Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much correlation work motivation and transformational leadership have on the Performance of Multi Mart Pringsewu Minimarket Employees. This type of research used in this study is quantitative. The data collection method used is field research. The sampling method in this study uses saturated sampling, where the total population in this study is all employees of Multi Mart Pringsewu Minimarket as many as 40 respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, T test, and F test. The test results is work motivation have correlation partially the performance of Multi Mart Pringsewu Minimarket Employees. Transformational leadership partially correlation the performance of Multi Mart Pringsewu Minimarket Employees. Where as the F Test shows that work motivation and transformational leadership simultaneously influence the Performance of Multi Mart Pringsewu Minimarket Employees. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan Minimarket Multi Mart Pringsewu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu sebanyak 40 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F. Hasil Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Minimarket Multi Mart Pringsewu. Sedangkan pada Uji F menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Minimarket Multi Mart Pringsewu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on teacher performance at SMK Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. This type of research utilizes quantitative studies with associative methods. The results of the study of the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing have been carried out to increase the translation of the results of the study related to the factors that trigger the performance of teachers of SMK Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung, it can be drawn as a summary, namely. The physical work environment has an impact on performance. Work motivation has an impact on performance and the physical work environment and work motivation has an impact on the performance of SMK Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung teachers.
