<![CDATA[Abstrak b. indo ABSTRAK Persepsi masyarakat Kecamatan Ulee Kareng mengenai program tayangan Aceh TV sangat mempengaruhi hasil penelitian ini sehingga nantinya dapat terjaring suatu kesimpulan mengenai program tayangan Aceh TV mampu menjadi suatu wadah yang dapat menjadi sumber informasi dan media promosi bagi perkembangan Aceh sendiri.Dengan mengetahui persepsi masyarakat maka pihak yang memberi stimulus (Aceh TV) akan dapat memperbaiki apa-apa yang kurang menurut masyarakat serta dapat menjaring bagaimana progam-progam yang diinginkan oleh masyarakat sendiri.Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Stimulus Organism Respon, Sedangkanpersepsi ialah memberikan makna pada stimulus inderawi (sensory stimuly).Teori Stimulus Respons pada dasarnya merupakan suatu prinsip belajar yang sederhana, dimana efek merupakan reaksi terhadap stimulus tertentu.Dengan demikianseseorang dapat memahami kaitan antara pesan pada media dan reaksi audien. Elemen utama dari teori ini yaitu: Pesan (stimulus) - Seorang penerima atau receiver (organisme) - Efek (respons).Pendekatan penelitian secara umum bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi mengenai Persepsi Masyarakat Kecamatan Ulee Kareng Mengenai Siaran Lokal Aceh TV. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilandasi dengan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif.Enam informan yang dipilih dengan tehnik non probabilitas berupa purposif, dimana dalam menentukan informan peneliti menetapkan sejumlah kriteria agar tujuan penelitian dapat di capai.Untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang sesuai dengan tujuan maka data yang telah dikumpulkan telah dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan beberapa informan penelitan di Kecamatan Ulee Kareng yang telah peneliti tentukan dari beberapa profesi ditemukan jawaban yang tidak jauh berbeda, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kehadiran Aceh TV sangat diapresiasi oleh responden. Namun masyarakat tidak mengutamakan siaran Aceh TV untuk mencari informasi lokal maupun nasional, seperti berita maupun program hiburan yang disiarkan oleh Aceh TV. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil wawancara dan mereka mengungkapkan bahwa kurangnya menonton Aceh TV karena kualitas berita dan hiburan belum memuaskan kebutuhan mereka dan dalam performa siaran masih kurang bagus dan kaku seperti kualitas gambar, suara dan teknik kamera. By knowing the perception of the community then the party who gives stimulus (Aceh TV) will be able to improve what less according to the community and can capture how the programs desired by the community itself. The theory used is Stimulus Organism Response theory, While the perception is to give meaning to sensory stimuli (sensory stimuli). Stimulus Theory Response is basically a simple learning principle, in which the effect is a reaction to a particular stimulus. Thus one can understand the link between the message on the media and the audience's reaction. The main elements of this theory are: Message (stimulus) - A receiver or receiver (organism) - Effect (response). The general research approach aims to evaluate the Perception of Ulee Kareng District Community on Local Broadcasting Aceh TV. The implementation of this research is based on descriptive qualitative research method. Six informants selected with non probability technique in the form of purposive, where in determining informant researcher set a number of criteria for the purpose of research can be achieved. To obtain the results of research in accordance with the objectives then the data has been collected has been analyzed by using descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of interviews with some informant research in Ulee Kareng District which has been determined by researchers from several professions found answers that are not much different, it can be concluded that the presence of Aceh TV is highly appreciated by the respondents. But people do not prioritize Aceh TV broadcasting to seek local and national information, such as news and entertainment programs broadcast by Aceh TV. This can be seen from the interviews and they revealed that the lack of Aceh TV viewing because the quality of news and entertainment has not satisfied their needs and in the performance of the broadcast is still not as good and rigid as the image quality, sound and camera techniques.
