Abstract

The purpose of this study first, to describe the character values ​​implanted by teachers of PAI on students in SDI Raudlatul Jannah Sidoarjo and SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya. Second, describe the strategy of PAI teachers in instilling the character values ​​of students in SDI Raudlatul Jannah Sidoarjo and SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya. Third, describe the process of internalization of character values ​​on students in SDI Raudlatul Jannah Sidoarjo and SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive technique of descriptive informant. Data collection techniques with participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. The results of this study conclude that in the inculcation of the values ​​of character education in the students the teacher has a special strategy by applying his role as educator, lecturer, curriculum developer, reformer, model and role model in integrating character values ​​into the whole subjects, day, school programs, and building cooperation between schools with parents. Abstract

Sachiko Murata in gender issues uses arguments based on the approach of the theory of the universe (cosmology) as the basis of his thinking and more towards the textual (mystical) with "entrust" to the interpretation of bi al-History (bi al-Ma'sur) or more known by theological concept. Gender is basically a social construct or a form of society. Where it has been established in the community that women are in charge of the domestic territory which covers the provisions of the role of caring, nurturing, passivity and receiving. While men have provisions of the opposite role. In many ways, gender stereotypes are still attached between men and women. Starting from here that then lead to discrimination against women. Because not all men are able to be assertive and can ngatur, then a gentle man will be branded a sissy, whereas if women are more daring and firmly will be branded a tomboy. Of course this is uncomfortable and stressful, whereas everyone is equal in the merits of a human being.

Abstract

Effective leadership has elements of emotional intelligence, namely self-awareness, self-management and social awareness. With this awareness, a leader's emotions are useful in directing the power of emotions to improve self-satisfaction, morale and motivation to get better results. Therefore, the background of this research is that emotional intelligence (EQ) influences students' leadership spirit. The purpose of this research is to determine emotional intelligence (EQ), to determine the leadership spirit of students and to determine the correlation between emotional intelligence (EQ) and the leadership spirit of students. This type of research is quantitative research using observation, questionnaire and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, to analyze the data using parametric inferential statistical analysis and percentage formulas. The results of this research show that students' emotional intelligence (EQ) is in the "good" category with a percentage of 89.5%, students' leadership skills are also "good" with a percentage of 87.6%, and there is a correlation between emotional intelligence (EQ) and soul. student leadership with calculated r value > r table.
