This scientific paper is entitled Opportunities and Challenges for the Establishment ofGojek Partner Cooperatives in the Millennial Era. The writing of this paper discussesthe current condition of cooperatives and the very rapid growth of millennialgeneration, as well as the opportunities and challenges of forming cooperatives in themillennial era. This scientific paper uses qualitative research methods, where the dataobtained comes from observations, distributing questionnaires to related parties,reading and studying the existing literature, and browsing to various websites to getinformation in accordance with the research conducted. This scientific paper aims tofind out how to find out the condition of cooperatives in the West Java region, to findout the response of Gojek partners in responding to Gojek cooperatives, to how to forma Gojek partner cooperatives, to find out opportunities and challenges in planning theestablishment of Gojek partner cooperatives.

The purpose of this research is to know the level of implementation of cooperative’s financial literacy in an effort to increase financial performance in cooperative’s business sustainability at the GKSI West Java Regional. Based on the research result that the level of financial literacy of administrators and managers are in Sufficient Literate (Quite Intellect), afterwards there are also supported by the indirect cash flow data which is in the third (3) cash flow pattern, it means the operating cash flow and financing cash flow is in positive (+) pattern, however the investment cash flow is in negative (-) pattern. Based on the financial performance from liquidity ratio, the cooperative is in very unwell criteria because the cooperative’s interval ratio is >300%, and from the activity ratio, the cooperative is in very unwell criteria because the cooperative’s interval ratio is <6 times, and from the leverage ratio, the cooperative is in well criteria because the cooperative’s interval ratio is <40%, and from the profitability ratio, the cooperative is in very unwell criteria because the cooperative’s interval ratio is <3%. Based on trend analysis, the sales forecasting rate for the next 5 years will be decreased every year. Then, it can be concluded that the administrators and managers have to reincrease their financial literacy to increase financial performance in its cooperative’s business sustainability.

This research is based on the phenomenon that the condition of tea plantation in Cianjur Regency is abandoned and damaged by the condition of underplanting population, whereas based on the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 46 / Kpts / PD.300 / 1/2015, Kabupaten Cianjur has designated as National Tea Plantation Area. The purpose of this research is to know: 1) Feasibility of Tea Tea farm in Cianjur District; 2) The condition of the tea community trading in Cianjur regency; and 3) The role of farmer institution in the development of Tea people in Cianjur Regency. The research was conducted in 3 (three) sub-districts of Cianjur People's Tea Center namely: Campaka, Takokak, and Sukanegara. The research methodology uses the descriptive and descriptive research with secondary and primary data sources collected through FGD. The result of this research are: (1) Farming Farming (agribusiness) of tea plantation in Cianjur Regency is not economically feasible; (2) Tatuiaga Teh shoot still using the village and / or village collectors trader channel, the margin obtained by farmers and traders of collectors is still reasonable, the added value of processing is still enjoyed quite large by the local green tea processor and dry / black tea; (3) Tea farmers' institutions in improving the bargaining position of farmers in the market have not been effective yet.

Measurement of a company's financial performance is often done using financial ratios that are analyzed from the company's financial statements for a certain period. Performance measurement based on financial ratios has not been able to reflect the company's overall performance. Therefore, a financial performance measurement tool is needed that shows the actual performance of management with the aim of encouraging activities and strategies that add economic value and discarding activities that do not add value. Financial Value Added (FVA) is part of the concept of evaluating the performance of company management by generating added value created by the company during the research period. This study aims to determine the financial performance of companies in the cosmetics and household goods sub-sector using the FVA method and to determine its relationship to sustainable competitive advantage during the study period, also using Return on Assets (ROA) and Operating Ratio (OR). The results showed that FVA, ROA, and OR in the cosmetics and household goods sub-sector companies showed that they had sustainable competitiveness in the market except for PT. Martina Berto Tbk and PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk, which still have low competitiveness in the industry.

The objective of this study is to determine the extent of the financial intelligence of the co-operation's success and the impact on the sustainable competition advantage of KUD Sarwa Mukti. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. Based on research it is known that the financial intelligence viewed by financial knowledge is conceptually good and provides economic benefits for members. As the financial industry as a whole, regulators and regulators are at the edge of uncertainty. The cooperatives' success perspectives, in the macro and micro-dimensions overall, are already good. Yet the volume of cooperative businesses tended to decline, the productivity of member enterprises was still low, and businesses, in the mako businesses were unable to provide economic benefits to members. On competitive advantage, kud sarwa mukti tends to excel over competitors. Financial intelligence officers and administrators have been implemented to determine the success of co-operation and to impact the sustainable competition advantage.

The Business Division of Animal Husbandry Production Facilities at KSU Tandangsari experiences fluctuations in income, the percentage of income attainment, employee productivity, and the percentage of achieving ideal productivity per employee, which tends to decrease every year, which indicates problems in business management based on problematic employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, so that any efforts can be formulated that can improve employee performance in the future through existing variables. The method used is a quantitative research method using a descriptive and verification approach. The population of this study were employees of the Livestock Production Facility Business Division at KSU Tandangsari. This study used a saturated sampling technique with 13 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that work safety, occupational health, and employee performance in the Animal Husbandry Production Facilities Business Division are in the sufficient category. Then occupational safety and health have no significant effect on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. So that effective efforts cannot be made to improve employee performance through occupational safety and health.

Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melalui pelatihan Peningkatan Kapasitas Manajerial SDM Koperasi Simpan Pinjam di Kabupaten Bandung, khususnya dalam materi penyusunan rencana strategis KJK/KJKS sebagai salah satu unit kompetensi manajer KJK/KJKS bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi baik pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan manajer koperasi sesuai dengan standar SKKNI-BNSP, yang nantinya akan siap mengikuti uji kompetensi. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan metode bimbingan teknis berbasis Modul dan Kertas Kerja dengan kode unit kompetensi KJK.SP01.006.01- Menyusun Perencanaan Strategis. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan dari capaian pembelajaran dalam peningkatan kompetensi peserta masih belum optimal.

Kegiatan praktik kerja lapang (PKL) mahasiswa Universitas koperasi Indonesia merupakan salah satu wujud nyata dari pengabdian masyarakat mahasiswa dan dosen. Pada semester genap 2023, kegiatan PKL mahasiswa seluruhnya difokuskan pada koperasi-koperasi yang ada di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang salah satunya adalah di Puskud Mataram. Bentuk pengabdian sebagai karya nyata mahasiswa dan dosen di koperasi ini adalah pelatihan pengembangan usaha dan penyusunan Business Plan Koperasi yang pesertanya adalah representasi pengurus, pengawas, manajer, dan karyawan. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah metoda pelatihan orang dewasa (andragogy). Hasil evaluasi pelatihan mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan baru mampu memberikan kompetensi pengetahuan dan wawasan (kognitif) bagi para peserta, tetapi masih belum efektif untuk mengubah sikap dan keterampilan peserta dalam mencari terobosan pengembangan usaha koperasi dalam situasi persaingan pasar yang ketat.

Dalam dua tahun terakhir ini, Kementrian Koperasi dan UKM memiliki kebijakan strategis dan program unggulan yaitu program modernisasi koperasi dengan tiga pilar yaitu modernisasi kelembagaan, bisnis, dan keuangan koperasi. Untuk mewujudkan program tersebut perlu didukung oleh Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) muda yang memiliki kompetensi perkoperasian yang kuat. Oleh karena itu melalui kerja sama dengan LPPM Universitas Koperasi Indonesia, pada tahun 2023 ini telah melakukan program Diklat Perkoperasian dasar Angkatan I dan II. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kognitif, sikap, dan keterampilan ASN di bidang perkoperasian. Metoda pelatihan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dengan metode pelatihan orang dewasa (andragogi). Hasil evaluasi pelatihan mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan ini telah mampu memberikan perubahan kognitif, sikap dan keterampilan peserta secara efektif.
