Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology has led to the emergence of various crimes that violate the law by utilizing technology, for example the Doni Salmanan binary option fraud case, which uses the quotex and flexing platforms on social media to influence the public so that they are interested in trading. This relates to forensic linguistics which analyzes the relationship between language and the field of law. This study aims to 1) understand the utterances used by Doni Salmanan to influence someone from a pragmatic perspective of speech acts, 2) understand the meaning of the language used by Doni Salmanan from a semantic perspective, 3) examine how the relationship between the language used by Doni Salmanan and violations in the world of law . The method used in this study is a qualitative method, data collection techniques in the form of documentary studies, and using a forensic linguistic approach from the pragmatic and semantic perspectives of speech acts. The results of this study concluded that Doni deliberately spread hoax news, flexing and charity with the aim of convincing and motivating members that his current wealth is the result of trading. From a pragmatic point of view, the speech delivered by Doni Salmanan contains illocutionary and perlocutionary meanings. Meanwhile, from a semantic point of view, it can be concluded that binary options trading does not have a definite profit and the teaching method may not be profitable because the activity is chancy. So that Doni violated Article 45A paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (1) RI Law number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE as amended and added to RI Law number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. Then article Article 378 of the Criminal Code concerning Fraud and Article 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Law number 8 of 2010 concerning the Crime of Money Laundering (TPPU)

Abstract

This case study aims to describe the implementation of gamification in an online BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia for Foreign Speakers) class and to analyze the ability of Danish learners to pronounce Indonesian vocabulary. The study was conducted with six learners aged 9–12 years in an online BIPA class organized by the Embassy of Indonesia in Denmark. Reflective notes and observation guidelines were used as instruments to collect data. Thematic data analysis revealed that gamification using Wordwall was implemented through five types of games: (1) Complete The Word, (2) The Hidden Words, (3) The Pacman Game, (4) Word Puzzles, and (5) Sentence Puzzles. Meanwhile, learners made four types of pronunciation errors: (1) sound addition, (2) sound omission, (3) sound alteration, and (4) code-switching. Based on these findings, further research is needed to determine whether these pronunciation errors also occur when learners write the vocabulary. Comprehensive knowledge of this issue will provide deeper insights into how such errors occur, enabling teachers to develop strategies to prevent recurring mistakes.

Abstract

As a language study, this research is structured based on the basic assumption that Mandangin is a potential area for tourism development in Madura. This research offers a simple concept as an effort to make Mandangin a literacy-friendly tourist area in Madura by conducting an ecolexicon inventory based on the ecological conditions of the Mandangin people themselves. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. This method is used to apply ecological, sociolinguistic, and lexicological theories more comprehensively. The results of this study indicate that there are interesting fisheries ecolexicon treasures to be inventoried and then an analysis of lexical and grammatical meanings is carried out, namely marine biota ecolexicon treasures. The results of the inventory and meaning are then used as a reference in determining dimensional aspects including the biological dimension which refers to the use of biotic and abiotic terms, the sociological dimension which refers to social interaction, and the ideological dimension which is indicated by loyalty to tradition. Abstract

AbstractInclusive education is education designed to develop and direct the potential of children with special needs to have confidence as social beings, one of which is language communication skills training. Children with special needs frequently struggle to control their use of language, both receptive and productive processes. Therefore, teachers or assistants for children with special needs must understand the appropriate learning design to maximize their students’ language potential. This study aims to describe language learning strategies that teachers of children with special needs can use to create an inclusive teaching pattern, mainly to maximize the language potential of children with special needs. The research was conducted at SLB Negeri Keleyan Bangkalan using descriptive qualitative methods, with primary and secondary data sources gathered through interviews and direct observation. This study discovered some learning patterns that teachers should be aware of, especially when managing language learning for children with hearing, vision, and cognitive disabilities.Pendidikan inklusi merupakan pendidikan yang dirancang secara spesifik untuk mengembangkan dan mengarahkan potensi anak berkebutuhan khusus agar memiliki kepercayaan diri dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya sebagai makhluk sosial, salah satunya melatih kemampuan komunikasi berbahasa. Anak berkebutuhan khusus cenderung memiliki kesulitan mengontrol penggunaan bahasa, baik proses reseptif maupun produktifnya. Oleh karena itu, guru atau pendamping anak berkebutuhan khusus perlu mengetahui desain pembelajaran yang tepat agar potensi berbahasa peserta didiknya dapat dilatih secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sebuah gambaran desain pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh pengajar anak berkebutuhan khusus  dalam menciptakan sebuah pola pengajaran inklusi khususnya dalam rangka memaksimalkan potensi berbahasa anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian dilakukan pada SLB Negeri Keleyan Bangkalan, Madura dengan menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder yang didapatkan dengan melakukan teknik wawancara dan observasi secara langsung. Melalui tulisan ini diharapkan guru ataupun pendamping belajar bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus dapat memiliki satu gambaran untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajarannya secara signifikan.
