Abstract

The revitalization of traditional markets is one of the government programs in increasing the local revenue (PAD) in general, and the market economy of Pasar Raya traders in Padang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of traditional market revitalization and rearrangement of traders on the merchant's economy in Pasar Raya Kota Padang in the face of competition of Asean Free Market (MEA). The sample in this study amounted to 257, is part of all traders in traditional markets that have been revitalized in the city of Padang. The data source is primary data and secondary data, the primary data in the form of questionnaires conducted on the respondents and interviews, while the secondary data is data about the number of kiosks and traders before the revitalization and after revitalization as well as data on the rearrangement of the placement of traders after the revitalization obtained from the Trade Service of Padang City. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed Y = 24.481+ 0.591X1 + 0.825X2. Through the result of calculation processed using SPSS obtained t test value and f test that revitalization, trader rearrangement have influence of significance to merchant economy. Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang artinya melibatkan satu kelas sebagai kelas eksperimen dan satu kelas control dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran matematika melalui metode jaritmatika pada siswa kelas 5 SDN 09 Bandar Buat Padang yang ditinjau dari tiga aspek yaitu : ketuntasan hasil belajar matematika, aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika, dan respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah design riset eksperimen quasi tipe The Nonequivalent pretest-posttest control grup desain yaitu suatu penelitian eksperimen yang dilaksanakan dengan adanya kelompok pembanding (Kontrol) dan satuan eksperimen dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 5 SDN 09 Bandar Buat Kota Padang sebanyak 50 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 25 orang siswa sebagai kelas kontrol dan 25 orang sebagai kelas uji coba untuk diterapkan metode jaritmatika. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan teknik tes. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data pretes-postes pada grup percobaan dan kelas kontrol, dapat kita ketahui bahwa pada kelas kontrol data jumlah siswa sebanyak 25 siswa, rata-rata nilai sebesar 64,8, median sebesar 60, modus sebesar 60, nilai tertinggi yaitu 80, dan nilai terendah yaitu 40. Sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen didapat data jumlah siswa sebanyak 25 siswa, ratarata nilai sebesar 83,6, median sebesar 90, modus sebesar 90, nilai tertinggi yaitu 100, dan nilai terendah yaitu 60. Terjadi peningkatan rata-rata nilai kelompok eksperimen sebesar 26,8 lebih tinggi dari peningkatan rata-rata nilai kelompok kontrol sebesar 10,4. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika efektif melalui metode jaritmatika pada siswa kelas 5 SDN 09 Bandar Buat Kota Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to assess and analyze the impact of work ability and work experience on employee performance, with employee welfare as an intervening variable, at the Pasar Pillow Community Health Center. The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The study population and sample consist of employees from the Pasar Pillow Community Health Center. The findings indicate a significant correlation between work ability and employee welfare, as well as between work experience and employee welfare. Additionally, there is a significant association between work ability and employee performance, while no significant relationship is observed between work experience and employee performance. Moreover, there is no significant correlation between employee welfare and employee performance. Furthermore, employee welfare does not act as a mediator between work ability and employee performance, nor does it mediate the relationship between work experience and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the test results of the influence of competence and the use of technology on human resources on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Solok. Research is descriptive quantitative. The sample used was 35 employees. Instrument tests use validity tests and reliability tests. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 0.3. The results of this study indicate that: Competence has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, The use of technology has a positive effect on job satisfaction, Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, The use of technology has a positive effect on employee performance, Job Satisfaction has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Competence has a positive effect on Employee Performance through Satisfaction, Use of Technology has a positive effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the magnitude of the influence of Leadership and Commitment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. ANS in Padang City. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 56 respondents. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling using smartpls.The results of this research conclude that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. ANS in Padang City. (2) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT. ANS in Padang City. (3) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. ANS in Padang City. (4) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. ANS in Padang City. (5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. ANS in Padang City. (6) Leadership has a positive effect with significant value on employee performance through Job Satisfaction at PT. ANS in Padang City. (7). Commitment has a negative and significant effect on employee performance through Job Satisfaction at PT. ANS in Padang City.
