Abstract

ABSTRAK Korupsi di Indonesia adalah penyakit endemik yang sulit sembuh. Penyakit ini sudah lama hinggap dan menyerang seluruh sendi-sendi kehidupan berbangsa. Pemerintahan Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) yang dipilih secara langsung oleh masyarakat tahun 2004, memberikan harapan besar akan upaya pemberantasan korupsi. Citra SBY tentang pemberantasan korupsi menjadi isu yang sangat menarik di tengah-tengah masyarakat, seperti di Kabupaten Pidie, yang menimbulkan persepsi berbeda-beda khususnya dikalangan Camat mengenai berhasil maupun tidak berhasil SBY dalam pemberantasan korupsi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi Camat Kabupaten Pidie terhadap pemberantasan korupsi pada masa kepemimpinan Presiden SBY, serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi SBY dalam pemberantasan korupsi. Data yang diperlukan dalam penulisan skripsi ini diperoleh melalui penelitian keperpustakaan dan lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan dengan cara mempelajari buku-buku, jurnal dan karya ilmiah lainnya. Penelitian lapangan dengan cara mewawancarai informan-informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi Camat Kabupaten Pidie terhadap pemberantasan korupsi pada masa kepemimpinan Presiden SBY sangat tegas, cepat dan berhasil dalam pemberantasan korupsi, sedangkan persepsi Camat pada periode kedua, bahwa pemberantasannya berjalan lambat dan kurang efektif sehingga kecewa pada kepemimpinan SBY periode kedua. Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi SBY dalam pemberantasan korupsi pada periode pertama yaitu, keterbatasan personil KPK, perselisihan sesama penegak hukum, hukuman ringan bagi koruptor, sedangkan kendala pada periode kedua adanya perpecahan pimpinan KPK dan banyaknya kader demokrat yang terjerat kasus korupsi. Disarankan kepada pemimpin Indonesia dan pemimpin KPK yang saat ini sedang menjabat, semoga mampu memberantas korupsi tanpa melihat siapa pelakunya. KPK sebagai lembaga negara dalam memberantas korupsi di Indonesia, diharapkan dapat melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya dengan baik. Jumlah personil KPK harus ditambah, sesama penegak hukum harus sinergis dan koruptor harus dihukum seberat-beratnya. Kata Kunci: Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Pemberantasan Korupsi   ABSTRACT In Indonesia, corruption has become an endemic disease and has attacked all aspects of the nation. The leadership of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyone who was democratically elected in 2004 was a big hope in terms of the efforts in the corruption eradication. The image of SBY related to the efforts in the corruption eradication was an interesting issue among the citizens, such as in Pidie Regency, the image results in different perceptions among the heads of sub-districs related to whether SBY was succesful in eradicating the corruption in Indonesia or not. The objective of this research was to find out the perception of the heads of sub-districts in Pidie Regency toward the corruption eradication in the period of the leadership of SBY as the President of Indonesia and the obstacles found by SBY in the corruption eradication. The data were collected by doing literature review and field study. Literature review was done by reviewing books, journals, and other scientific writings. Field study was done by interviewing the informants. The results showed that the perception of the heads of sub-districts in Pidie Regency toward stated that the corruption eradication in the first period of the leadership of SBY as the President of Indonesia was strict, quick and succesful while in the second period of SBY as the President of Indonesia, the corruption eradication was considered weak, less effective, and disappointing. The obstacles found by SBY in the first period of his leadership were limited number of staffs of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), disputes among the law enforcement officers,  light punishment for the corruptors. In the second period, the obstacles were problems related to the Chairman of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and a number of the cadres of Democratic Party (Partai Demokrat) was arrested because of corruption cases. It is suggested  that the recent President of Indonesia and the recent Chairman of Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) could fairly eradicate corruption. In addition, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) as a law enforcer is expected to be responsible in performing its duties and functions. Moreover, the number of staffs working at Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) should be added, all of the law enforcers must be in a synergistic partnership and the corruptors should receive the heaviest punishment.

Abstract

Geothermal as a newest natural resource for Indonesian. PLTP PT. Indonesia Power as one of subsidiaries of PLN that is focused on generating using geothermal resource. One of the important components in the system of PLTP is a generator. PLTP Kamojang had been operating for about ±30 years, where there are still some problems that will reduce the efficiency of generator. The generator at PLTP Kamojang unit 2 must be operated more than 90% so that it will be able to supply electric power for 150kV. If the generator operated with the efficiency under 80%, so the supply of energy will not be maximum, because there are so much energy of electric lost caused by the losses in the generator. That is why needs to be analyzed toward the efficiency of the generator, whether the generator still works optimum or not. The result of analyses from the month of February 2019 as long as 1 month, found that the efficiency of generator unit 2 is about 92,888%. If comparing by the efficiency of generator as design as much as 98,4%. The efficiency value of the generator unit 2 Kamojang is decreased for about 5,51%. This condition showed that the generator still reliable one in supllying electric power.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to be able to determine and analyze the legal protection arrangements for electronic sports players (E-Sports) that fall into the category of minors as it is known that children who are in their teens can not do much, therefore the employment agreement requires written permission of the parents. The author uses normative research methods, the nature of analytical prescriptive research. The results and discussion in this study concluded that legal protection for e-sports players with e-sports companies in principle work agreements have been preventively regulated in the law on sports, the Civil Code including special rules PBESI Regulation No. 034/PB-ESI/B/VI / 2021 as a form of regulation of E-sports legal protection in Indonesia. It's just that in terms of repressive legal protection through PBESI Regulation No. 034/PB-ESI/B/VI / 2021 regarding dispute resolution still contains weaknesses, as it is known that children before working ‘must obtain written permission from their parents and a work agreement is made with their parents’, while the regulation does not explain the involvement of parents in dispute resolution. Thus it is necessary to make changes to Article 43 paragraph (1) PBESI Regulation No. 034/PB-ESI/B/VI / 2021 on the implementation of E-sports activities in Indonesia.
