Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara job satisfaction dengan stres kerja. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan PT. SumatraSarana Sekar Sakti Medan sebanyak 106 karyawan yang dipilih dengan metode teknik nonprobability yaitu sampel jenuh atau sering disebut total sampling. Data diperoleh dari skala untuk mengukur stres kerja dan job satisfaction. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan korelasi Produck Moment melalui bantuan SPSS 20 for windows. Hasil data analisis data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.197 dengan p sebesar 0.021 (p < 0.05). Ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif antara job satisfaction dengan stres kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan variabel job satisfaction terhadap stres kerja adalah sebesar 3.9% dan selebihnya 96.1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis penelitian ada hubungan negatif antara job satisfaction dengan stres kerja, dapat diterima.

Abstract

The reason of this inquire about is to discover out and analyze the show of synchronization of profit payout proportion, changing volume movement and swelling rate on stock instability in LQ45 companies for the 2016-2020 period. Stock price volatility is important and interesting to study because in today's era people are more interested in investing in the capital market because it promises to be in the future. So that by examining the volatility of stock prices, investors know better what factors can affect the difference in fluctuations in stock prices. By examining what factors affect the volatility of stock prices, investors can calculate the risks that will be faced later. The population in this consider includes a period of LQ45 companies as numerous as 45 companies and the ppsample with a add up to of 225 units of examination. The inquire about strategy applies to numerous direct relapse investigation methods. The comes about of this think about are the Profit Payout Proportion, Exchanging Volume Action and Expansion at the same time and in part have no impact on stock instability. Abstract

Indako Trading Coy was founded in 1966 and is located at Jalan Pemuda No 18 D-H Medan. PT. Indako Trading Coy has a Honda sales network consisting of 102 dealers, 191 AHASS workshops, and 414 spare parts stores spread across North Sumatra and Aceh. Currently, the company is experiencing a decline in consumer purchases, where the number of consumers making purchases each year is decreasing. Although the decline is not significant, if left unchecked, it could have a very negative impact. Based on observations made by the researcher through interviews with several consumers, it was found that there are various factors influencing the decrease in purchase decisions for the products offered by the company. Among these factors are experiential marketing, word of mouth, and product quality. The research population used in this study consists of all consumers who made purchases at the company during the 2023 period, totaling 3,043. The sampling technique used is Slovin’s formula, which resulted in 97 samples. The research findings indicate that Experiential Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan. Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan. Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan. Experiential Marketing, Word of Mouth, and Product Quality have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions at PT. Indako Trading Coy Medan.
