<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peusijuek dipersepsikan oleh masyarakat Aceh Kecamatan Darul Imarah Kabupaten Aceh Besar danbagaimana persepsi tersebut dikonstruksikan menjadi realitas sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif denganjenispenelitian deskriptif, dimana yang menjadi informan diperoleh dengancara wawancara dan studi kepustakaan.Untuk menganalisis penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teori kontruksi sosial milik Petter L. Berger dan Thomas Luckman yang ditinjau dari eksternalisasi (pengetahuan), objektivasi (kepercayaan), dan internaliasi (tindakan). Hukum Adat yang dahulu pernah tumbuh dan mewarnai kehidupan sosial mayarakat Aceh, merupakan legitimasi hukum Islam atau tatanan kehidupan sosial yang disakralkan oleh masyarakat Aceh, dalam menjalankan kehidupan sosial masyarakat Aceh berdasarkan muyawarah para ulama-ulama dan raja-raja Aceh menurut ketentuan Al-Quran dan Hadist. Oleh karena itu peusijuek dijadikan sarana mediasi dalam mengukur, menimbang, memulai dan menengahi segala persoalan kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi masyarakat Aceh dalam mempertahankan peusijuek dikonstruksi kaan menjadi sebuah realitas sosial dan I dentitas masyarakat Aceh di Kecamatan Darul Imarah Kabupaten Aceh Besar,Hal ini mempengaruhACEH SOCIAL PERCEPTION IN KEEPING PEUSIJUEKABSTRACTThis study aims to find out how peusijuek perceived by the people of Aceh Darul Imarah District of Aceh Besar District and how these perceptions are constructed into social reality. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive research type, where the informant obtained by interview and literature study. To analyze this research, researchers used the social construction theory of Petter L. Berger and Thomas Luckman in terms of externalization (knowledge), objectivation (trust), and internalization (action). Customary Law that once grew and colored the social life of the Acehnese society, was the legitimacy of Islamic law or social order that was sacred by the people of Aceh, in carrying out the social life of the people of Aceh based on the muyawarah of the ulama and the kings of Aceh according to the Quran and Hadith. Therefore peusijuek be used as a means of mediation in measuring, considering, starting and mediating all issues of social life of the community. The result of this study is the perception of the people of Aceh in maintaining peusijuek constructed into a social reality and identity of Acehnese people in Darul Imarah Sub-district of Aceh Besar Regency. This affects the perception of Acehnese society, especially the Darul Imarah of Aceh Besar District. ]]>
