Abstract

Laporan keuangan dijadikan sebagai salah satu alat pengambilan keputusan yang andal dan bermanfaat, sebuah laporan keuangan haruslah memiliki kandungan informasi yang bernilai tinggi bagi penggunanya. Kinerja keuangan perusahaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dilihat oleh calon investor untuk menentukan investasi saham. Kepercayaan investor atau calon investor sangat bermanfaat bagi emiten, karena semakin banyak orang yang percaya terhadap emiten maka keinginan untuk berinvestasi pada emiten semakin kuat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Adapun dalam teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan sensus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pengaruh X1 terhadap Y sebesar (0,198), pengaruh X2 terhadap Y sebesar (0,272) dan pengaruh X3 terhadap Y sebesar 0,109. Sehingga diperoleh hasil kolerasi kinerja keuangan (X) terhadap harga saham (Y) adalah rs sebesar 0,258 yang menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang rendah terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan pengaruh X1 terhadap Z adalah sebesar 0,027, pengaruh X2 terhadap Z adalah sebesar 0,025 dan pengaruh X3 terhadap Z adalah sebesar 0,077. Sehingga diperoleh hasil korelasi kinerja keuangan (X) terhadap nilai perusahaan (Z) adalah rs sebesar 0,079. Harga saham (Y) memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap nilai perusahaan (Z) adalah sebesar 0,162. Adapun pengaruh tidak langsung kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui harga saham adalah sebesar 0,067, sedangkan pengaruh langsungnya sebesar 0,099. Artinya kinerja keuangan memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang sangat rendah terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui harga saham.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perusahaan yang mengalami penurunan dan mengalami fluktuasi pada nilai Return On Equity (ROE). Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, maka penulis melakukan penelitian dengan judul: “Pengaruh Total Asset Turnover (TATO) Terhadap Return On Equity (ROE) Studi pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk”. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Metode deskriptif bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai variabel sendiri atau perkembangan variabel mandiri. Dan asosiatif bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Total Asset Turnover (ROE) dengan Return On Equity (ROE). Sedangkan populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan periode 2017-2021 pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Dan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode statistik dengan bantuan SPSS 25, dengan uji regresi sederhana, uji korelasi sederhana, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji t. Dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Total Asset Turnover (TATO) tidak mempengaruhi Return On Equity (ROE) secara signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, diperoleh nilai regresi sederhana sebesar Y= 9,920 + 25,498X. Dan hasil korelasi sederhana menunjukan hubungan antara Total Asset Turnover (TATO) dengan Return On Equity (ROE) berada pada tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Dan berdasarkan uji determinasi menunjukkan R Square sebesar 0,287 yang berarti 28,7% Return On Equity (ROE) dipengaruhi oleh Total Aset Turnover (TATO) dan sisanya 71,3 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

Abstract

This community service project aims to train students of SMK Darussalam Karangpucung in writing short stories that contain local culture. This project recognizes the challenges students face in writing short stories, including difficulties in generating ideas and a lack of interest and motivation. Traditional teaching methods focus on lectures and analyzing existing stories, leading to a lack of hands-on experience and boredom. The project implements a five-step approach: preparation, pre-activity surveys, material delivery, writing practice, and question and answer sessions. The material presented includes the essence of short stories, their components (intrinsic and extrinsic elements), imagination techniques, writing tips, and the integration of cultural elements. The students enthusiastically participated in a short story writing practice session with the theme "Personal Experience" and blended local culture. Question and answer sessions allow for open discussion and problem-solving, which further increases student engagement. The project successfully achieved its goal, improving students' writing skills and interest in literature. The active participation of students, especially during writing practice, shows a renewed enthusiasm for the subject. The project also highlights the need for ongoing support and follow-up activities to strengthen the skills acquired. The success of this project is further evidenced by the full participation of the 30 target students, the successful completion of the planned curriculum, the students' real understanding of the material, and their high level of enthusiasm throughout the activity. Although time constraints limited the question and answer sessions, students' willingness to ask questions and their ability to generate creative stories during the practice sessions clearly demonstrated the positive impact of the project.

Abstract

Literary works are artistic representations of actual human existence that do not aim to provide knowledge. One way to express people's lives is through sistra works. The novel Bibi Gill by Tere Liye is the data source for this research. Documentation is the data collection method used by researchers in this investigation. Three (3) methods were used in the data collection process using this documentation: literature review, reading strategies, and note taking. The results of the research showed that there was inner conflict experienced by the main character in the novel Bibi Gill. there are changes in the psychology of Bibi Gill as the main character which is influenced by other characters and the environment.
