Abstract

Media promosi sangat berpengaruh dalam strategi pemasaran untuk dapat meningkatkan daya Tarik masyarakat, media promosi dibutuhkan oleh stasiun radio seperti Star Radio yang berada dibawah naungan PT. Radio Suara Tunggal Angkasa Raya, yang terletak di Jalan Pulau Putri Raya, No. 2, Modernland Tangerang, Banten 15117. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Star Radio dalam mempromosikan program acara siaran baru, saat ini belum terdapat video promosi program untuk acara siaran baru tersebut. Sebelumnya Star Radio mempromosikannya hanya melalui informasi kegiatan dan acara talk show menggunakan youtube, informasi digital pada media sosial dan website secara sederhana yang berdampak banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui atau mengenal tentang acara siaran baru yang dimiliki oleh Star Radio. Maka diperlukan adanya media video promosi agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui program acara baru tersebut. Metode penelitiannya yaitu dengan pengumpulan data, analisa perancangan media dan konsep produksi media (KPM) yaitu: pre production, production, dan postproduction. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa media video promosi program acara siaran Star Radio yang diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dapat mengetahui program acara yang sudah ada maupun yang baru pada Star Radio secara informatif.

Abstract

Meningkatnya perkembangan teknologi komputer saat ini berkembang pesat yang khususnya terlihat pada ilmu komputer, hal tersebut menjadikan perangkat komputer dilengkapi dengan program aplikasi sehingga dapat digunakan dengan lebih maksimal. Seiring semakin berkembangnya teknlogi di era globalisasi seperti ini yang dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam melakukan berbagai aktifitas atau kegiatan pendidikan, perkantoran, perkuliahan, dan lain sebagainya karena telah banyak dirasakan membantu dalam mendapatkan informasi yang cepat, tepat, dan akuran. Kegiatan pendaftaran siswa baru memiliki hubungan erat dengan kegiatan pendidikan, mulai dari isi form pendaftaran dan juga input pengisian data calon siswa hingga penentuan siswa yang diterima di sekolah, beberapa proses pada penerimaan didik baru ini membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode SWOT dan Black Box Testing analisa yang dilakukan maka akan dibuat aplikasi pendaftaran dan penerimaan siswa baru hingga dalam bentuk laporan. Untuk itu, sistem yang akan digunakan akan membantu petugas pendaftaran hingga tahap pembuatan laporan penerimaan siswa baru.

Abstract

The background of this paper discusses the role of consumer perceptions of innovation a website as a factor influencing their evaluation of service quality, development of trust, loyalty and word of mouth behavior on the site. This study aims to answer the question the extent not experienced site service innovation evaluation of the influence of website quality, trust, loyalty and word of mouth. Therefore, to answer this question this study developed and tested a theoretical model that seeks to explain the perceived effects of site-service innovation on perceived e-service quality, trust, loyalty sites and word-of-mouth behavior in e-retail market space. The study design is based on valid responses werecollected from a questionnaire survey of 120 people located in Jakarta. The variables examined in this study using the Partial Least Squares (PLS), specifically PLS-IMAGE v.3.00 to assess the relevance of the predictions of the conceptual model, and test the hypothesis relationship as depicted in picture. Results showed that when an e-retail sites considered positive for providing an innovative experience more positive evaluations affect the overall perception of the quality of online services, high level of trust and loyalty websites and the positive side of the conversation behavior mouth. This study provides important implications for the delivery of online services and online branding, especially foronline retailers. Additional research is needed to see the impact of an innovation in online marketing by adding other variables that are considered important are associated with innovation.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership competencies, work discipline and organizational climate partially or jointly against employee productivity. This study uses quantitative methods to survey techniques. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire enclosed with Likert scale. This research uses a random sample of the number of respondents is 72 employees. Data obtained from this study will be analyzed using statistical methods with SPSS version 19 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that There is a positive and significant influence between the competence leader (X1) on the productivity of employees (Y) with a correlation coefficient of determination of 0.312 with a simple regression equation = 16,095 + 0,426X1. There is a positive and significant effect of labor discipline (X2) to the satisfaction of productivity of employees (Y) with a correlation coefficient of determination of 0.373 with a simple regression equation = 23.561 + 0,463X2. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational climate (X3) on productivity of employees (Y) with a correlation coefficient of determination of 0.323 with a simple regression equation = 11.292 + 0,687X3. There is a positive and significant influence competence leader (X1), work discipline (X2) and organizational climate (X3) together on productivity (Y), multiple correlation coefficient of determination obtained 0,929 with multiple regression equation = 6.312 + 0,152X1 + 0.257X2+0,306X3. This research is expected to be useful for companies in particular to increase employee productivity maximally. Researchers suggest that corporate management, always improve the competence of leaders, work discipline and organizational climate so that employee productivity increases in the future.

Abstract

Rapid progress in information technology is increasing year by year. The role of millennials as "Agents of Change" is very influential on changes in information technology in the future. The purpose of this research is to research and make changes from an ongoing system to a system that can be more controlled, better and more efficient. The problem faced by the current system is that there is a community behavior, namely the lack of human resources. The barcode of the residence certificate has not been updated with Family Cards, old ID cards, lack of reporting of deaths and births, people prefer manuals, limited officers and many who have not used technology. Then, socialization needs to be further improved. The solution that can be proposed is that the website that is created already has a menu for socialization to residents of Neglasari District, Tangerang City to make it easier for residents to make ID cards and Family Cards. The results of the research that have been researched are that with the proposed system, the public can make it easier, safer and free of charge in submitting online.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of competence, information technology, risk perception, and financial literacy on interest in investing in cryptocurrency. The method used is quantitative, with data collected from 98 respondents through simple random sampling. The focus of this research is to reveal the relationship between factors that influence the interest of individuals who invest in cryptocurrencies. The results show that competency, information technology, risk perception, and financial literacy simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on interest in cryptocurrency investment. These results suggest that the higher the competence of individuals in the field of financial knowledge and understanding of information technology, the greater their interest in investing in cryptocurrencies. In addition, the perception of low risk and high levels of financial literacy also contribute to increased interest in investing in cryptocurrencies. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the factors that influence the interest of individuals interested in cryptocurrencies. In the era of the rapidly developing digital economy, a deeper understanding of the impact of competency, information technology, risk perception and financial literacy has the potential to assist decision makers in developing more effective investment strategies and reducing risks. These findings also provide deeper insight into the dynamics of the cryptocurrency market and the consequences of growing investment in this sector. This research has actual relevance in the context of cryptocurrency investment, where the influence of factors such as competence, information technology, risk perception, and financial literacy on interest in investing is still not fully revealed. Through the help of the significant relationship between these factors and investment intentions, this research provides valuable insights for practitioners, academics, and decision makers to better understand and manage cryptocurrency investments more effectively. Thus, this research also makes an important contribution in developing knowledge and managing cryptocurrency investments in this increasingly digital era.
