Abstract

Penelitian ini mengukur tingkat persepsi visi dan misi civitas akademika STAIN Pekalongan, dan mengukur juga tingkat implementasi sebagai transformasi visi misi tersebut serta menemukan hubungan antara persepsi dengan implementasinya. Kajian ini memiliki signifikan yang strategis dalam konteks manajemen dan pengembangan Pendidikan di STAIN Pekalongan dan lembaga pendidikan lainnya. Hal ini karena posisi visi dan misi sebagai kerangka acuan (frame of reference) yang mengarahkan dan menjelaskan kepada keseluruh unsur civitas akademika dalam setiap program kerjanya.

Abstract

Justice is a purpose of universal humanity that must be continuously strugled to be realized in real world. There are many obstacle aspects in realizing it, among them is male oriented and patriarchy culture and customs. Justice bias based on those gender differences has rooted in human culture therefore it is regarded as a genuineness. This bias gender construct many aspects of life, including Islam. This research describe the root of general gender bias in Islam as the basic to reconstruct justice and gender equity in this life.

Abstract

This research investigates the role of digital tools in the teaching of science, comparing traditional instructional methods with those enhanced by technology. A series of classroom interventions were implemented in secondary schools, utilizing digital simulations and interactive platforms. The results indicate that technology-enhanced methods improved student engagement, understanding of complex scientific concepts, and academic performance. The paper highlights the potential of digital tools to transform science education and recommends strategies for their effective integration in the classroom.
