Abstract

Artikel ini berupaya untuk menyajikan pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap pembelajaran PAI. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya,pengaruh dalam pembelajaran dan hambatan yang dialami oleh guru dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik.Penelitian ini bersifat mixmethoddengan metode analisis deskriptif di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Tgk. Chiek Oemar Diyan dengan menggunakan instrumen observasi, wawancara dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru PAI di madrasah berusaha untuk memupuk kompetensi pedagogik dalam pembelajaran namun dari segi teori masih rendah. Walaupun demikian terdapat pengaruh dalam pembelajaran PAI karena guru-guru mempunyai semangat yang besar dalam pengajaran meskipun tidak memahami kompetensi pedagogik yang mantap. Sementara faktor pendukungadalah kemudahan fasilitas dan terdapat berbagai pelatihan untuk pengembangan guru. Sedangkan faktor penghambatadalah keterbatasan guru dalam penerapan kurikulum. Sistem perpaduan kurikulum di pesantren dan madrasah sehingga menyebabkan pembagian waktu yang tidak sesuai.

Abstract

This article attempts to present the contribution of human resource management to entrepreneurship empowerment of students. This study aims to determine the understanding, independence and competitiveness of students in entrepreneurship by using a qualitative approach that is field (field research). Research location at Modern Islamic Boarding School Tgk. Chiek Oemar Diyan Aceh Besar with data collection methods through interviews and questionnaires then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that most of the students had a simple understanding of entrepreneurship both in terms of planning and implementation. In terms of independence, it can also be seen internally at an adequate level, while externally individuals are still lacking. In addition, the competitiveness of santri is still low, it is found that santri lack confidence and insight to create jobs. Finally, it can be said that there is a contribution of Modern Pesantren Tgk. Chiek Oemar Diyan in human resource management has given birth to students who are entrepreneurial with no religious knowledge. Key words: Human Resource Management (HR), Entrepreneurship, Santri

Abstract

One of the instruments that must play a role in the implementation of the five daily prayers in congregation is the mosque administrator and also the youth of the mosque. Currently, the youth of the Al-Makmur Sibreh Mosque, Suka Makmur District, Aceh Besar District have seen the taste of reviving the mosque. The study examines the work program of mosque youth, the challenges faced and the efforts made by Al-Makmur Sibreh mosque youth in improving the quality of congregational prayers. This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, data collection methods with observation, interviews and documentation techniques. This research was carried out in Suka Makmur District, Aceh Besar District, especially for Al-Makmur Sibreh mosque youth in improving the quality of congregational prayers, making direct observations related to their role and participation in mosque youth organizations. This survey descriptive research is a form of design with the aim of collecting real conditions in the field and designing about individuals (expressing opinions or responses from various parties to the problems collected). Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation collection techniques. Al-Makmur Mosque's youth work program in improving the quality of congregational prayers by carrying out various activities, namely: making regular recitations of the taklim assembly, basic recitations of the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA), holding religious recitations or lectures, Commemoration Days Great Islam (PHBI), calligraphy training and Friday clean.

Abstract

This study discusses a reconsideration of the type of Sufi interpretation undertaken by the Sheikh of philosophical Sufism, Hamza al-Fansuri, of Aceh Darussalam (1496-1903 CE). He is considered one of the most prominent figures in philosophical Sufism in Southeast Asia who has authored numerous works on Sufi teachings. The researcher uses an inductive approach through a content analysis of Hamza al-Fansuri's three main books: Asrār al-'Arifin, Syarāb al-'Aṣyiqīn, and al-Muntahī. The researcher finds that Hamza al-Fansuri cited several Quranic verses as evidence; forty-five verses in Asrār al-'Arifin, some of which are repeated in his other two books. Thus, the total number of Quranic verses in the three books is fifty-six. The researcher concludes that Hamza al-Fansuri, despite his fame for philosophical Sufism, his approach to interpreting Quranic verses tends toward both allusions (isyari) Sufi interpretation and theoretical (nadhari) Sufi interpretation. He always combines Sharia and truth, and recognizes the apparent (zahir) meaning alongside the hidden (batin) meaning.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an pada anak usia dini merupakan salah satu fondasi penting dalam membentuk karakter dan identitas keagamaan generasi penerus bangsa. Pada masa usia dini, anak-anak berada dalam periode emas perkembangan yang sangat menentukan arah pertumbuhan spiritual, moral, dan intelektual mereka. Namun, penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Al-Qur’an cenderung lebih banyak menitikberatkan pada kemampuan teknis membaca dan menghafal, sementara dimensi nilai spiritual dan internalisasi identitas keagamaan kurang mendapatkan perhatian. Kesenjangan inilah yang menjadi titik berangkat dari penelitian ini, untuk mengkaji secara lebih komprehensif peran pembelajaran Al-Qur’an pada anak usia dini dalam menguatkan identitas keagamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan cara mengkaji berbagai literatur, baik berupa buku, artikel ilmiah, maupun dokumen terkait yang relevan dengan tema kajian. Analisis dilakukan secara kritis untuk menemukan pola, persamaan, dan perbedaan dari penelitian terdahulu, sekaligus menyoroti aspek-aspek yang belum diteliti. Pendekatan ini memberikan dasar konseptual yang kuat dalam merumuskan argumentasi dan kesimpulan yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di usia dini bukan hanya sarana pembelajaran teknis, melainkan juga wadah penting untuk menanamkan nilai moral, spiritual, dan identitas keagamaan anak. Dengan mengintegrasikan aspek kognitif, afektif, dan spiritual, pembelajaran Al-Qur’an terbukti mampu mencetak generasi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki fondasi keagamaan yang kokoh. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa transformasi pendekatan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dari teknis ke holistik merupakan langkah penting dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan modernisasi. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah memberikan perspektif baru mengenai urgensi pembelajaran Al-Qur’an anak usia dini sebagai basis pendidikan Islam yang berkelanjutan dan relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman.

Abstract

Academic achievement has long been positioned as a primary indicator of success in higher education. However, an excessive orientation toward academic attainment risks obscuring the fundamental purpose of education, namely the formation of student integrity and moral responsibility. Academic realities reveal a growing misalignment between academic performance and ethical conduct, as reflected in various forms of academic dishonesty and the erosion of integrity within higher education institutions. This article aims to conceptually examine the role of ethical awareness as a driving force for the transformation of student behavior in the context of higher education. This study is constructed through a literature-based approach employing critical analysis of ethical theories, character education, and academic values relevant to contemporary higher education. The discussion emphasizes ethical awareness as an internalized moral consciousness that guides students in ethical decision-making, the internalization of academic honesty, and the integration of intellectual achievement with social responsibility. The article underscores the urgency of mainstreaming ethical awareness within curricula, pedagogical practices, and academic culture as a foundational framework for fostering sustainable student integrity. Accordingly, higher education is expected not only to produce academically accomplished graduates but also individuals who demonstrate strong character, integrity, and ethical sensitivity in both academic and social spheres
