Abstract

District Klaten has many springs that are used by people for many things; one of them used for tourist attractions is umbul tourism. It is difficult to use K-Means Clustering Method for determine umbul tourism according to classification and spread in district Klaten. K-Means Clustering is a method of grouping data by taking parameters of a number clusters, and partitioning data into clusters, based on similarities between data in one cluster and dissimilarities between different clusters, the center of the cluster is the average of the cluster member values it called as centroid. The results of this study are grouping the umbul truism which are divided into three clusters namely Enough, Good and The Best. The result of the data, there are 4 umbul tourisms in the first cluster is Beautiful category, namely Tirtomoyo, Buto, Pancuran, and Besuki. In the third cluster of umbul tourism has good category, namely Tirto Mulyani umbul, Gedaren, Sumber Nila, Manten, Sigedang, and Kajen. In the best category in the second cluster has 8 umbul tourisms, namely Nila umbul, Tirto Mulyono, Ingas, Lumban Tirto, Ponggok, Tirto Raharjo, Jolotundo, and Tirtomulyono.Keywords: K-Means Clustering, Umbul, Umbul Category, Tourist Destination

Abstract

Poverty is a multidimensional and multisector problem that concerns human dignity. Therefore, poverty alleviation efforts must be implemented in a comprehensive and integrated manner. This research was conducted to find out the influence of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), regional spending and education on the poverty level of Jember Regency in 2011 to 2020, both partially and simultaneously. The data used by researchers is secondary data obtained from the Jember Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS) website and the Directorate General of Financial Balance (DJPK) of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. This quantitative research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model and is assisted by the SPSS application. The research results show that GRDP and education partially have no effect on the poverty level of Jember Regency, while regional spending has a negative and significant effect on the poverty level of Jember Regency. However, simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on the poverty level of Jember Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to overcome the problem of mental retardation in developing mathematical potential and talent, especially abilities in social arithmetic by providing learning media adapted to the characteristics of mentally retarded students in the form of 3D comics with Indonesian cultural nuances based Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) assisted by money pyramid media. This is because 11 of the 13 students are still not familiar with the new currency issued by Bank Indonesia, making it difficult for them to spend money. 3D comic media contains stories about traveling to three places in the archipelago which include Bali, Yogyakarta and Bogor, the embossed effect on the paper gives a three-dimensional impression so that it attracts the attention of mentally retarded students to learn using 3D Comics. The money pyramid media is used as the initial foundation for introducing money from one thousand to one hundred thousand denominations to mentally retarded students. The subjects in this research were 13 mentally retarded students in class X C using research methods in the form of experiments. Based on the results of research conducted using data processing, it was found that there were differences in the learning outcomes of mentally retarded students before and after being given treatment in the form of using 3D comic media with nuances of Indonesian culture and money pyramids. The amount of effectiveness in using media influences the learning outcomes of mentally retarded students by 67% in the quite effective category.
