba kir badaniah dalam bagan perawatan serta penangkalan( Harcegah) minimun 1 bulan sekali mulai dari alat transportasi, kelistrikan pengaturan pergi masuk senjata sampai pemakaian Alsintor, Aloptik serta Alkapsat. Walaupun terkategori mencukupi tetapi bagi aku badaniah yang terdapat ini senantiasa wajib di pembaharuan cocok dengan perkembangan garis besar dikala ini, mengoptimalkan alutsista yang terdapat serta memenuhi alat peranti lunak yang ada Aspek Bimbingan, Senantiasa melakukan drill serta geladi bimbingan saat sebelum dilaksanakan bimbingan yang sebetulnya, melaksanakan sebagian campuran bimbingan bergantian antara dasar yang satu dengan yang lain, Menggunakan area dasar selaku alat bimbingan, misalnya area perkantoran atau mes dapat dipakai buat bimbingan serta Melakukan penilaian bimbingan serta membagikan peluang untuk para prajurit buat melakukan bimbingan yang dirasa kurang.
