Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the free cash flow on debt policy at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative methods with quantitative approaches. The data used is PT Indofood's annual financial statement data for 8 years from 2011 to 2018. The statistical test used is calculation, analysis using simple linear regression including the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the free cash flow variable gained a significance value of 0.008, which means that there was an influence of free cash flow on the corporate debt policy of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Conclusion, there is a significant influence and strong relationship with the positive direction of the variable free cash flow (free cash flow) on the debt policy at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Ability (Variable X1) and Work Experience (Variable X2) on employee performance. The method used in this study is using descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques start from the compilation of data, tabulation of data up to the testing phase. Based on the results of the calculation of the study of multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) can be obtained from the capability variable (X1) and work experience (X2) affects 89.8% (0.898) on employee performance (Y), the remaining 10.2% is influenced by other factors outside the research this. Conclusions, abilities and work experience have an impact on employee performance Keywords: Ability, Work Experience, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia bagian terpenting dalam sebuah perusahaan, sehingga jika kurang sumber daya manusia maka segala sesuatu yang telah di targetkan perusahaan tidak akan terlaksana dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan memahami analisis stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Kujang Marinas Utama Sukabumi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif dan asosiatif serta menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dengan cara wawancara dan menyebar kuesioner sebagai alat untuk memperoleh data. Sampel yang digunakan 80 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pada analisis stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description of innovation and collaboration as well as competitive advantage in the Food Industry UMKM in Sukabumi City. In addition, this study also aims to determine the effect of innovation and collaboration on competitive advantage in the Food Industry UMKM in Sukabumi City. Researchers used descriptive and casual associative research methods with a quantitative approach because they distributed questionnaires to 41 MSMEs in the Food Industry in Sukbumi City. The data analysis technique that the researcher uses in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing T test and F test. The results show that innovation and collaboration variables have a strong relationship. a strong variable with competitive advantage with a value of 0.755. The results of hypothesis testing show that the innovation and collaboration variables have a positive and significant influence on the competitive advantage variable in the Food Industry UMKM in Sukabumi City. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh short video marketing terhadap minat beli dan pengaruh persepsi merek terhadap minat beli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pengikut akun Tiktok @vivo_indonesia dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling dan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner online sebanyak 399 responden. Pengukuran penelitian ini menggunakan skala semantic differensial. Dalam teknis analisis data penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji normalitas, analisis kofisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS 26. Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F), dan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (Uji T) yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian.   Kata kunci           : Short Video Marketing, Persepsi Merek, Minat Beli

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh lima faktor kepribadian dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian Desriptif dan Asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuisioner, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari penyusunan data, tabulasi data hingga tahap pengujian yaitu menggunakan koefisien korelasi ganda, koefisien determinasi, regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F) dan uji hipotesis secara parsial (Uji T). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji koefisien determinasi dilihat dari nilai (R2) sebesar 0,597 dapat diartikan bahwa pengaruh lima faktor kepribadian dan kecerdasan emosional adalah 59,7% sisanya 40,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Dan berdasarkan uji koefisien korelasi ganda dapat dilihat dari nilai R sebesar 0,773 menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara lima faktor kepribadian (X1) dan kecerdasan emosional (X2) terhadap komitmen organisasi (Y). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji F menunjukkan bahwa F hitung > F tabel yaitu 48,314 > 3,14 H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, yang berarti bahwa secara bersama-sama lima faktor kepribadian (X1) dan kecerdasan emosional (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (Y). Berdasarkan uji t menunjukkan bahwa lima faktor kepribadian (X1) tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (Y), kecerdasan emosional (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (Y). Abstract

The research was aimed at finding out whether Job Placement and Career Development would have an influence towards Employee Work Behaviour at BANK BJB branch of Palabuhan Ratu. The research method applied was quantitative method with descriptive and associative approaches. Samples in the research were amounted to 50 respondents who were the employees of Bank BJB branch of Palabuhan Ratu, obtained by means of saturated sampling technique and Likert measurement system. The data acquired were then analysed by various tests in order to answer research hypothesis. Conducted in the research were Normality Test, Simultaneous Statistical Test (F-Test), and Partial Statistical Test (T-Test). The results of the research show that the value of F-Count is namely 76.288 > F-Table which is namely 3.195. Therefore, it can be deduced that there is a significant influence from variables X1 and X2 towards Y. Partially, the significance level acquired is amounted to 0.000 < 0.05 because T-Count is amounted to 9.329 > T-Table which is amounted to 1.677; hence, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating that there is a positive and significant influence from Job Placement (X1) towards Work Behaviour (Y). Also partially, the significance level acquired is 0.000 < 0.05 because T-Count obtained is namely 7.222 > T-Table which is amounted to 1.677; hence, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, indicating that there is a positive and significant influence from Career Development (X2) towards Work Behaviour (Y).
