Abstract

One further factor affecting the performance of an employee is working discipline. Of the agency itself also plays a role in managing employees to comply with all rules, norms set by the agency so that the employees work with discipline and effective. Discipline is one's awareness and willingness to comply with all regulations and the organization of social norms in force. This research was conducted descriptive quantitative research type, type of research is intending to make a presentation in systematic, factual, and accurate information on the facts and the nature of a particular population. This study uses 44 research respondents. There are three variables in this study are: two (2) independent variables (X1 and X2) and 1 (one) in which the dependent variable of work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) as independent variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. Accord by the data processing has been found that answers the following hypothesis; there are significant work discipline (X1) toward employee performance (Y) with the level of influence of 37.8%. There is the influence of work motivation (X2) toward employee performance (Y) with the level of influence of 31.1%. There is the influence of work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) by simultan toward employee performance (Y) with the level of influence of 48.8%.

Abstract

This service is carried out on the youth of the mosque, in using used clothes to make bag arrangements. The mosque is a place or means of worship for Muslims, the function of the mosque is not only used as a place of worship but can be a center of activity for Muslims in the community such as mosque youth. The youth of the Marhdotillah Rajabasa mosque is one of the youth organizations of the mosque in the Glora Persada Rajabasa Raya housing area. Some of the routine activities carried out by the youth of this mosque include regular recitations, mosque service work, helping prepare for major Islamic holidays, and helping teach the Koran to children in the neighborhood. The general activities carried out by the youth of this mosque require creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit in accordance with the function of the mosque as a place of worship but also as a development of community life activities. For this reason, this service activity seeks to provide additional creativity by utilizing used goods such as used clothes that are used as tote bags. Creativity is creating new things or making something new, creativity is very important to be owned by a person, or group of people. Totebag is a product that is expected to increase the creativity of mosque youth by providing socialization of creativity material to open creative thinking patterns in mosque youth. Then provide material for making arrangements and practice in manufacturing. The result of this service is a product that has economic value and is environmentally friendly

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia menetapkan Covid-19 sebagai bencana nasional sejak tanggal 13 April 2020. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah seperti Work From Home (WFH), social distancing, dan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) untuk mengurangi penyebaran virus corona tersebut. Namun, kebijakan tersebut berdampak pada penurunan daya beli masyarakat. Salah satu sektor yang terdampak adalah UMKM. Pengabdian ini, bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan pembukuan laporan keuangan bagi UMKM di Kabupaten Pesawaran, Lampung. Tiga tahap kegiatan yang dilakukan antara lain persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pemantauan. Persiapan dilakukan dengan melakukan survei di lapangan berkoordinasi dengan mitra. Implementasi dilakukan dengan pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dilanjutkan dengan diskusi tanya jawab, pemantauan dilakukan secara berkala selama kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung. Pengabdian ini, menghasilkan pelaporan keuangan sederhana yang menguraikan keuangan UMKM. Pengetahuan dan soft skill tentang laporan keuangan bagi pemilik UMKM sangatlah dibutuhkan khususnya saat pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on teacher performance at SMK Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung. This type of research utilizes quantitative studies with associative methods. The results of the study of the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing have been carried out to increase the translation of the results of the study related to the factors that trigger the performance of teachers of SMK Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung, it can be drawn as a summary, namely. The physical work environment has an impact on performance. Work motivation has an impact on performance and the physical work environment and work motivation has an impact on the performance of SMK Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Workloadterhadap Turnover Intention PT. Selaras Citra Jaya, PengaruhWorkstress terhadap Turnover Intention PT. Selaras Citra Jaya, Pengaruh Workload dan Workstress terhadap Turnover Intention PT. Selaras Citra Jaya. Jenis penelitan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif.Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data adalah metode pengumpulan lapangan berupa penyebaran kuesioner..Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Sensus.Uji persyaratan instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.Uji persyaratan analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji T dan uji F. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Workload berpengaruh terhadap Turnover IntentionKaryawan PT. Selaras Citra Jaya, Workstress berpengaruh terhadap Turnover IntentionKaryawan PT. Selaras Citra Jaya, Workload dan Workstress berpengaruh terhadap Turnover IntentionKaryawan PT. Selaras Citra Jaya.

Abstract

Community service carried out in the village of Taman Jaya Pekon Kubu Perahu, Balikpapan District, West Lampung Regency. With a population of 720 people. The service is done to cracker traders. The income of cracker traders during the Covid-19 period has decreased in their source of income, this is due to the lack of a marketing system. The results obtained in this service are that the management of natural resources has not been managed in an integrated and maximal manner, MSMEs at cracker traders have been able to manage their own business well, only for marketing it is still traditional in the sense that they have not used social media. The community has implemented health protocols for a long time. pandemic and MSME workers have started to use masks and wash their hands and keep their distance in carrying out their activities. For the people of the Taman Jaya Apekon Kubu Perahu village, in order to increase the sense of concern between the community to make the village more developed, improve facilities and infrastructure for learning in the field of science and technology and be able to manage natural and human resources, it must be managed with integrity so that it can run optimally. and for better village development. Keywords— Income. Abstract

The problem that arises in this study is that the performance of employees before participating in the training has not reached the standard of ability. The use of time in carrying out tasks is less efficient and too time consuming due to a lack of understanding and knowledge about the use of administrative application technology. And also the education level of PT Trio Abadi employees is dominated by the high school level education level. This study aims to determine the differences in employee performance before and after attending training based on the level of education at PT Trio Abadi LPG Rayon Pringsewu. The type of research used in this research is a comparative research type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the administration department at PT Trio Abadi LPG who had attended the training totaling 31 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 31 people. The data analysis method used is Paired Sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in employee performance before attending training and after attending training.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance, the effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, and the effect of Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture on Employee  Performance.   The type of study used quantitative  research using associative method.  The data source used Primary Data.  The data collection method in this study used Field Research techniques with interviews and questionnaires.  The population in this study was 50 employees.  The sample used a purposive sampling technique, namely using the selected criteria totaling 32 employees.  Test the instrument requirements used validity and reliability tests.  Test the data analysis requirements used the normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test.   Test data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of this study found that Emotional Intelligence had an effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture had an effect on Employee Performance.  Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Culture affeced Performance
